And I never managed to get a proper answer from them. Very satisfied with the hotel but not with the platform.

• Siew (1/5): Dirty room and bad service - Convenient to find food The receptionist was very poor service don't ask too many questions her face will be dark. The room was dirty when I entered I saw a lot of hair on the floor and the bed was dirty me & my friends couldn't sleep because we itchy all over the night. Next morning I saw room service doing he cleaning so I tell him change the bad sheets WHO knew he wasn't change for me! He ask me to inform the receptionist when I asked the receptionist she command me to ask back the room service they kicked me around like a ball !! I booked two rooms, one for 3 persons and one for 2 persons. The 3 persons room is so narrow that they crammed in a single bed into it, it's impossible to put suitcases and can't move around. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Penang and never give me satisfied from start to finish. I promise would comeback again!

• Elena (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very good, excellent location, comfy bed, friendly stuff. Kept my laptop safe on the reception while I was exploring the city. No night club/karaoke/other noise around that would disturb my sleep (was staying there on the weekend), which is quite valuable. All in all it was clean in the room, but there were some hair on the floor. Also there were no window, but after all at was a budget option, so, no complaints.

• Bern (4/5): - room was really small and no window at all, the walls had water leakage stains all over & paints were dropping off. Staying in the room will never know if its day or night. Only plus point was its location is very convenient, near the major bus terminal (Komtar), a night food street is very closed by too. other than that.. I would not recomment this place at all.
• Kong (8/5): - Good place to stay, staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Komtar bus hub, mall, hawker stall and some attraction places nearby. The only problem is can hear noise from outside in the middle of the night. Overall worth staying and great value for budget traveling.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel correcte pour un court séjour. - Situé idéalement dans le vieux quartier de Georgetown, juste à quelques pas de nombreux restaurant et stand de street food. L'hotel est propre et en bon état. Le personnel serviable mais bruyant (claquement de portes). Les chambres sont petites et il manque de place de rangement et un réfrigérateur. Bon point pour le chauffe eau instantané, mauvais point sur le fait que la douche italienne innonde toute la salle d'eau. Bref hotel correct pour quelques nuits et pour qui veux être au coeur du quartier chinois, mais pour le prix on peut être trouver mieux.

Street food and coffeeshops are just outside the hotel. The Praganin Mall n Komtar are just walking distance away from the hotel... Some sightseeing places are just nearby as well....A very convenience place to explore around the GeorgeTown

• Hassan (8/5): Overall great, few small quibbles - Staff were lovely, location is great, room was nice. Only issue is that you can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway in your room, it's as if there's no door. So in the mornings I was awoken by other tourists chatting and shouting etc. Then my room was at the end of the hallway and next to some laundry machine or something and all day long I could hear the staff working away on it, again as if it was inside my room. Not good if you want to catch a nap during the day. Overall it was good though and I would stay again.

I request to borrow phone charger and they lend me their own, I ask them where for breakfast and they recommend me to place that really serve good food. The food they suggest are nice and near to the living place. The location are very convenient in Georgetown. Just few steps to Kimberley road which sells many nice food there at night. Few streets to shopping malls and street art area. They provide maps and offer bicycle renting too, receptionist are available for 24/7. Drinking water are provided, and we rent a room with private bathroom with heater.

Céntrico para acceder a los principales puntos de interés. Servicio excelente, muy agradable y servicial. Recomendable 100%. No hay ascensor, por suerte nos tocó en la primera planta. Wifi en el lobby y habitaciones.

Very near good places to eat - hawkers just 1 minute away and within walking distance to many famous local eating places. Easy access to the main bus station. Quiet rooms. No window in the bedroom but as the renovation was new, this is not a problem as the air conditioner worked well keeping the room cool and dry and odor free. Would stay there again.
• Lindy (4/5): Overpriced windowless box - I checked into this hotel on our first day in George Town and immediately checked out again. I feel that this place is more like an overpriced backpacker joint than a hotel. The room did seem clean but that wasn't good enough for me, it was also on the ground floor near reception so was noisy. Admittedly I was very tired and grumpy from an early start and the stresses of travel with my teenage son but this place did not seem very comfortable at all. I booked through this website but it was a non refundable deal so I just forfeited the money. Reception staff did not try to offer me another room or encourage me to stay in any way. This might be ok if you just want a clean room in a good location but I expected a little more.
