- Bertha Itzelt (5/5): Cucaracha - Las camas, son cómodas. La ubicación está caminando a más de 10 minutos del centro, contrario a lo que indican que son tres minutos. Me pidieron mi INE para sacarle copia pero en ningún momento me la regresaron. Deberé de reportarla por extravìo. Es una falta de las dos partes ya que cuando hice check out nunca me dijeron tenemos aquí su INE. ( Yo lo olvidé por completo). El trato en recepción es fría, como si estuvieran molestos. A pesar de que la página indica check out de 12 a 13 Me indicaron tajantemente que necesitaba salir de la habitación a más tardar a las 12:00. Volví a preguntar y tajantemente me repitieron que era a más doce. El desayuno para mi hijo no estaba incluido a pesar de que el pago de la habitación era para tres personas. Al entrar a la habitación encontramos una cucaracha adulta de tamaño grande... Caminando muy tranquila... El ruido de las habitaciones se escucha... Es una lastima. La habitación muy linda pero con la cuchara ahora la falta del INE me deja un sabor amargo en la boca.

- Arreola (6/5): - El hotel es muy bonito y tiene una estética muy mexicana, con muchos detalles lindos y una decoración muy agradable. Había unos árboles preciosos que tiraban hojitas y hacían que el lugar se viera todavía más bonito. Los baños también estaban muy bien diseñados y algo positivo es que cuentan con elevador, lo cual ayuda bastante para mover maletas. El desayuno no nos pareció tan bueno para el costo. Además, el estacionamiento se cobra aparte y aunque está dentro del hotel, el acceso para bajar maletas es incómodo porque el camino es muy empedrado y nadie ayuda con el equipaje. En las habitaciones no había clima, solamente abanicos que hacían mucho ruido. También era incómodo tener que pedir cada vez que abrieran la puerta del estacionamiento porque el sistema automático no funcionaba. El día que nos hospedamos no salía agua caliente y tardaron aproximadamente una hora en arreglarlo, lo que nos hizo perder tiempo. Además, la regadera estaba muy resbalosa porque no tenía antiderrapante, por lo que podría ocasionar algún accidente. También intentamos comunicarnos mediante el WhatsApp que el mismo hotel nos proporcionó, pero no recibíamos respuesta ni apoyo para solucionar los inconvenientes. Como recomendación, durante el desayuno tenían música italiana y videos de pueblos de Italia. Considerando que el hotel tiene una esencia muy mexicana y había muchos extranjeros hospedados, creo que sería mejor poner música y videos que representen la cultura mexicana y que vayan más acorde con la estética tan bonita del lugar.

No hay aire acondicionado , el calor fue infernal , las habitaciones con ventanas clausuradas , la abierta daba al hall donde no hay aire . Las habitaciones son espaciosas y solo tenían una mesa de noche para 2 camas , no había donde poner maletas . El hotel queda un poco lejos del centro El desayuno incluido nos sirvieron continental y en la reserva solo decía continental , tuvimos que reclamar para que nos dieran unos huevos .
- Ivan8A (3/5): El calor y el ruido en la habitación fue insoportable - La ubicación de este hotel es muy buena, ya que llegas caminando a todos lados, y el estacionamiento del lugar es cómodo ya que tu estacionas tu carro y dispones de él sin esperas y valets. Las habitaciones son amplias pero no tienen aire acondicionado. Es la 3ra ocasión que me quedo en este hotel via Booking. Pero ahora me dieron una habitación en el último piso con vista a la calle. ERA INSOPORTABLEMENTE CALUROSA. No se podía estar ahí. Tenias que abrir la puerta de la habitación para que el aire circule, con cero privacidad. NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO. El ventilador no ayuda ante este nivel de calor. Por tener vista a la calle y forzado a dormir con ventanas abiertas por el calor, te despiertan en la madrugada la gente borracha que grita, las motos y carros que pasan. Si te dan una habitación del ultimo piso con vista a la calle, mejor cambia de hotel.

- andfilnog (1/5): A pior estadia de sempre num hotel. Nunca mais repetir e alertar pessoas para não terem esta experie - Nada Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Quarto virado para a estrada onde se ouvia todo o ruído dos carros e motos a passar durante a madrugada, impossível descansar com uma criança de 2 anos. Alarme de incendio no quarto sempre a apitar, falei com funcionários para retificarem enquanto saía para jantar , regressamos e estava igual. Tive de pedir de novo. Ao entrar no parque furei um pneu, pedi ajuda de locais para resolver o problema, disseram que iam ver e informavam no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte fui à receção e fizeram-se despercebidos sobre o assunto e nem quiseram tocar no tema. Por sorte, durante essa manhã fui procurar soluções e encontrei. Se dependesse do hotel ficava com o problema. Péssima experiência, demasiado caro para o que oferecem, fraca qualidade de serviço, quartos sem ar condicionado e estavam 3 graus no exterior logo passamos muito frio. Procurem algo com mais qualidade nem que seja a um preço superior porque a estadia neste hotel é atirar dinheiro fora. Pior experiência de sempre num hotel.

- Inês (7/5): Abaixo das expectativas - O aspeto do alojamento e a decoração muito típicos e bonitos. A localização e o estacionamento permitiu-nos estar a uma distância muito curta a pé do centro e deixar o carro seguro no alojamento. O pequeno almoço incluído é do tipo continental e incluía café, um bocadinho de fruta, iogurte, granola e uns pãezinhos pequenos com compota ou manteiga. Bastante fraco e pelo valor não compensa. Têm um menu disponível e pode-se pagar um valor acrescido para ter um pequeno almoço mais completo, é um negócio. O wifi do quarto e a televisão não funcionaram durante toda a estadia. O quarto tinha pouco isolamento sonoro e ouvia-se os carros e o movimento da rua da frente.

- JAVIER (7/5): Algo caro para su categoría. Por este precio en México esperas algo más el desayubo incluido es pobre y las habitaciones - Hotel en ciudad gentrificada por causa del excesivo turismo. En general los precios no se corresponden con la calidad. En este hotel, tampoco. Precio de un 4 estrellas pero servicio y limpieza de un 3 o 2. La limpieza debe mejorar bastante.

- Tico (9/5): - Las instalaciones son excelentes, muy limpias, y la comida estupenda. 10 de 10. Quizá la distancia con el centro histórico pero no todo puede ser perfecto. Primero me dieron la habitación y luego me cambiaron a otra. Pero quizá porque estaban en remodelación y mantenimiento y tenemos que tomar en consideración eso. Pero el hotel es muy hermoso y el parking muy amplio. No tengo queja.

- Luis Antonio (7/5): regular - mi habitación tenia un escalón que no se ve y me caí fue al r al baño la llave de mi habitación no servía y fue muy incomodo esperar que me abrieran yo llegue a las 4 am a dormir y perdi mucho tiempo le s comente a las 11 que llegue que si me podian dar la llave de mi habitación y me dijeron que después de las 3 pm yp me fuia trabajar y hasta las 4 am me dieron la llave y fue cuando me entere que no servia que me dieran la llave cuando avise que llegue aunque no entrara al cuarto

- Daniel (10/5): - It's not right in the heart of Centro Historico, but it's just a short walk. Nice secure and accessible parking, very friendly staff. Dog friendly which is a plus for me.

- Jose (6/5): - I was disappointed that I wasn’t offered the opportunity to leave my bags and luggage with the front desk. While the hotel is charming, it was disappointing that it didn’t offer a bar or lunch and dinner. Also I was disappointed that the complimentary breakfast consisted of yogurt and fruit. Everything else was upsold as an option.
