Guest Reviews
- Michael (10/5): - Convenient cozy and affordable
- RYAN (10/5): - Got exactly what i paid for. A bed in a room.
- Danae (10/5): - It was a nice place. Clean and staff was nice and accommodating. It is perfect for an overnight quick stop. Great price.
- Carrie (10/5): Comfortable, affordable, clean, convenient - Friendly service, clean room, comfortable and lots of convenience items (microwave, vanity area w/office chair, microwave, pullout couch). Right off the freeway, across the street from McDonald's, subway, pizza, gas station and down the road from Denny's. Will def stay again.
- Yasuhiro (4/5): - The towels were yellow and many things were broken in the room.
- J. (4/5): - Do you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain?
Do you like dad calling you at 11:30 pm looking for you?
Do you like having folks barge into your room at 9 am to clean your room?
Do you like thin walls?
Do enjoy seeing terrible looking maintanence work?
Do you like the look of a 1970’s trailer park trailer shower surround?
Also if you are over 5’ 5” you may have a hard time showering
The bed was decent and the price also was.
- Rickey L (8/5): Decent Motel for the price - It was an older Motel . Nothing fancy . But it was worth the money, Clean and comfortable.
- John (2/5): Condemned - This motel should be condemned. There’s a contractor I saw numerous electrical and plumbing violations, plus the room we looked at the door jam had been broken, so there was no security. The only person we could find could not speak a bit of English 4:30 in the afternoon and we just got a room at a different hotel. Do not waste your time on this.
- James (6/5): - Very bad hotel, old dirty and falling apart.
- Tony (10/5): - The hotel was very clean comfortable your staff was friendly and nice accommodating my requests all around lovely day
- Carrie (2/5): - I have never left a bad review for anything in my life--hotel, restaurant, house, nothing. I rented 3 rooms for one night on July 11th. I can say without a single doubt that every good review for this hotel is a complete lie. We arrived and checked in quite late after driving for 12 hours, which is the ONLY reason we didn't get right back in our cars and keep driving to another town and hotel. After seeing the rooms I called every hotel in town to beg for another set of rooms to no avail. I didnt even care that i would end up losing almost $600 because i would not receive a refund. This hotel was THAT bad. So we spent one terrible night in this hotel. Do not believe ANY good review.
With each opened door we were hit with a wall of stench. One of them had a rotted something in the tiny fridge, another one smelt strongly of cat urine, the last room smelled old and dead. The smells were so bad. The water out of the faucets and showers even smelled bad. Fly tape in the corners, broken door frames, holes in the ceilings, saggy broken beds, hair on pillows, stains on sheets, dirty toilets, cracked tiles, OLD, stained, detached carpet. And the SMELL. It permeated everything. This hotel definitely does not meet any occupancy codes.
There are roughly 20 rooms total. Most of them are taken up by people who actually live at the hotel. I believe they are the ones leaving fake good reviews. Do not stay here. Cancel your reservation.
- Pauline (10/5): - Thank You Great Stay
- Penny (8/5): - Very old property, but clean
- margaret brian (8/5): - For a budget friendly and pet friendly motel, it was fine. The room had a bit of an animal urine smell, they should probably put in linoleum rather than carpet. Served our needs well. Just needed a quick overnight on our way home.
- Thanh (8/5): - It's an older building so it's expected. Everything works
- Crystal (10/5): - Nice property and comfortable room.
- Jeremiah (8/5): - Nice friendly hotel.
- Brandon (2/5): - Not the worst place I’ve stayed but it’s not good. Should not have a 7 star rating. Desk worker was rude, sink was leaking, pillows might as well of been bricks and I wouldn’t walk around barefoot. Good for a quick rest if you have your own pillows.
- scott (8/5): - Just needed this stay while on a continuing road trip so it served the purpose
- Carson (8/5): - Fine for a stop over on a long distance trip.
- Michael (2/5): - Run down. toilet had to be flushed with back of tank off to hold check valve. daylight between door and wall. electrical plug plug box came out 1 inch when unplugging. Front door looks like it had been broken in many times. The Bates motel was a step up from this hotel.
- Duane (8/5): - Older property, room shows some wear and tear, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Driving through area - Needed a place to stay for night while traveling. Place needs some remodeling however it was clean and beds were ok. Fridge and microwave were pretty new. Coffee machine didn’t work well but managed to get a cup.
- edwin (2/5): - The hotel was old and not taken care of. room smelt so bad and had so many spiders could not stay had to leave early
- Joaquin (8/5): - Room adequately furnished and kept clean. Sink and toilet are outdated, need to be replaced with bigger bowls.
- Adrian (10/5): - Na
- Kumara Ritvik (2/5): - AC not working, loose power outlet. Water from the sink and shower is white and smells. DO NOT RECOMMEND
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The motel is in very bad condition, not clean, paint peeling, door jam destroyed and you could not use dead bolt, mold in shower, towels were stained and sheets were disgusting. Pet friendly room, with stained carpet everywhere. Never again
- JACK (8/5): - I liked the size of the room
- LYNN (8/5): - Nice little hotel at an affordable price.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty - It felt very dirty, the sink was dirty, the floors were dirty, it smelled of urine (pet i presume). I slept in my clothes. I was happy to get out of there.
- John (10/5): - Great
- PAULA (2/5): - No idea what the rooms were like--no lobby, no staff, nobody home--the outside just a desert. Never saw the inside. knocked and hammered on the doors and windows. couldn't check in.
- Deborah (2/5): Do NOT stay at this location! - By far the most HORRIFIC experience I’ve ever had in using Hotrls.com for over 20 years! Room was dinghy, towels were gray (I think they eye originally white) and tile in bathroom all broke. Add in that it’s obvious your front door has been kicked in at some point.
- Kathryn (2/5): - Awesome managers/owners but the property was extremely run down.
- Gina (8/5): - Love that it is a single story motel, stairs are hard for me. Also love that i can pull car right up to my door. I have stayed several times. My room was very clean.
- PAULA (2/5): - We spent considerable time on the computer trying to cancel our reservation,… We finally stopped at the motel on our way south. Two in the afternoon, not a soul around. We hammered on the doors and windows and walked all around. What if we had wanted to stay?We expect to get our money back.
- Kevin (2/5): - It took ten mibutes to be greeted. The room was NOT what I booked. The interior light switch was hanging loose from the wall. The door took several tries to unlock. The room overall was very dingy looking. I didnt even end up staying here. I moved on to another location. I would NOT recommend staying here!!
- Laura (8/5): Laid back and accommodating. - Love the vibe, love the location, love the Western decor, there’s a ranch situated behind the motel. We had a late check in, but clear directions were left for us. The room was clean and restful.
- Danyale (8/5): - Easy check in very quiet.
- Francisco (10/5): - ✅ in was fast ,,, and receptionist was nice and clear..
- steve (4/5): - TV didn’t work very rundown but you get what you pay for
- nittynet (2/5): Don’t stay here…yuck - Rooms are filthy, rundown and smelly. Whole property is an eye sore (abandoned car with back seat used on outdoor swing)and not maintained at all. What a waste of money couldn’t get out of here fast enough. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.
- Edward (10/5): - Park on front of room
- John D (8/5): - For the price it was good shower was very sensitive was very unpredictable,,fridge had no adjustment everything is frozen microwave was nice to have
- Becky (10/5): - Always a pleasure to stay at the Country Inn! Comfortable beds and pillows, hot showers and pet friendly!
- Carl (10/5): - It was good
- simon (10/5): - Stopped for one night as I was heading north. Great price. Would stay again
- Susan (10/5): - While the buildings are rundown, the rooms are clean, and the staff was helpful, pleasant and professional .
- james (10/5): - Left phone in room. Cleaning staff had already given to front desk person was great. Great ending to a bad situation.
- Alex (8/5): Best deal in Beaver - The price was right and it was just what I expected.
- Alberto (4/5): - The place needs to be demolished and rebuilt! La paint in the bathroom ceiling is pealing out! Shower filthy
- Ross (6/5): - Excellent value. Good room for the fee. Hot water was minimal, toilet was slow flushing. Not overly clean outside around property.
- Nanette (2/5): Don’t stay here, not even if free - Bed was so old that it sagged in the middle, no support at all, Carpet was filthy, entry door frame had obvious signs of being broken into multiple times and the fix to the broken frame was “fixed” by nailing an old wooden ruler and a block of wood. Directly outside our room was an abandoned car with the back seats taken from the car and used on the outdoor swing beside it. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.
- Melissa (2/5): - Guy came to check me in with no socks or shoes on. Building very old on the outside and inside there was stains on the sheets like they were never changed in yrs. Something all over the lamps mold in bathroom.
- Marty (10/5): - This place is a step back in time with quality accommodations at an affordable price. Clean, quiet, and comfortable while providing TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and desk. Might sound like much to most but it was exactly right. Single level rooms keeps it quiet without foot traffic above the ceiling. Thanks much!!
- James (8/5): - Older motel, great value for a place to sleep and go skiing at Eagle Point 20 miles away.
- Cesar (10/5): - Quiet good
- Robert (2/5): - Awful! Old, grungy, dirty, stinky room. One of the worst ever.
- Catalina (8/5): - Nice for such a cheap price. Would stay again
- Barbara (6/5): - We have stayed here before but mainly for a short overnight stay due to the price. This time our door didn't lock when we went out for dinner or breakfast. It did lock inside with the deadbolt. This is a very basic old motel in need of care. Has a fridge and Micro, table and chair which is nice.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed - I will not be staying again, at least not during winter months. The room was ice cold when I arrived, went to bed with extra layers of clothes on and a hot pack in the bed to warm it.
The fridge froze all my food. The lights in the main room would not turn on.
- Darren (8/5): - A little outdated but for the price it was a good deal.
- Ann (8/5): Warm place to stay for the night - Warm. Reasonably clean and quiet. Working fridge and microwave. Good motel experience. Nice staff.
- Anna (10/5): - The room was very spacious and on ground level for us older folks. Dining options a few blocks away and access to the town was easy. Very comfortable and people were very friendly.
- Julie (8/5): - Although the property is older, everything was clean and the price was great.
The outside area and accessibility of the unit were perfect for our three-legged dog.
- Rhonda (4/5): Wont stay again - The walls and floors need severe cleaning.
Lamps that dont reach outlets.
No heathad to change rooms
- Carol (6/5): - Door needs repaired. Could see daylight all around door.Heater was extremely loud to the point of waking me up at night.
- Alan (10/5): - Very comfortable and a great value
- yijun (10/5): - very easy check in and great stay
- Mario (10/5): - Very quiet and convenient parking, the check in didn't take too long.
- Ken (8/5): - Only stayed one night as i was traveling. It worked out ok.
- Shelley (6/5): - Needs paint, baseboards filthy
- Joh (8/5): Reasonable price - Clean - It was simply a stop over on the way to Arizona.
- Gail (4/5): May have to find a new place to stay - We have stayed here before because the location is a great stop while driving from AZ and through Salt Lake. There is a Mcdonalds that opens at 6am on your way to the hwy. The rooms are large and you can back your car right up to your door. They have a fridge and a microwave although our microwave was very old and didn’t work. The cleanliness is not great and this time the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. This along with some very sketchy electrical outlets, some that even spark, show a new low in regard into basic maintenance.
- Andreas (8/5): - Exactly as expected for the price. Bathroom could have used some love. But the room was pleasant.
I’ve paid more for worse.
- Bradley (4/5): - The fire alarm was removed. The shower had crazy temperature fluctuations and burned me. But it was pretty inexpensive.
- Walter J (10/5): - Ease of parking near room
- Rick (10/5): - Very convenient location. Dated but comfortable.
- Melanie (10/5): - Great last minute stop. Had comfortable beds and nice heat during a storm!
- Pamela (8/5): - This is a huge room with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom has been updated but needs a couple of minor repairs. The toilet flush is very weak.
- Linda (10/5): I’d stay again - Excellent for the price. Great service and clean. Property was old
- Corinne (2/5): - Room stunk so bad was offensive
Corners had not been vacuumed in long time
Bed sheets looked unwashed
Towels grey
Tiles falling off walls in bathroom & mold was present
I would not recommend this place to anyone
- Sara (8/5): - Fine for the price, especially to get off the road for thr night.
- Steven (10/5): - I always enjoy well-kept older hotels like this. The reasonably priced the rings were very clean. The front desk manager was efficient and friendly. The evening was quiet. The beds were comfortable.
One chip is in the shower. The sweet spot temperature is with the knob about 9 AM….
- David (6/5): - Good for the money. Older but clean enough.
- James (10/5): - Basic lodging for cheap. No complaints
- Margaret (10/5): - Clean room, nice staff and very quiet !
We would stay again
- Tammy (2/5): - This place is a bit run down. The room had an old building smell. Once the lights go dim the litlle critters come out. Saw a beetle running across the floor, moth and fly. Would not stay again.
- Lora (10/5): - Good place to stay for the price.
- Cody (10/5): - Room was what you expect from an old hotel. Front desk guy was a little needy whining about where I parked my truck/trailer but all good in the end.
- Jerry (10/5): A Great Value - Comfort Inn is close to the freeway and within walking distance of food and convenience stores. The area was safe for me to walk around. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Internet was a little weak but passable. Overall I would stay here again.
- Robert (8/5): - Good place to lay my head down after a long drive.
- Amber (2/5): - This property is terrible!!! The room smelled like it had 12 cats in it and I am very allergic. I had to take meds just to sleep there with my allergies and the smell was almost unbearable. The room was also so gross and not cleaned properly at all! I don’t think they have ever cleaned the shower ever or any wall In that room!
- Steve (10/5): - Good price clean rooms
- Richard (4/5): - The room was fine but there were not issues in the room and I have. No idea where the ice maker was to get ice into our room. The access card to the room was very difficult to use and took several attempts to work.
Overall disappointed with the unit and I will not be staying at Comfort inns again
- Judy (4/5): - It looks like no maintenance has been done in a long time
Bathroom tile all broken amd towels were ragged
Shower is badly stained
The toilet sits about 15 inches off tje floor
Have never seen one that small
Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a nice place
- Peggie (8/5): - Nice staff. Clean room.
- Robert (2/5): - This place is a S&^T HOLE .. !!
- Kristine (6/5): - Unsure if the room smell was due to the damaged tile around the toilet. But i did use air freshener and plugins. Other than that.. the room was clean. Bed linens clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient. This is a budget hotel for a place to sleep. For the price it meets expectations.
