(Gläser zum Teil noch dreckig, Teller Schmutzig eingeräumt. -Sind im Geschirrspüler nicht ganz sauber geworden.)

- Anna Maria (10/5): Another great stay - Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)

Je trouve le prix excessif 2,70 les 500 ml d’eau non minérale ( eau recyclé ) bouteille jamais ouverte devant nous . Le reste était impeccable

Ruime kamers met goede faciliteiten inclusief koelkastje etc. Gevarieerd lopend buffet met verschillende thema's in de avond.

- Sophie (10/5): - We have spent 5 fantastic days in this Iberostar and enjoyed an amazing view from the balcony. The location is perfect as you can swim in the sea or in the swimming pool. You can access the sea by the rocks or walking 3 minutes to the beach. There are hiking paths in front of the hotel where you can have a walk or run. Food was delicious with a lot of choices, it was different every evening and we were looking forward to have dinner and out what we would have. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for relaxing holidays.

- Kimberly (4/5): - We travelled through different parts of Mallorca and this hotel was by far our least favorite. No parking and not close to any stores or restaurants. Also had a decent walk to to the beach. The rooms were dirty, the AC was nonexistent and unlike most hotels no sheets on bed just a blanket. The shower water gets everywhere. I would never stay here an again in my travels to Mallorca and we thought it’d be a good choice since it was a known chain.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful view from balcony - We went on a couples trip in the beginning of May. We had a pleasant time with a room on 7th floor with a fantastic sea view. The hotel was clean and nice. The staff were super friendly and well aware of the guests all the time. The pool is not too big, but that wasn't a problem as we went in May and the weather wasn't too hot anyway. All in all a very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to nature reserve and Cala Millor beach and the shops all along.

- Garry (8/5): Lovely Stay With Friends - We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the beach and bay. Hotel is a bit compact with not many loungers available in the sun area and all gone very early. Some great staff here but for some reason the reception bar was not staffed at night meaning the staff had to go up and down some stairs from the bar below with drinks and empty glasses. Again space was not great for the entertainment area and even though all seats were taken in this area and upstairs only the downstairs bar was open in the evenings.

Was uns etwas gestört hat war der 1cm große Spalt bei der Badtür, die man auch nicht schließen konnte. Das machte es in "manchen Situationen" etwas schwierig.

Staff was lovely (especially gentleman at the pool bar who was also preparing tasty mini cocktails before dinner). Food was plentiful, grounds and hotel in very good condition. Location was great. We would definitely like to go back so that’s a massive compliment from us!

- Ralf (8/5): - Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Das Essen ist gut. Vom Spa Bereich darf man nichts erwarten. Kleine Sauna ( f. max. 6 Personen und nur mit Textil) Sie befindet sich im sehr kleinen Hallenbad. Es gibt nur 6 Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer wurden relativ oberflächlich gereinigt.
- YVONNE (4/5): Fifty Shades Of Iberostar - Firstly, our intention from this holiday was to relax and enjoy some late September sunshine. However, It was impossible to sunbathe on any terrace around the pool and enjoy sunshine all day long. The height of the hotel building and its neighbouring building is very restrictive in this respect and shade is an issue. The hotel policy of removing towels from sunbeds after 30 minutes of non occupancy is non existent as some guests were placing 4 towels on 4 sunbeds on different sun terraces to ensure they did not miss out on the sunshine. After day 2 we decided to hire beach sunbeds for the duration of our stay. The quality and cleanliness of our room and all public areas was immaculate. Premium branded drinks from the pool bar were very expensive. We observed staff working at the pool bar making fun of guests on one evening, and observed staff working at the pool bar keeping tips for themselves despite being asked by guests to put the tips in the tip box at the bar. This is unprofessional and denied hard working bar staff the opportunity of experiencing the gratitude of some of the guests. Within the space of 10 minutes we saw one member of the pool bar staff put 30 euros into her pocket rather than into the tip box. Food in the restaurant was typical of an all inclusive menu. Entertainment was acceptable on the 3 nights out of 8 that we stayed in the hotel. There are many nearby beachfront hotels offering sunshine all day long. If you want sunshine all day long go elsewhere.

- Amy (10/5): - Very clean, bright and well-maintained property. Rooms are small and basic, but we had a nice ocean view. (The higher up the better the view. It’s an all-inclusive and the food was fine. Not great but plenty to choose from and a reasonably priced add-on. Drinks and snacks available throughout the day which is nice. Pool area is big and well set up. If you want a chair with a view of the ocean pick your chair early! If you have a car it’s on road parking which can be tricky but we were fine. Staff is very nice and helpful. And the property is committed to sustainability and it shows.

- Annette (10/5): - Wir haben uns vom Betreten des Hotels bis zum Auschecken sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos mega freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und wir haben die Ruhe einfach genossen. Auch beim Essen gibt es für uns keine Kritikpunkte, immer lecker und frisch. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Hotel nur empfehlen.
- Francisco (10/5): - Very nice and quiet hotel, the kitchen staff at the buffet is very friendly, and they gave us very good advice, (an excellent turkey with mustard and honey sauce), the spa is tiny, but very quiet, relaxing and the sauna is perfect. The room is large and spacious, comfortable and comfortable bed, large and spacious shower. A very pleasant experience, we will repeat.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Tägliches Sportprogramm ist geboten, sowie Abendprogramme. Wunderschöne Gegend. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein wenig klein aber zum kurzen Erholen ausreichend. Das Hotel kann ich absolut nur empfehlen.

We spent a few nights there in winter. Not sure how the location is in summer - there seem to be a lot of party places around.

- Joel (8/5): Nice stay with delicious food - The food was fantastic and fresh - really amazing buffet (breakfast and dinner). Rooms are clean and simple decorated. The indoor pool was really small and can get easily crowded when there are more than 6 ppl in the sauna/indoor pool area. We didn’t use the outdoor pool because it was too cold, however it looks amazing! It’s extremely difficult to find a parking on the street outside of the hotel. Expect to park somewhere close by and walk 5-10 min to the hotel. We had an issue with the room AC. Apparently, you can not control the temperature of the display in your room. The display is just fake and for your information and shows the pre set floor temperature (that’s what we’ve been told by the reception when we complained it’s too hot in the room). You can only control the fan speed - which doesn’t really make sense. Opening the balcony door is also not an option when there are parties/events going on in the bar.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Top Preisleistung, Großzügige Zimmer - Schöne moderne und großzügige Zimmer (Großes Bad) in meinem Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Wunderschöne ruige Gegend auch mit dem direkten Privatweg durch den Mini-Wald und an den Strand sehr gut gelungen. Außerordentlich freundliche, ja schon fast animierende Service-Mitarbeiter (Frühstück/Abendessen) die mich zum Tisch gebracht und Witze gemacht haben ;-) Selbst das Zimmer mit seitlichem Blick auf ein anderes Gebäude, hatte noch den seitlichen Meerblick. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein & fein - meiner Meinung nach aber eher ZU klein und beengt und der Fitness-Raum mit Cardiogeräten ÜBERFÜLLT (d.h. wenig Platz & dafür kaum Kraftgeräte), Durchschnittsalter jetzt in der Nebensaison war eher zwischen 45 - 55 würde ich sagen - da war ich mit 34J einer der Jüngsten ;-) Einen Parkplatz habe ich in 3 von 3 Malen problemlos in der Straße (kostenlos) bekommen.
- Klaus (8/5): - Lage des Hotels war gut. Die Zimmer in den beiden unteren Etagen haben in den Wintermonaten keine Sonne. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Garderobenhaken und der Schrank ist zu klein. Parken mit einem Mietwagen in der Nähe des Hotels ist Glücksache.

Ich kann das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen.

- Neftirini (6/5): - It is a nice modern hotel, however there were quite a few issues that influence our decision not to return. Good points: - check in was smooth and quick - beach front hotel, so sea views when at restaurant was nice, however you did have to walk further to go in sea as only rocks in front of hotel. - modern rooms(but beware there are no coffee or tea facilities) - location is good and close to restaurants and some bars - one of the good things at the restaurant was the freshly cooked fish. Bad points: - staff at restaurant were more interested in chatting in between them - felt there was more attentiveness for those on all inclusive and unclear about half board prices when it came to snacks for example at pool bar - food was varied but lacked quality(example more canned fruit then fresh, often missing items) - very ugly derelict building next door takes all the sun and is very unsightly - spa was small and most things didn't work, sauna for example was not on/broken, the jets in spa pool only 2 worked. So we would not return to this hotel in the future. But plenty of nice hotels in the area.

- Chris (10/5): - Exceptional hotel! Food awesome, rooms are nice, clean and have a wonderful sea-view, Staff is very friendly. You’ll find the Cala Millor beach directly behind the hotel. If u plan to go out after dinner or take a walk at the promenade, you are right here! Everything is reachable within 2 or three minutes walking. Thanks to the entire Iberostar crew who made our stay special!

- Elliott (10/5): - Would highly recommend this hotel. Iberostar have yet another brilliant Spanish hotel. Although this hotel is fairly small it is extremely modern, clean and an excellent location. I was a bit worried about the buffet however you went above and beyond my expectations. The food was fabulous and lots of variety. The man who cooked the meats and eggs was brilliant and really made my holiday enjoyable. I loved the indoor pool which was a special touch to the hotel. My only criticism is that the lounge bar was closed and the main bar was only open until 11pm so not much to do in the evenings as the entertainment finished at 10pm. Also there was no food served at the bar Thank you for a lovely stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel, poor food quality - This is a good hotel. Clean rooms, great facilities, smart & modern. The staff are friendly and obliging. The only negative is the very poor food quality - overcooked pasta, cold vegetables, poor choice of cold meats, processed cheeses and yoghurts, etc, etc. In terms of overall value it was fine but we would prefer to pay a bit more and get better food. The wine list is pathetic - it states Maker, Region & Style but not grape variety so it’s almost impossible to choose something you know you will like. When we eventually found something we liked they only had 2 bottles so on night 3 they ran out and by night 7 it still wasn’t back in stock. So, in summary, it was OK but missed any finesse.

- ROBERT (10/5): Excellent modern hotel. - Very comfortable. modern hotel. Our room was very spacious, large flat screen TV on wall had numerous UK channels. Breakfast and dinner buffet selection excellent - very wide choice and changing each day. Drinks in restaurant seemed very dear. Staff excellent. Currently some daytime noise from adjacent site which is under construction. Didn't really trouble us as, being winter, we were not sitting around outside the hotel. Didn't like the door to the toilet/shower, which was just frosted glass panel rather than a proper door. Even after 40+ years married life you still like certain aspects of your ablutions to be done in private ! Wi-fi excellent. Received daily bottles of water and on our first day a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé wine. Nice touch. Only has roadside parking which was a bit limited owing to building work at adjacent site.
- Richard (10/5): Relaxing out of season - If you are looking for a place to have a break in the winter this would be ideal. The hotel is situated away from the center and is modern and clean, with a gym, sauna and pool the food is excellent and varied with polite staff on hand . The rooms themselves are clean and fresh with maid service every day, they have a tv with english channels and a small fridge (in the wardrobe for some reason). I went out of season so there was very little open in the town.
- Dave (8/5): Nice hotel, think twice about going in November - The hotel is in a good location a stones throw away from the nice beach at Cala Millor, at one end of the strip. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are helpful enough. The pool and sauna area is very nice, great for relaxing. One slight criticism we had with the hotel was the smell of cooking was very, very strong in the dining room. It was so strong that the clothes worn for breakfast and dinner couldn’t be worn again due to the smell. With it being November when we visited, Cala Millor was probably 80% shut down for winter. We had a car and travelled around the local resorts and most were shut down for the winter. If we were going to Majorca again at this time of year again, we would probably stay in or near Palma, which as a city was fully open for business and we had a lovely day there. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel, but make sure you take plenty of change of clothes!

- Jennifer (8/5): 4 Star Hotel, 2 Star Food - We upgraded to a Full Sea View and so glad we did, View was Breathtaking,we stayed in room 603. Rooms are numbered 01-15 on each floor, the smaller the number the closer to the beach you are. Room was clean and modern. Some amenities I didn't get like, having to pay for a safe, or bathrobe. And had to leave deposits for towels and iron. Although all the Staff was super friendly, quick and always helpful, you can tell the hotel does its best to reduce the amount of staff they have. For example, you have to go to front desk for any needs like towels or iron.Wish they put some drinks and snacks you could even purchase in the room, what was provided was bare min. Pool was sleek and not too crowded even in peak season, but definitely cold, I think it peak of summer not as much a problem. Even though hotel was booked, you were always able to get a lounge chair and we didn't feel like sardines. Walking by other hotels on the strip, there was barely any room at all in between the lounge chairs, and every chair is taken. I strongly believe this is the best location on the strip in Calla Millor, it is at the end of the strip with its own private beach access. All the other hotels on the strip are not so private and it seemed like everyone is on display. Our biggest complaint, FOOD is PRETTY BAD! WE did half board, and would recommend only doing breakfast. All meals are served buffet style and they literally put out the same foods for each meal. Seems like an easy fix!
- Emma (10/5): Wonderful stay - Arrived late at the hotel (remember to book a shuttle from the airport, you WILL need it! ) but we were welcomed with fresh juice and champagne and there was still food in the dining room. Our first room was more geared towards a couple, which, after taking it up with reception was upgraded free of charge for our discomfort. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Free of families with small children, set back from the main 'tourist' area, it was a quiet vacation which was exactly what I was looking for.
