Gan (9/5): 有安心感的酒店 - 位置拔群。所有的优缺点在位置面前都显得苍白。周边步行五分钟、24小时都有吃的逛的。设施基本需求都是能够满足的！整体是很不错的入住体验。厕所如果有坐便器就好了。收快递因为容易和ifs办公楼弄混、有集中提示就好了。有水疗设施就好了。但是桑拿是舒服的！

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities in the room were fantastic, from the plush linens to the thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Service: The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Value: Considering the location, comfort, and level of service, I found my stay to be an excellent value for the price. Ekaterina (8/5): The location couldn’t be better, nice value for money. - I like the property very much, the location was wonderful and it connects with the mall. Right in front of the hotel there is a shopping area with all luxury brands. The breakfast was cool, and very rich. Amenities in the room are fine. But I can’t say that the hotel is luxury, but with the rates they have now it’s amazing value for money. BTW extra bed, if you need it, costs around 50€ per night and it doesn’t include breakfast. They had only few staff speaking English, but it looks normal for China. The doors in bathroom didn’t close fully. There was a drain in the bathroom that was making sounds, once it woke up us around 5 am, another night it made sounds at 6 am. It’s not good for people with bad sleeping.

Chu (10/5): Superb - The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Location- great location right across from Taikoo Parking- free parking with stay located in IFS Staff Software/Softskills need an upgrade, RIPPED OFF at Niccolo Kitchen!!! 270 RMB for 7 overcooked boiled eggs (not peeled) and bad coffee! I would have given the property a higher rating, but my last exchange with them has caused a lower rating as I would not expect this from a hotel of their "rating" or "price". We told the Niccolo Kitchen we were in a hurry and did not want to pay a lot as we only had 5 minutes. They said they would help us since cafes were mostly closed outside the hotel. We were not shown a menu or given a quote. We were handed a bag and charged 270 RMB (this is almost 3x what we would have paid at family mart). After opening the boxes we realized we paid a CRAZY amount. I was very willing to let this go and only mentioned this casually to the staff upon check out with the advice that they should have the kitchen make sure that they are listening to their guests. They proceeded with sending me screen shots of the menu (that we never saw) with circles around the prices. The eggs were called "Eggs cooked to your preference"- these eggs were not, they weren't even peeled for us.. which I would expect for 270 RMB! I have not asked for any money, but was outraged by the response considering this isn't a bargain hotel- I expected more on how they would respond. At least acknowledge and say you will help the next Guest vs. sending me menu prices that were never shown to me! Last- I know in China smoking in rooms happens, but our room definitely smelled of light smoke during the evening. If you decide to stay and are sensitive to smoke mention this to them.

William (8/5): Better than average - 1. We upgraded to a connecting executive suite on level 22. The combined rooms 2202 and 2204 was massive. My boys had sufficient space for once. We were here for 3 nights as part of a big China trip to see the Pandas. 2. There was an iceskating rink where there was a food court above and a cinema in the IFC building a short walk away. 3. Nearby there was a Haodilao (on 7th floor of a nearby mall), KFC, McDonalds. 4. We spent a day walking all four sides of the block the hotel including the beautiful traditional architecture across the road where some of the brand name shops where eg LV, Dior etc. However, the shops behind the IFC and on the sides are rather seedy and boring. 5. The service/reception staff were all very nice and friendly 6. It has a basic 24 hr gym. I went there at midnight. The dumbells only go up to 22kg. No barbells. Has a bike, several treadmills, a seated leg curl machine, squat rack, seated leg extension machine, a pulldown machine, ab bench. 7. Complimentary breakfast can be taken either at the restaurant or in the front foyer (great if you are in a rush). 1. The place is hard to find, both initial and last pickup professional bus companies driving us to/from airport found it hard to get to the hotel official drop off point which is actually up a huge ramp, not downstairs. 2. The air conditioning cannot be controlled within the room. 3. The strong air freshener/perfume everywhere makes you want to vomit if you eat too much and come back to hotel. The hotel is quite stuffy everywhere including the halls and corridors. 4. My 11yo son was scared of the female picture you have to pass by to get to the reception from car drop off. It reminded him of Sadako from Japanese Horror movies. It is rather artsy fartsy but I guess it is balanced by the pandas. 5. Limited food selection for the included breakfast (compared to our next stop at the Ritz Carlton Xi'an). However, I enjoyed the pancakes from the menu. 6. The location is not for kids (boring) as there were no toy shops nearby since it is located in IFC towers so majority of shops are expensive Fashion for ladies. We did manage to find a Hoka shoe shop where I could get the Kaha boots for the kids that I could not find in HK. 7. There is a pool but it is tiny by anyone's standards, often crowded with little kids, so don't expect to do lap swimming. 8. The hotel internet does not let you use anything related to Google or Pokemon Go. My son missed out the 2 Dec 2024 Pogo com days so very disappointed.

Ruben (9/5): Location is the best! - The checkin procedure was very efficient. Room was convenient. There is no better location to be in Chengdu. Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance work. The route to the hotel from the metro is not clear when we were arriving.
