- Vlad (10/5): Awesome! - Great location only five minutes to Georgetown. I would highly recommend that you stay here. They have a boat dock so you can dock your boat if you're renting from one of the agencies that lets you keep it overnight. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but honestly, not bad. The property is located on a beautiful calm beach. It has everything you'll need to spend a few days or longer. The owners are incredibly nice just like everyone else on the island. Book this place and don't look back!

- franck (10/5): stay in (almost) paradise - we stayed at house #2 for 10 days,it couldn't have been better.the house is well maintained,well stocked with towels the kitchen has all you need for preparing meals,the location is exceptional,right on a beach with chairs and a hamac on the water.it has a brand new flat screen TV. The only complain would be that the internet is unreliable works most of the time but not all the time. you definitly need a car to stay there.

There is a private beach that is quiet. The owner and property manager are so friendly and accommodating. Easy access and onsite parking and laundry.

- JackieRobinson (6/5): - Overall, we loved the property. It’s definately very spacious, clean, met with charlene the property manager and she was very nice. They offer kayaks in the front, laundry room on premises. Two things I have to say: WI FI works only in one of the bedrooms (closer to the middle of the entire property), and there was a mice problem. We have seen a couple of mouses and my gf was really freaking out entire time we were there and did not sleep well at night ( mice poops were on our night stand). Management told us that there was never a problem there before but how would I know - it was my first and last time staying there. Nothing was done about this issue and nobody even tried reaching out to us.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Cottage Cut Villas are not connected town homes. You are in a home separate from other guests with plenty of privacy. The villas are steps away from a sandy beach to swim, snorkel or go boating in. The only negative is the mosquitoes, but this is what you sign up for when you are right next to the water. Bring mosquito spray to make your stay more enjoyable. It's worth it!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Großes Haus direkt am Strand - Großes Haus, direkt am Strand, nahe Georgetown gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber - alles was man benötigt ist vohanden. Es ist gemütllich eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Access to kayaks, grills, washer & dryer, oven, coffee maker, blow dryer, microwave, ac, wifi, beach and bath towels, books, puzzles, tv, basically all necessary amenities. All you need is a small back pack of clothes. No issues at all. Hands down the only place on the island I will ever stay. Thank you Eric & Sharlene (and Linda)
- Mark (8/5): - People are very friendly and a big spacious villas. A fish pen with lobster and groupers was a great experience feeding them in the evening. My only recommendation would be to improve the dirt and rocky road going into the villas. Very tricky if your on a scooter
- Darren (10/5): Excellent villa, great outlook - The villa has an amazing view and direct onto the beach, the owners are very helpful and pleasant, would recommend 100%, you will need to hire a car and the owner has a boat that he will hire out to.
- Sally (10/5): A Taste of Home and Heaven - Cottage Cut Villas was exceptional in location and amenities. Having a huge deck and access to a beach just yards from the villa was amazing. I felt so a home, especially having a fully equipped kitchen. Able to relax and take in the breathtaking sunrises. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend Cottage Cut Villas.
- Mark (10/5): Peace & Tranquility - What a peaceful place Cottage Cut Villas is. We stayed in Unit 3, the unit is large with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. There are two double beds in each bedroom. The Kitchen / Diner / lounge is a large space. The outside terrace is massive with steps leading down to the private beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook most nights. Cottage Cut Villas is a home away from home.

- Tess (10/5): Brilliant self contained villa - The villa was fab - two big bedrooms each with two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony overlooking private beach. Free use of kayaks, hammock, loungers and BBQ. Get supplies from the Market shop in Georgetown. The villas are located 2-3 miles outside of Georgetown, down a dirt track. At first we weren't sure how to get into town (taxis are v expensive) but as soon as we got onto the main road and started walking we would get picked up by a local and dropped off for free. Very safe! The owner of the villa is also really happy to give you a lift to town so just ask! We did hire a car from Birleys for 2 days to explore further ($63 per day for a small mazda/suzuki) to be able to visit Little Exuma, Tropic of Cancer beach, Forbes Beach, Rolle Town, Barra Terra....I would highly recommend Cottage Cut, there are currently 3 villas but looks like they might be sorting another one.
- Bob (10/5): Awesome private cottage on beach. - The privacy of this spacious house on a beach with only two other house rentals is fantastic. Beach is nice with deck out the frack of cottage. A small boat area to rent boats or be picked up by water taxi. A little sick of heaven. All utensils in kichen to cook and very large bedrooms. Eric and Sharlene great. Will help with anything. We will surely return to Exuma and stay here as our home base in exploring the islands
- Jenny (10/5): Nice Villa with private beach - Great villa with a super friendly owner and neighbor. The road to get there is a little bumpy, because it is gravel and dirt. It's fine with a bigger car that can handle the ride. We met great taxi drivers, but be aware the fare can change. It is a beautiful location and well maintained.

- Melvin (10/5): Very close to George Town - Great view of the water and close to town. Takes a minute to find the road but very worthwhile once you figure it out.
- Donnice (10/5): Nice house - This property is very nice. It has it's own little beach, beach chairs, and a lovely porch overlooking the sea. Only a few negatives. The road to get there is awful. It's a dirt road full of ruts and rocks. A little scary to drive over. The other thing is that the beds are too hard. All of us woke up sore. But, when we had an issue with the oven not working, they replaced it in 2 hours. This is amazing, since it takes Lowe's longer to deliver a new oven. The unit was very clean, and nobody bothered us.
- S.S (10/5): Great place for a get away. - The cottage cut villas is the perfect place for a peaceful get away. It is located in a tranquil setting ideal for relaxation and also has its own private beach. It was a pleasure to wake up to the soothing sound of the soft ocean waves. The villas are well furnished and well kept. I hope to return for a longer stay.
