- Verified traveler (8/5): - The propert needs some upgrades new beds, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs but is overall very relaxing and you have what you need.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very disappointed - We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel staff, especially the on-site manager, are quite rude and refuses to deliver on their promises. We planned our trip around access to day-use and were told multiple times over phone and in person that it would be no problem. When the day came though, we were met with an extremely arrogant and rude attitude and it was no longer possible (although we asked specifically the night before). We don't have any issues with circumstances changing, but being treated like crap from the on-site manager is unacceptable. We will definitely not return and don't recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel itself is a little tired looking but refurbishment is happening now, March 2019. Food was great value for money but not a lot of choice. All in all i would book again.

Food was delicious - in other hotels i have found that this can be s problem during quiet periods. Location is good with some good coffee shops nearby and right on the beach.

La situation est bien piscine + plage Les équipements extérieur mériteraient un raffraichissement. La plage était excrément sale c’est inadmissible. Globalement je conseil seulement pour l’accueil et les soins au spa et le prix
- ktyarben (4/5): Annulez tant qu'il n'est pas trop tard - Le seul point positif c'est la situation et une belle plage tout le reste était décevant au même prix ou moins pour la même gamme d'hôtel vous pouvez avoir mieux déjà le personnel de la réception pas accueillant PS gentil pas professionnel à part les deux filles faut noter que à l'arrivée on récupère la chambre à midi mais on n'a pas le droit de manger au restaurant . L'hôtel est vieux les chambres bof vieilles des draps tâché la nourriture moyenne , piscine normale avec problème de transats

- Laure (10/5): Très bel hôtel moderne et touches traditionnelles - L'hôtel est très bien situé, les suites ont vu sur la superbe plage... il y a une aire de jeux variée pour les enfants, on a l'impression d'être sur la plage car l'accès à celle ci se fait de façon fluide sans barrière, la plage est belle et propre. En été c'est un réel atout, le fait que ce soit une plage accessible uniquement de l'hôtel doit faire qu'il y ait moins de monde, Mais nous y étions à la fin mars alors elle était quasiment toujours vide ce qui permet d'en profiter pleinement. La piscine intérieure est un réel plus! S'il fait froid dehors on peut quand même en profiter! La piscine extérieure est très belle et grande. Nous avons été dans des suites de luxe, elles sont superbes, la déco raffinée, peu chargée juste ce qu'il faut! Climatisation, TV écran plat, très lumineuse car toute la façade est en baies vitrées qui donnent sur une pelouse... les rideaux occultants permettent de conserver de l'obscurité le matin. L'entrée de l'hôtel est superbe! De grandes portes traditionnelles, c'est vraiment beau! Les animateurs pour les enfants ont vraiment été adorables et se donnent à fond pour faire danser les petits le soirs! On voit qu'ils aiment ce qu'ils font et ça fait plaisir! Le restaurant est assez varié, les menus changent à chaque services, un peu de plats traditionnels pour ceux qui le souhaitent, des plats plus modernes, des pizzas cuites sur places et préparées devant vous... Le matin vous avez le choix entre du sucré et du salé.

- Anna (6/5): Great hotel with a big pool and next to the beach - The animation team is just amzingly nice and always here to help you. The activities are fun and the team is energetic. Always present around the pool and in the hotel. Very nice people. The whole staff is kind and always here to help you with anything. The hotel is nice ans the beach is beautiful. Music next to pool ws just great. Had the best time and the best vacation ever. The only thing that was less good was the food. The same things are served at each meal. Otherwise it is a really great hotel for families and young adults.
- Abdelkader (8/5): Très bon hôtel pour la famille - Une super équipe d'animateurs qui ont du punch à revendre. Le séjour est idéal pour des vacances en famille. Amateur de night club et autres réjouissances de ce genre s'abstenir. Il y a la piscine, la plage et plein d'animations pour les grands et les petits. On s'est bien amusé et reposé. Seul petit bémol, les activités étaient répétitives pour une semaine de vacances, on pourrait se lasser...
- Verified traveler (8/5): Séjour répondant à nos attentes - Nous cherchions un hôtel simple, propre, à proximité d'une belle plage. Nous avons été très satisfaits car l'hôtel répondait à nos attentes. Le seul point négatif a été l'attente lors de la remise des clés (1 heure). La réception n'avait pas enregistré les réservation de hotels.com. Il n'y avait plus de chambre prête lors de notre arrivée. Heureusement la direction de l'hotel a fait le nécessaire pour nous procurer la chambre dans un délai d'une heure d'attente (peu confortable, attente avec Bébé). Il aurait été commercial de nous proposer un rafraichissement pour patienter durant une heure.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Un séjour réussi - Séjour en famille pendant lequel nous recherchions un hôtel simple, propre, bien sécurisé et bien placé. Nos attentes ont été satisfaites. Nous n'avons pas testé la restauration. Un contre-temps lors de l'arrivée car la réception n'avait pas intégré nos réservations dans le système. Nous étions donc sans chambre, mais la direction de l'hôtel nous a en moins d'une heure mis nos 5 chambres à disposition. Il aurait été commercial de nous offrir un rafraichissement pour patienter, d'autant que nous avions deux bébés de moins d'un an avec nous
