Guest Reviews
- chi hei (3/5): Old facility, - Have free water to refill, lot of parking Bathroom and bed is small, i live in below ground floor, everytime the top level turn on the water I have nosies sound....very disturbing....
- Janis (8/5): - Good value and location. Comfy beds. Tiny bathroom. Quite run down looking.
- Kerri (6/5): -
- Christine (7/5): - Close to city. Parking. Reasonable size room Broken PowerPoints, need better pillows, no hand towels, plumbing needs looking at taps extremely noisy. Vending machine not working. No complimentary bottle water.
- Philip (4/5): If you want bottom level budget then this is the place - The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked and the blind kept the light out. The staff were not welcoming at all. Barely even acknowledged you. Demanded ID on arrival without even so much as a welcoming greeting and then have us our room without any help for which way we needed to go. When we checked out we were ignored. The rooms are very tired and run down. The walls are so thin there is no sound proofing at all. There was torn fabric hanging from the base of the bed. The vent in the shower was just an open pipe in the ceiling full of debris. There was mould in the corners and the paint was flaking and chipped off the door frames. We stayed for 4 nights and had no housekeeping done at all. The shower room was more like a cupboard with a large step up into it and as there was no shower curtain the floor got soaked with every use. The light fitting by the bed was falling apart. We had earplugs which meant we could sleep but the noise from the fridge, other guests, air conditioning and outside would have made it impossible otherwise
- Ronnie (8/5): -
- Ping Yue (7/5): Fuss free and convenient option for transit or short stay. - Location is outside city and less than 15 mins away from the airport. Macdonald and KFC right next door for fast food, and short distance away from King Street for other food options. The bed was not very comfortable
- Peter (10/5): Amazing stay for our wedding anniversary. Staff are amazing. - It is a little old, but the room was comfortable and staff are always so amazing. I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Sydney. Parking could be better
- Gabrielle (2/5): - Staff friendly. Broken kettle. Broken door handle on the bathroom, so I couldn't have a shower. Broken fridge that made huge noises at night, so I had to turn it off and loss all my food that I had carefully planned for my stay. Really bad experience. Room was smelly too!
- marnie (9/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): - Bed was very comfortable and had good available car parking.
- Ḿayuri (5/5): Decent - Decent room for sleeping. Not so clean - little dusty.
- Cameron (7/5): -
- Graeme (5/5): Acceptable, but the Accor group of hotels should review this particular Ibis. - TThe staff are good and the rooms are ok. The breakfast is poor and the car park is filthy. The location is ONLY reasonable for airport access.
- Hanna (10/5): -
- Geoff (9/5): -
- Sharna (8/5): Good stay. - Room was great. Remote was missing for air con. And they had no replacement. And it was broken as you could turn it on with your hand, but otherwise nothing else would change and it showed no numbers. Otherwise, great stay. The broken air con. Read above.
- LANCELOT (5/5): -
- Glenn (9/5): - Great location, walking distance to the pub, bottle o,McDonald’s and kfc
Clean room and bathroom
Great view of the planes landing and taking off
- Jennifer (6/5): It’s a budget motel. Cheap price. - We only slept there so for the price, it was fine. The bathrooms are small. There are no PowerPoints by the bed.
- naomi (1/5): - Booked 4 seperate rooms, one room allocated to the first floor, 2 rooms were allocated to the second floor, one room allocated to the third floor. The room on the first floor; the window wouldn’t close at all, the room smelt and the whole floor smelt of weed, we had requested a room change and was moved to the second floor; the window was screwed shut. All rooms on the second floor had a musky smell to them, the walls were tainted with suspected cigarette residue. One room had hair ties and hair all through the bathroom. The room on the third floor also had a disgusting smell.
The staff member on arrival was sitting away from the reception desk but in plain sight eating and on facetime, rude when greeting our party, blunt and dismissive.
- Sergei Iagunkov (7/5): Just normal stay - Convenient location, fast check-in Power point wasn't working so to have a tea we moved kettle to other spot less safe.

- Nick (1/5): Worst stay in my life - Nothing Felt like a jail cell, cost way to much for what it was and the pillow was as thick as cardboard, homeless man would live better
- Andrew (8/5): Pleasant stay in St Peters - I had a very comfortable stay over 4 nights. Central room on the top floor was quiet and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, fully functioning air conditioner, excellent shower pressure and temperature.
Sure, it's and old establishment with wear and tear, however for the price it's well worth it. And very pleasant staff with a continental breakfast each morning provided in the lobby.
A great location on the Pacific Highway, with McDonald's and KFC right next door.
This is a 'No Frills' hotel that is better than average. No TV remote in my room. I could've moved rooms but I wasn't there to watch TV!!

But had everything required for a good nights. Electricity surged while charging cell phone overnight it went down 50% as was turning it on all the time.

- Tevita (6/5): Serves its purpose should you need to rest for the night - I frequent Ibis based on the following. It's usually cheap and I am only staying for a night for rest. this Ibis in particular is conveniently located not far from the the airport via taxi or uber. Mcdonalds and Kfc right at the from door. as someone who has used Ibis on occassions. it is not known for comfort and being a 4 star hotel. expect some stairs so if you are lugging around alot of luggage with alot of family then this probably not for you. this is for more of someone who is last minute on a business overnight stay that needs somewhere to rest for the night that is flyng out the next day.
- Phillips (10/5): - Cheap. Simple. Comfy. Easy access. Easy parking. No issues.
- Virgilio (10/5): I forgot $2000 in cash in the room soon after I left i got a phone call from Cinthya to letting me t - Didn't have any Nothing
