• Omar Kantun (10/5): Accesible - Las habitaciones son muy amplias, limpias, sin malos olores y buena iluminación durante el día.Tiene fácil accesibilidad y encuentras algunas tiendas al menos, dos a tres cuadras al rededor.Esto respecto a mi visita a Bacalar por motivos de trabajo. Quizá en ese momento no funciona bien la regadera de la piscina, salía muy poca agua, casi nada.Puede incomodar un poco la luz del pasillo hacia el dormitorio por las noches al dormir.

Me da la sensación de que desconfían del huésped. Y se me hace de mal gusto que si no tienes los $100 o no quieres dejar tu INE te tengas que secar con tu ropa o como puedas

• Philip Pongratz (4/5): - Der kurze Weg zum Hauptplatz, gratis Wasser Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Außerdem funktionierte das Wlan nicht in den Zimmern. Die Aufenthaltsbereiche mit WIFI sind sehr beschränkt und wenig komfortabel. Im Zimmer klebte ein Kaugummi an der Wand direkt neben dem Bett. Es gab drei Kleiderbügel und alle drei waren kaputt. Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. In der Nacht war es sehr hell im Zimmer. Wir sprechen sehr wenig spanisch und haben es mit Googleübersetzer probiert. Kommunikation mit dem Personal nur auf Spanisch möglich

Solicite dos habitaciones una con dos camas y me dieron con una cama matrimonial y el clima no enfriaba.

Ils l'ont tout de même nettoyer le lendemain mais nous n'avons pu l'utiliser 2 jours sur 4

• Anya (2/5): Go elsewhere - Rooms are run down and old. Aircon hardly works. The electricity doesn’t work properly not sure what voltage they use but 1/3 drone batteries charged over night. Receptionists also have no idea, unhelpful and hard to deal with. For the money what do you expect; but if you book, only book it discounted on booking.com otherwise you’ll be greatly disappointed

• CERON (1/5): - Nada El lugar está muy descuidado, la habitación tenía una fuga de agua, me tocó la 11 y no me dieron toallas, tenía que dejar mi id o pasaporte para poder tener toallas lo cual me parece absurdo, había mucho ruido se podía escuchar la conversación por teléfono del huésped de al lado, la piscina estaba muy sucia y no servía la ducha caliente y encontré una cucaracha al lado de mi cama, así que muy mal servicio, encontré una mejor habitación por cien pesos más. Así que pésimo por este hotel.

Mattresses on both need replacing as they sagged really badly on the sides. Bright lights outside room with no blockout curtains (can be turned off but weren't), people were making noise at night and the staff didn't talk to them. Hot water but no instructions on how to get it working and terrible showerhead.

• Ximena (8/5): Funcional, pero no excepcional. - El colchón estaba muy cómodo, la habitación funcional y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. El WiFi solo se podía usar en la recepción, no había agua caliente, una toalla estaba muy vieja y sin orilla. Y las almohadas muy feas, aplastadas.

Murs sales, fuite d'eau sous lavabo cassé qui se situe dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain. Vue minable. Linge de toilette très usagé et effiloché. Matelas de la chambre 23 très très inconfortable.

Ting der ville være gode at have haft: Badeforhæng, køleskab, mindre håndklæde til hænderne (inkl. knage til at hænge det op) og bedre udluftning.

• Forest (4/5): Cheap for the location but not a comfortable nights sleep - Good location and cheapest place we could find with a private bathroom. Complimentary filtered water in the reception. Room was clean The toilet flush was broken. Every time you went to the toilet you had to lift up the cistern lid and adjust it to allow it fill up. We showed the staff, but they were unhelpful. There were a couple of dips in the mattress making it uncomfortable to sleep in, also showed the staff but they said nothing could be done, even though we could see on booking.com that they had other rooms available. Shower curtain isn’t long enough so water goes all over the floor by the toilet when you shower.

Le jardin est agréable avec la piscine La chambre était au fond d’un couloir avec l’unique fenêtre qui donne dans le fameux couloir. Donc peu de lumière, peu d’air et d’intimité sauf rideaux tirées. Mold ALL over the walls in the room, triggered my asthma so badly I had to leave after 20 mins. Terrible place, far from town, horrific rude staff
• Aldi (3/5): Not recommended - Locals in Bacalar laugh when they are told one is staying there. It’s one of the first hotels there but hasn’t been maintained for a while. - no room service but they would still ask for tips - the room was not soundproof at all. Everything from the accommodation was clearly audible. Especially the buzz of the air-conditioning of adjacent rooms was so loud that even with ear plugs it was difficult to sleep. - Lots of pigeons were right at the windows, making constantly noise and defecating at the window. Windows need to be closed properly to avoid pigeons coming in. - Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were too hard and the duvet was very thin. - Last but not least a high-voltages electric power line was next to the room outside.
• Marjolaine (3/5): Pas top - La personne de l'accueil L'état de la piscine qui est vraiment à revoir, l'eau est trouble, les équipements autour sont dans un mauvais état, rien qui donne envie d'en profiter. L'hôtel accueille des jeunes qui sont en voyage mais du coup ils courts, et hurlent la nuit sans que personne leur disent quelque chose. Les chambres qui sont très sombres, obligé d'allumer l'eau chaude avant de se laver.
