Guest Reviews
- Man Ying (8/5): - Staff very friendly but bathroom is very old
- Grace (10/5): Amazing Hongkong Hotel - Amazing location overlooking the Wanchai TST ferry, so close to time square, and to a nearby markets and shopping malls, freshly cooked bakery is everywhere in the area, and best of all closer to the bar
- Daniel (10/5): A view you might not want to leave - I wanted to stay on in Hong Kong after a convention there. The hotel I was staying at for the convention was a bit pricey for the three additional days so I looked around on Hotels.com before making any commitment. I saw this hotel and it wasn't far from where I was and the photo showed a great view. Now most hotel photos that show a great view are from the best suites or highly edited to make them look great. Not the Crafa Hotel, The view from my room was AMAZING! I never wanted to close the curtains and from as high up as I was never felt the need to.
The hotel itself is clean and basic. There is a security guard on the 1st floor and a reception desk on the 3rd floor. The elevators were fast and the housekeeping was efficient. My neighbors were quiet or adequately sound-proofed, but I heard nothing each night.
While you have to walk a few blocks to find food or coffee, I would gladly again call Crafa Harbour Hotel a great base from which to see Hong Kong
- LANDI TRAINING (10/5): - Crafa was great. The FO lady is very friendly , speaks good english. Amy helped us alot with everything we needed from transport to directions.
Amy was good. The staff is good. The hotel is good.
- Ivan (8/5): - Room was decent size and had great views of the harbour! Very good value!
- LANDI TRAINING (8/5): - Great hotel. Great staff.
Language is a problem when Amy is off duty.
Amy was very very good.
There is another guy who does cleaning - he was also very good.
- L (10/5): Outstanding value for 5 star views - This is our second visit at the hotel, we both loved the ceiling to floor windows which provide outstand harbours views.
The price point for the views and the size of the room is great.
- Eleanor (10/5): - The room was very spacious and comfortable. Lovely view of the harbour.
- John (6/5): - The room was quite large compared to similar hotels in Hong Kong. Room was kept clean and the hotel is close to a good shopping area. However the staff were Chinese and their English was very limited.
- Matthew (2/5): - Great view of the Victoria harbir
- Jacquelyn (8/5): Amazing View! - The view was amazing! The whole TST and harbour is seen! Room and bathroom is just about right for the price. Elevator is slow as there are only 2 for the whole bldg. and reception is a one woman personnel which is quite slow but we got our room soon enough so I can’t complain. ☺️
- Justin (6/5): - Lots of shops and food around the area. Easy to walk around. Room layout not the greatest and furniture not very comfortable. Ok view of harbor.
- Mykhailo (10/5): Recommend, view from window is very beautiful! - We liked everything very much, it was clean, good location, friendly staff and a very very beautiful view from the window!)
- Laura (8/5): Incredible view! - Really well located hotel with a beautiful view of the harbour - better than many of the rooftop bars even! Only downside is I messaged them after my stay regarding something left in the room and received no reply. But a small thing, and overall this was a great choice for our stay!
- Alexey (8/5): - Stunning harbour view. Unfortunately, no safe box.
- Hakob (8/5): - everything is ok
- LOK SUN (8/5): - Highly recommended for the cleanliness and service of the reception. With a panoramic great sea view of the Victoria Harbour at a reasonable price, convenient location for shopping and dining, I would surely stay here again!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad stay - The furnitures are old, with plain (no) decoration in the room. Not worth the money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Exceeds expectations for what you pay for and what you get in return.
- MAN YI (8/5): one of the lift is under repair for more than 1 yr - one of the lift is under repair for a long time, since more than one year. have to wait for a long time for the lift every time when i get out. harbour view still attractive. staffs are very helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Really appreciate the staff, Oscar.
He is an excellent model of service industry.
He is super helpful, passionate and kind.
He kindly solved our problem and took extra miles to help us.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I have stayed here several times since 2015. The place has not been updated or kept well. It used to be amazing- now it's just satisfactory. Towels were awful, service not helpful, just went down a lot!
- Jonas (10/5): - awesome
- Jonas (10/5): great stay - super awesome
- Mohsin (8/5): Fairly accessible location - Location was pretty good. About 10minutes walk from Causeway MTR sogo exit. Area is pretty busy at night as well so you don’t have to worry about walking through quiet walkways. It is also fairly near to the Ferry (15minutes walk) to cross over to Harbour city.
Toilet in the room had a weird smell though (sewerage smell) from the drainage im guessing which may fill the room especially when its vacant (you’d smell it when you first check in, come back after a long day out, etc)
View wasn’t as great as i expected but really there’s no point in getting a harbour view when you’re in Hong Kong Island. You want a harbour view, stay in TST. So i’d say its not worth to pay for the view here.
- David (6/5): views are the best thing - the hotel is pretty basic. The ground floor foyer is nice, but reception, the common areas and the room i had were pretty average. The location is pretty good, and the view from the windows over the harbour are the best thing about the place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel, fantastic views, very convenient location.
- Craig (6/5): - Doorman is very friendly and helped a lot- very courteous
- Alex (10/5): - The hotel is in a really interesting building, very tall and narrow with only 3 rooms per floor. The room was fairly small, but comfortable. The view was spectacular. It's well located, close to ametropia station and surrounded by good restaurants and shops
- Abdulmohsen (2/5): - I was scammed!!!
I was offered from the hotel stuff to hire a portable internet router from the hotel, it cost around 500 USD.
They informed me that they will refund the amount after returning thier router in my bank account of 3-4 days.
NOW IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS AND I RECEIVED NOTHING
- Tony (10/5): Very nice hotel - Room has pretty view and convenient walking location to shop restaurant and market. Very safe area even we walk outside middle of night to look for food. Walking distance to time square.
- Verified traveler (6/5): good location but old hotel - hotel is conveniently located, but the room was rather old.
elevator was a bit unstable at times
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not a 4 star hotel - Have been to hundreds of hotels in the world, the hotel is not four stars and the pictures are not related to what I have seen. However, the staff was nice the room was clean.
- Jeff (8/5): Hong Kong Island - Good location on HKI with easy access to Airport Express and MTR systems. The rooms are compact but have all the required facilities and offer great views over Victoria Harbor and Kowloon.
- Katrina (6/5): functional hotels - no restaurant on site
- mark (8/5): Location and Views - Great location and harbour views - nearby everything you would need for a quick stay in HK. Rooms are a bit outdated but TV and Wifi are excellent and multi-nozzle shower was a bit of a nice touch! Super friendly service from front desk staff.
- Jennifer (10/5): Good location with great harbour view - The room size is good with great harbour view. The hotel staffs are very very friendly, especially the hotel conceirge. There are two, and the senior one is very very friendly and very helpful!! Room is clean and would def stay here again!
- Nicole (6/5): Amazing views but zero minibar or service - Room views are incredible and the rooms are clean enough but they are quite basic and worn. Air conditioning was not working for 2 days and there was absolutely nothing in the minibar. Had to go to level 3 reception to buy any food in the room, which included 2min noodles, chips, chocolates and drinks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel was okay, but will not book again. - Condition of the elevator was not good, and room facilities & wifi hotspot feels worn. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Location was not bad and view from the room was great.
- Angelina (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - I was told that the mini bar was free of charge during my stay but there really wasn't a mini bar. All it had was 3 cans of soda and a juice.
- Rick (10/5): Great service with an excellent view. - The hotel staff here were great and very accommodating. While we were staying at the hotel, we did run into an incident where there was cigarette smoke coming in through our bathroom vent (the whole hotel is non-smoking, so someone in another room was blowing it into their bathroom vent). When I informed the staff of this, they found us another room and had us in it within minutes. The hotel rooms have a great view of Victoria Harbor and within a few blocks from the MTR subway system.
WiFi is included, but many other comfort amenities like room service, pool, and workout room weren't available.
- B (2/5): Hotel in Bad Condition but Good Staffs - The carpet is dirty. Bathroom metal fading. Curtain broken. No movie channels.
- Chun-Hsun (10/5): Great view and smiling/friendly staffs - All rooms got amazing ocean view, the bed is comfortable, and smiling/friendly staffs.
- Tim (8/5): A nice base in HK - Not a bad hotel for an overnight but wouldnt want to stay longer. The rooms are small and basic but a good base. Ask fur a room on a higher floor if you can.
- Mark (10/5): - Excellent front desk service. A very nice boutique hotel that maximizes the room size with a full glass wall looking over the bay.
- James (8/5): Great Hong Kong harbor view - The hotel seems to be part-way into a renovation, our room had a few rough parts. It is located a short walk from a busy shopping area and many restaurants.
- Jason (10/5): Great hotel, a little worn out in room condition - The hotel generally was good (For Business Travellers), this is actually my forth time stay with the hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. However, I am rather disappointed with the room conditions as some of the lights are worn out, the toilet is also a little worn out. Other than than, it deserves a five star rating!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location - Good location but it's take a little bit longer wait for the elevator, not convenient at all but other things r very good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location.Clean. Great shower. Very nice and helpfull staff.
- edward (6/5): Convenient to Causeway Bay and fantastic views - the staff are very friendly and helpful but the rooms are small and so is the bathroom. The do offer a free mini bar of a couple of soft drinks but like all hotels in Hong Kong are very tight with beverage sachets, there was only 2 teabags and 1 coffee sachet and no creamer
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fabulous view of harbour and near convention centr - Great hotel ... If you are going to Hong Kong Convention Centre couldn't be better located ... Close to MTR line as well.. Great view of harbour .. All rooms face towards it... Not fancy but clean and great value ...
- Toni (10/5): - Great view, everything wonderful. (Bed typical Asian mattress-flat and hard but they added a mattress topper/padded quilt upon request) couldn't be more helpful. Very friendly
- Verified traveler (8/5): Fantastic view and great shopping area - great view every rooms facing harbour. We stayed at 26th floors that was nice night view.
A bit trouble we traveled from China Shenzhen (by land ex: train). Need to change 4 times (train + LTR) and 8 mins walking from station. Stuff are friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious room, and wonderful view
- the staff is friendly, the room is high ceiling, so it felt extra specious, and the best part is the hotel located right next Victoria bay, so breath taking view, one block away from the famous Ichiran Ramen, and 5~7min walk to CWB MTR station
- Roger (10/5): View of the Harbour - Had a week in 2 rooms with my wife and mother. Mom spend time getting over jet lag and had the fantastic view of the harbour (we called her the Harbour Control). Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great location ((5 min to train station).
Will definitely stay next time
- Barry (8/5): Hetel with a view - Good hotel with English speaking staff. But the reception is located on the 3rd floor
- cho (8/5): reasonable hotel but under remodelling - close to mtr and reasonable hotel but under remodelling of hotel entrance..
- Verified traveler (4/5): not impressed with Front office staff. - the reception said they will upgrade me from Premier room to a suit. but ended up still giving me the premier room i booked. which is not a problem, but shouldn't have mentioned "Suit".
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean and cozy room. Very convenient location. Close to MTR. Close to restaurants and bars.
- Karl V (10/5): Views are wonderful - The views are amazing here, as the hotel is close to the Harbor with the Wan Chai Star Ferry pier an easy walk away. This is not a full service hotel (no room service, no restaurant on site, etc.). However, what they do, they do well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and modern, the beds comfortable and the high tech shower was great. We felt for the price the view is among the best in Hong Kong. The MTR Causeway Bay station is 5 minutes or so, and so this location is great for getting around.
We were thrilled to come back to the room each day...if only for the unobstructed views of Kowloon which were a big part of the fun! One note...be wary of the nearby crab restaurants...Jaffe Road, etc....as some target westerners and charge too much for the typhoon shelter crab.
- Dan (10/5): - Excellent hotel with attentive staff.
- MissKriss (10/5): Great view of the Bay!! - We decided we didn't want to wait at Hong Kong airport for 10 hours for our flight back to Vancouver...(it would have cost more to store our luggage for the day than it did to get this hotel room!!)
First things first.. the check-in time for The Gloucester Hotel is 2pm. We arrived a few hours earlier and were happy when the staff said we could get into our room early. SO NICE!!!
Our room was on the 21st floor... with a great view of Causeway Bay.
Very clean, modern and trendy.
The bed was comfy, the curtains that block out all light were amazing for us since we had a quick nap during the day.. but the BEST part about the room.. was the shower!!!
It had 6 additional spray nozzles located between our knees and shoulders ... the heads on each nozzle were adjustable... so it was like having a perfect massage every time we showered !!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was very new and modern. Great views from every room. I would stay there again.
- Colin (6/5): No Bar or Restaurant - Good clean hotel, but no bar or restaurant. Close to exhibition centre. Staff very pleasant.
- David (8/5): Good values for m money - Room size ok, deluxe twin room. Service good. Aircon little noisy but with ear plug was ok to sleep in. Only small issue was the smell from the bathroom. Price excellent. Will return
- Cheryl (8/5): Great for downtown - This hotel is great! Good service and location!
- Jun (8/5): Nice people! They may make this hotel even better - Stayed for 2 nights in early March 2016. As the hotel was still very new and relatively unknown, I found a comfortable room with a reasonable rate though trip planning had to be done in the last moment.
Small problems:
- First night, air conditioning did not work well, and it was cold. But they promptly brought in extra comforter. I slept very well.
- It was difficult to catch taxis, as the hotel does not face a major road. Particularly in rush hours! But bell boy/girl always helped me catching it and making sure the drivers understand the direction.
Good things:
Not necessarily sophisticated in treating guests, but the staff people were very friendly and sincere in responding to guest requests. In a sense, they looked like young interns, rather than the industry veterans. But it gave me a good impression. It differenciated this hotel in positive way. I liket it.
- judd (8/5): Great views and location - Great views and location. My room had harbour views which was amazing for sunset and sunrise. The bathroom is quite nice and has a seven nozzle setup so water comes from everywhere.
Complimentary drinks in the fridge. One let down is there is no breakfast available and no room service. There is a Japanese restaurant down stairs connected to the hotel but no menu in the room etc etc.
No rooftop pool or bar. Pricing goes up and down depending on what is going on at the convention centre nearby. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel.
- Constante Jr. (8/5): Beyond the Lobby - Upon arrival, we did not like the hotel. The reception/lobby of the hotel is not the one you get into on the ground floor. It is actually on the third floor. It is on the right side as you get off the elevator and the whole reception lobby looked cramped. But the hotel staff, all of them, was helpful and very accommodating. Our initial dislike of the hotel was mitigated, almost instantaneously, when we saw our room. The size was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and, above all, it had an expansive harbor view of Hong Kong. One minor thing about cleanliness is that the area around and under the night side tables was dusty, like a few centimeters of soot had already piled up there. This is the reason we could not give it the highest rating for room cleanliness. Also, I really wish this hotel will consider re-doing the lobby, make it look classy/tasteful and comfortably-furnished.
- Jason (10/5): Great hotel, great value, and great location! - Loved the Glouchester! Great location, very close to MTR station, which makes all of Hong Kong easily accessible. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They decorated our room for our honeymoon, which was a nice touch. I was very happy with the room, and the shower I never I wanted to leave! Great views! I liked the neighborhood, easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. And, as I mentioned earlier, very close to the MTR which makes getting around Hong Kong a breeze!
- Ceci (10/5): A surprise - I booked the hotel for the view and I got more. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. The basics are there.
- Lina (10/5): A Gem in Causeway Bay - The hotel is conveniently located in between the Causeway Bay and Wan Chai MTRs (closer to Causeway Bay). The lobby and reception areas are small and unattractive but the unattractiveness stops there. The room is spacious for Hong Kong standard and well appointed. The bed is comfortable, the shower is invigorating, the toiletries are first class, and the room decor is sleek. My room faces the harbour; the view is spectacular. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel offers good value if comfort and view are important to you.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Ideal for a short stay in Hong Kong - Gloucester Hotel is in an excellent location between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. It is only a 10 min walk from the Causeway Bay MTR station on the Island Line. The stop for the A11 Express Bus to the Airport is only a 2 min walk. The views over the harbour are spectacular particularly from floors 20-31- highly recommended!
Wan Chai pier is not far away so ideal for taking the Star Ferry for a trip to Kowloon.
The staff I met were extremely courteous and helpful.
The aptly named 'Food Street' is within easy walking distance; and the variety of restaurants makes a choice difficult. 'Modern Chinese' will probably prevail.
All in all, highly recommended.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent location amazing view! - We loved how convenient the location was! We were able to explore Causeway Bay and Wan Chai all on foot and the MTR station was only a 5 minute walk away. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the security/door man on the ground floor who helped us get directions and taxis throughout our stay! We were there during the coldest week in Hong Kong but there was no heater in the room so that would've been nice. Otherwise we loved it we would definitely stay there again!
- John (8/5): Comfortable and good location - The staff is excellent, and the room is small but comfortable. Excellent value.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome Stay Loved it!!! - Wonderful friendly staff..Great location close to the ferry.
- john (10/5): Amazing View of the Harbor! - Amazing view of the water! We choose the premier harbor view room and its a must. Our friends chose a cheaper room and it was tiny even though they still had a partial view of the harbor. We both admit that the shower was fabulous!!!! I love the multiple showerhead, and the water was able to heat up fast and stay hot for a long time. I could live in that shower. The beds were relatively comfortable and the room was a decent size. Our hotel was easy to find and we used Uber for the whole trip. There's a staff waiting at the elevator and the check in process is fast and easy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location in HK - Great location convenient to public transit, Star Ferry, shopping & restaurants. Nice view of Kowloon skyline. Very friendly, helpful staff.
- G J (6/5): Bad Lighting - Good location, friendly staff but the lighting in the room was terrible
- john (8/5): Worth it for the view of the harbour - I stayed in a premium view room located on floor 23 for ten days. Here's some items I noted during my stay:
I do like:
- The gorgeous view with floor to ceiling window
- the size of my premium room, I can literally put three full size luggage to pack at the same time
- the staff are all friendly and helpful
I don't like:
- The dirty window. It was pretty dirty and I see anyone cleaning them or will clean them anytime soon.
- the air con broke down on the 7th day. However the management handle the situation very well, offer me another room to stay in while the technician fixing it.
- while the location is between wan chi and CausewayBay, the area is full of car garages, and a bunch of spas around the area. And the hotel is located on a street that is a bit quiet at night time.
- there is no electrical plug in the bathroom. Also the bathroom and the closet area are kind of dark. Maybe problem for those that want to do facial or blow dry the hair
- There are only three units on each floor.
- the lobby / reception is located on the third floor where a small lobby area you can sit in and make yourself a coffee using the coffee machine.
- all the rooms are facing North with some units that might have a side window that face the east / west
- since this is a fairly new hotel, almost all taxi driver will not know this hotel. So you should prepare to give them the nearest intersection which is Gloucester Rd & Marsh Rd
- DAN (8/5): Small but neat! - It's a very nice yet small hotel in great location for shopping/site-seeing in central Hong Kong. The staffs were really friendly and helpful, they gave very useful information for local travelling. facility wise, you get good size room with great shower & toiletries. The only reason I rate 4out of 5 for "Room comfort" was because of the traffic noise, but I assume it should be relatively quieter in higher floors.
- George (10/5): Excellent - Enjoyable and easy access to the Metro
- Steven (8/5): Great view, small hotel, noisy AC, smoke - Great location with breathtaking harbour view. The hotel has the noisiest AC in my experience. I had to turn it off. I do not recommand staying this hotel in summer. The room is good size with very small bathroom.
The hotel should be smoke free. However, on the second day, I smelt smoke in my room. I eventually changed room. The hotel staff was very helpful with the move.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, great location - We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel on my first trip to Honk Kong and we're so pleased with our choice.
The design of the hotel is very contemporary and we loved our room and facilities. Staff were really friendly and helped us book an extra night's accommodation without any problems.
View's from our room of Victoria Harbour were great and the location of being right in the centre of Causeway bay, close to the underground, was ideal.
- John (8/5): A very nice boutique hotel - Rooms are smaller than indicated in brochure but comfortable. Smashing view of Kowloon across Victoria Bay. Shower in bath outstanding. Limited services but staff extremely cordial and helpful. I would stop at the desk on the fourth floor, tell the clerk I needed a taxi and where I wanted to go, he or she would radio to their colleague in the lobby who would then flag down a taxi and tell the driver my destination. Had to send out some laundry which was done efficiently and at a decent cost.
Will stay there again based on comfort and willingness of staff to be of assistance.
- Thanh (10/5): Great hotel room! - This hotel is magnificent. I didn't use any of the hotel amenities, so not even sure if they have any common facilities but the room itself is impressive. Great view of the bay, furniture is all brand new with comfy bed, shower has 6 heads so it feels like you're at a spa. Surrounding neighborhood closes early and there's no room service so prepare yourself.
- Verified traveler (10/5): All good - All around a positive experience staying here. Friendly staff with no communication issues, clean room, fast Wi-Fi (!), close to the Causeway Bay MTR station (about a five minute walk), etc. There are a few convenient stores within a block (Big K, 7/11) and a mall about two blocks down and across the street with a Starbucks and a pretty good place for sushi (among other options there). About a ten minute walk to the bars in Wan Chai (be sure to go on a Sunday, boys!) Enjoy.
Oh yeah, great view from the room!!
- pebbles (10/5): fantastic views from our room - excellent staff who were very helpful when organising tours and information regarding Hong Kong. Lovely toiletries replaced daily. great views across the water to Kowloon. Fantastic shower, Lovely boutique hotel
- karen (8/5): Smart modest hotel overlooking harbour - Upgraded on arrival to 26th floor. Terrific views of the harbour. Great supermarket within 5 mins walk (Fusion just past Porsche dealership)
Very quiet room with excellent air con and comfy beds. Very nice hotel.
- Julie (10/5): Excellent location and view! - Very good value for the price. You get to see the famous night view of the Victoria Harbour without paying a hefty premium. The location is very convenient, close enough to the Wanchai MTR station without being "too busy". It's close to some nice restaurants and bars, a lot of things are just round the corner.
The room itself is very clean, nice big windows for the view, and nice & clean bathroom. Really nothing to complain about!
The staff was very nice as well. Overall my stay was very enjoyable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable, with a good harbour view
- Lee (8/5): great view, clean modern rooms - The hotel is probably the best view from the bedroom for the price. When checking in I asked for the highest floor possible, and I had a 26th floor room from 31 floors, view was spectacular! The only downside is there isn't much facilities, so you are paying for the view. Location is good but not the nicest area. Only 5 min walk to nearest tube stop though so good access to everywhere. Just keep your eyes open when finding the hotel, easily missable. Room had all you need, mini bar is free, which is nice, but there is only a couple of cans of coke and a couple of orange juices. Overall would stay there again.
- sirilada (8/5): nice hotel - nice hotel clean and comfort bay view , excellent service , good staffs friendly and helpful , ok location 10 min. walk to subway
- Anthony (8/5): Good stay! - Good stay with very good service at reception on the first floor.
Only critiscism was that a friend called to see me and the hotel did not advise me that they had waited a long time to see me. Need better co-ordination from downstairs desk to reception.
- siti (8/5): friendly and helpful staff - a very helpful staff from reaching till departing.
- loraine (10/5): Just perfect... - Perfect hotel choice given location, priceless harbor view, and cost. Easy access to/from airport via the E11 or A11 buses, both minutes walk to hotel. The neighborhood of Wanchai and Causeway Bay are full of restaurants and shops that cater to all budget level with some opened till past midnight. Ferry to Kowloon and MTR subway stations are also close walking distance from hotel. This boutique hotel is fairly new. I believe it opened in 11/2014. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Speaks perfect English. I have lived in HK and have stayed at a number of hotels there. The Gloucester, in my view, is the best value hotel thus far. And free internet!
I booked 2 rooms for 9 nights and every member of my family thought this hotel was the perfect choice. We would definitely be back.
- Shah (8/5): Business Trip Stay - Pleasant - Stayed for for 3 nights, very near Wan Chai , easy access and great eateries nearby. Also good nightlife
- Claire (8/5): Simple hotel with a great view! - Minimalist hotel, but clean and all rooms have a fabulous harbor view. No restaurant on site so no room service or breakfast, but plenty of cute eating establishments nearby. One of the few reasonably priced hotels that is truly walking distance to the Convention center.
- jo (8/5): Lived up to expectations - Lovely helpful staff, comfortable beds. Great location and view.
- Aimee (10/5): Friendly & modern - We were very pleased with out stay here, it's a basic hotel but very comfortable, modern and up to date.
