Guest Reviews
- Stephen (6/5): - Reasonable price
Clise to airport
- Frank (6/5): - I like the convenience of the nearby airport. The water for shower/tub is not very hot. The staff, when called, responded quickly. But when I arrived, I was locked out of the receptionist. There was no one at the desk. When the staff arrived, the reason was that he needed too talk to a technician. My room is very clean. Compared to other hotels, the price is good.
- Allison (10/5): - We had a great stay at the white knight! Hallways are renovated and nice! Only suggestion I have is to have. Hair dryers in the room
- Gerry (8/5): - Nice cheap property close to airport for an overnight stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean room, poor service - Hotel and room was very clean and near the airport, we just needed a place to stay after our flight didnt need anything special.
Check in unfortunately was difficult, the person at desk had the doors to reception locked and didnt believe we had a booking. He wouldnt let us in my husband had to stand outside in the cold (December night) talking through the door to convince him we had a reservation and the booking number while myself and our baby sat in the car. He eventually found our booking and opened the door for a second while we rushed in, while making it very clear we absolutely had to be out by 11.
- rhianna (8/5): - Only stayed here a night. Was satisfied for the price I paid. Close to the airport. Only issue I had was the lock looked broken and didn't close properly.
- Patty (10/5): - Its very clean and great customer service
- Sweta (8/5): - The property was nice and clean but very limited amenities the tv had barely any channels, vending machine not working but the rooms was well equiped.
- Peter (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay and it was worth the price
- Wang (6/5): - No coffer-maker in the room
- Samantha (10/5): - Very clean and friendly
- Cyril (10/5): - Good stay
- Nicolas (10/5): - Perfect for the price
train is very near, easy ti visit toronto
- O5465TFkayk (2/5): Frustrating as funds were deliberately withheld. Unclean and smelley, - Smelly motel. Scam artists lied re $100 holding deposit. Initially said it'll refunded within 2 hours of checking out, but it didn't. I went back 6 hrs later guy said I'll get it within a few days, that never happened. 2 weeks later it is still pending on bank account. Finally had to phone. They denied holding it and blamed the bank. After disconnecting call, they cancelled it. Had I not called back after the frustrating ordeal, they would not have refunded it.
- Allison (10/5): - Nice little hotel. Surprised us with the room quality for the price!
- Mark (6/5): - Charged too much for a stained and streaky bathroom.
- Lavern (8/5): Night to remember đ - It was good had a wonderful đ night.
- Paul (8/5): - good experience
- Emma (8/5): - My husband and I had a good one night stay in Ontario. This was about an hour drive from Niagara Falls, which we went to see the next morning. Itâs also right next to the Toronto airport (could be a pro or a con). 3 complaints: the lobby doors were consistently locked more often than the motel doors, so I didnât get a great sense of security there. The bathroom also could have been cleaner, and the TV program was kind of just an antenna retrieving 12 staticky stations from across the border in the u.s., so that left something to be desired.
- Cyril (10/5): - Good night stay. Perfect for one night. Clean and updated rooms.
- Fernanda Nieto (8/5): - The front desk was really helpful and I did a early check in, confortable bed, good place to be near by the airport
- Dennis (10/5): White knight motel - Great stay!
- Joel (10/5): - Reasonable cost
- TARA (8/5): - It suited my needs
- Michael (10/5): Excellent price - quality ratio. - For the price, it's unbeatable in the GTA.
My only criticism would be the noise from the planes taking off from Pearson Airport (the hotel is close to the end of a runway).
- Johnbray (8/5): - Good place for short stays.
- Susan (8/5): - Good stay for just the night returning from a vacation. Close enough to airport and great price. Comfortable bed and good coffee in the morning.
- Rushinkumar (6/5): - The vending machine was making very loud noise through out the night.
- Balu (10/5): - Good and stay comfortable
- Donna (10/5): - Cleanliness and updated furnishings. Will b back
- Mike (10/5): Wonderful surprise - Not the fanciest of places driving up to it, but the inside was a stunning surprise. Appeared to be recently redecorated. There was a friendly reception and an immaculately clean building from the hallways to the individual rooms. The bed was higher quality than Iâve experienced in most brand-name hotels. You donât need to be on a budget to enjoy your stay here.
- Nina (10/5): - A Motel with Hotel ambience.
- Michael (8/5): - It was a nice quiet stay, and the rooms were clean. The traffic can be crazy on Dixie at certain times (3:30p to 6:30p). I'm not sure about the morning traffic yet. Mini-Fridge, microwave and A/C in room. No smoking.
- Samuel (10/5): - Im happy I booked 2 rooms for 1 night each here. For the price, you cant do any better. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will book here again when im in town again. 10/10 A
- Lynne (4/5): - Room was very comfortable and clean. Two things that were disappointing were the lack of hot water and no shampoo.
- Frederic (10/5): - This property is well maintained!
- Michael (10/5): - The hotel is convenient, quiet and reasonably priced. Very good for access to Pearson Airport
- Ian (8/5): - The customer service rep was very rude
- Nicole (8/5): - Property is nice and clean
I had a room near the vending machine which generated some noise but otherwise it was perfect đ
- Sergei (8/5): - Very reasonable offering. Simple, clean and a good location. Good choice.
- Bernice (10/5): - Very clean room and quiet motel. Enjoyed our stay.
- Nneka (2/5): - Didn't have a good experience because the facilities were not working and water in the bad room was not hot
- Marin (10/5): - Overall great, my room didnât have a coffee maker, shampoo or conditioner.
- AN LAC (8/5): - I was give a room that cannot be locked
- Raquel (10/5): - convenient.. 15mins away from the Mississauga airport.
- Wanda (10/5): - This motel is super close to the airport. VERY well priced for its location. The room is clean, which is the main thing. The parking is ample sized. Its very well secured, almost too secured. There isn't much around it but all I needed was a one-night stay before my flight. Will definitely use this motel again.
- Ajay (2/5): - Worst staff service. They try to be at your ass every time
- Verified traveler (4/5): So Very Disappointing - We were so very disappointed that the clerk lied about the room being non-smoking when clearly it was! Our booking was confirmed with a non-smoking room. The washroom sink didn't drain very well. It took the clerk about 20 mins. for us to be checked in. The outside or parking area was not well lighted. Although the place was clean, quiet with free wi-fi, free on-site parking and the room having a microwave oven, a refrigerator, TV and that the manager, Cris and cleaning ladies were courteous, I will not stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone. Our stay was from Sunday, May 15 to Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
- Sandeep (10/5): - đ
- Leyon (4/5): - Smelly and no Cable TV working.
- Renee (6/5): - I liked the 2 queen sized beds in the room. I did not like that a used condom was found in the washroom garbage, the toilet was not cleaned and there was some mold in the bathing area.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Im so sorry but I donât recommend it and plus when I did book it was a different price than the one I paid at the front desk that was really upsetting me
- Verified traveler (4/5): - old needs update fhe xomforter needs to be changed. some new towels needs to be added. no body lotion and no complimentary water at least
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The place was ok. But Our sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in them. The place smelled of old cigarette smoke.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nothing special, nothing expected just as it should be
- j (2/5): - did not have my reservation and turned me away..........
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Clean but very out dated
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Nothing exciting, no chair no water to drink it is not welcoming
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Basic amenities are there, they should include breakfast. Very close to airport
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nothing special - Nothing special about this hotel. Ok value when you only need a bed. Really need updating.
- Shi Zhao (8/5): - It was good stayă
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Itâs great that itâs fairly close to the airport but the place smells like cigarettes, only channels on tv were news. The beds were hard, blankets were full of cigarette burns, mattresses are stained, pillows were nonexistent. Not worth $111 a night. $60 would have made more sense.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean rooms. Easy check in. Friendly staffs and its near the airport which is very convenient.
- Mr Mark (8/5): - This place is ok for a stop over night
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Clean. Good value for the money. All right overall. Close to the airport.
- Ashley (10/5): - Great hotel & service Easy access 11 Minutes driving to Toronto Pearson International Airport. From the time of booking to checking out we were met with friendly and accommodating staff.
The rooms are inviting uniquely laid out and functions perfectly. Took Non smoking room with Two Double Beds, Small Fridge & Microwave in Room. Large showers,Soap & Towels Laid out clean, comfortable rooms. No Bed Bugs
Tv only has 7 channles but allows you to connect with your Laptop if you bring long enough HDMI cord to watch Netflix or stream tv.
Overall it was a great hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
- Spencer (8/5): Decent - Good value for your dollar
- Eugene (6/5): - Hotel rooms are in need of updates especially the beds. Hotel rooms are clean and efficient. Staff are very pleasant
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Property ok
To far from airport cost $ 55.00 for taxi
No restaurant close by but could order in
Wifi great
- Keith (8/5): - I like that is close to what I have to do there 14 minute drive
last night I was bothered by the planes going over first time in 3 years
but I was not feeling well when I got there and that makes a difference
room was clean and warm Great place for a budget motel
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Old rundown and smelly and lacking in professional courteous staff
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay here at White Knights. The room was clean and all the ammenities I needed was close by.
- Joe (4/5): Don't stay here! - Check out the picture. Black mold on the bottom of the bathroom mat, around the tub as well as on the grout. Not cool!
- todd (8/5): Airport stay - Only problem is the noise during the night in the 2nd floor. Everybody was loud. Should have more light at entrance to room and should have 4 pillows verse 2 and no small shampoo items.
- Luis (6/5): - Close to the airport, expensive, because is very simple, but just to sleep one night is OK
- Fang (2/5): - When I checked in and Went to bed, I found all sheets were not changed, some hairs and dirt on the sheets and I called hotel staff to change room. Unbelievable things happened, in second and third rooms , all sheets were not changed ! FinalyďźI had to ask the staff brought me clean sheets and changed by my self.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hot water in our room did not work, was moved to another room.
- Visitor (4/5): - I would not stay here. Every aspect of the hotel and room was disappointing. The furniture looked liked it was salvaged from a dump. The sheet had a blue stain on it (see photo). The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and could not answer the basic questions about the hotel or area. The area has no stores other than gas station stores. Pass on this place.
- leed809 (6/5): Itâs a motel with 2 stars - Stayed here just donât expect paying under $100 and get a 5 star luxury hotel.
Beds are comfortable and checked the mattress and it was clean no horrible surprises there. The pillows were very thin but can handle it.
Bathroom outdated but functional clean.
All in all the motel is fine wifi is good the tv wasnât the best but not really concerned by that they have a/c fridge microwave.
Would stay there again.
- norm (8/5): - TV channels was bad, no hair shampoo.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a nice pace to stay at
Staff was nice
Room was nice
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Early check in time and cleanliness, front desk personnel was friendly.
- Verified traveler (4/5): So so - We first arrived late morning and paid/got a key for our room. We put all our bags and settled in a little bit. We were leaving the hotel for the day to go to Toronto but as we were leaving, we were informed we were in the wrong room and that it was only one night (original stay was 2 nights). The receptionist made us pay the remaining balance PLUS we had to move our bags before leaving. We almost missed our bus in Toronto. The receptionist did not offer a rebate nor any consolation to what had just happened. In addition, the hallways smelt bad. Atleast the room was so so.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Fire alarm went off at 4 am. Couldnt sleep. Multiple false alarm throughout the night after.
- DAVID (6/5): My Stay at White Knight Motel - The room was OK. The lighting is very weak. A bulb in a lamp hanging over a table was burned out . The toilets are old ,and sluggish, The toilet does not flush with enough force. They need to be upgraded asap.
TV reception was not great.
- Tim (6/5): Cheap hotel by airport - This airport Hotel, although on right next to the airport which is very convenient, is a very decent hotel given the price. However, this hotel does not offer the upscale amenities that most people are used to.Me personally, I booked through Expedia and every thing I did not go through OK as in my card declined but was not informed properly about this and was spoken to very rudely by representatives at the hotel. The accommodations to f me personally, I booked through Expedia and every thing did not go through OK as in my card declined but was not informed properly about this and was spoken to very rudely by representatives at the hotel. The accommodations to Rectify the situation you were about average. We were placed in a smoking room which had very very bad smells throughout the room we had to threaten to leave in order to be put in a non-smoking room. We were even charge about C$20 more than the price we initially paid. The beds were very hard, it wouldâve been better to probably sleep on the The beds were very hard, it wouldâve been better to probably sleep on the floor back home floor at home. And we are US visitors, we love the Canadian atmosphere but would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My assumption is because of the minorities that we are however, that should not mean anything.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Airport - slept well but woke up with a rash could be their laundry soap
- Verified traveler (8/5): very nice inexpensive - only thing I have to say in a negative way is if you are trying to make the left turn in ..it can take a while
positives clean pillows are the best I have ever had in a hotel..nice and soft but also thick and comfortable
- Chuckie (6/5): Good hotel close to the airport - Staff is so accommodating. Housekeeping is good. Location is close to the airport and some good restaurants and coffee shop.
- jerry (2/5): - Cheap staff dont know how to speak with customers
I will never go there again
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic accommodation - Should have taken a closer look at the map, hotel is pretty close to the end of one of the runways, so depending on the wind direction, you might have to bring earplugs. Bring shampoo, too, as none is provided. But the bed and room were clean, and the location is good if you need access to anything around the airport.
- Paul (6/5): You get what you pay for.... - Inexpensive hotel in the midst of industrial park. Smelled of smoke and cooking in the hallways. No elevator. Rooms were clean with a comfortable bed....
- Daniel (10/5): No problems - Great price!! If you need to stay in Brampton, itâs perfect
Good tv, good wi-fi
Nothing to complain about - a good value motel
- Suz (8/5): Nice staff - good price for Toronto airport area - You get what you pay for - I was very happy to be in a room at this price for the quality of the staff, and the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean - I could not have to ask for more
- Barb (8/5): Great price
- Great price. It is not beautiful but is a good stop close to the airport to get a few hours of sleep.you can hear planes overhead. I booked through Expedia and had no problems checking in and we got the price quoted by Expedia with no problems.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I did like it and I am thinking to go back very soon if I got a good offer
- Debbie (4/5): Close to airport - Shows couch in rooms but only in suites. Cushions on couch sink below wooden frame and very uncomfortable. No tv in bedroom so forced to sit on uncomfortable couch to watch. Disappointing. Holes in the drywall. Do not recommend
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Knew it would be a bit of a dive, but the front desk staff was rude & the room was hilarious. You get what you pay for. Fairly clean. At least there's tv and a fridge and microwave. Reeks of smoke. But sheets were clean a was bathroom.
- Scott (10/5): - I really liked the man who checked me in. He was super nice and very friendly.
- Tori (4/5): Bed bugs - There were bed bugs. Stayed there one night and found 4 bed bugs.
