- NIKEITALIA (6/5): Delusa - La posizione centralissima, a 10' a piedi dal porto, 20' dal castello aragonese. Camera grande, bagno nuovo. Hall bellissima. Camera piena di zanzare e come aiuto un minifornellino elettrico a pasticca, completamente inutile: nessuna soluzione proposta. Anziani che tenevano tv accesa a tutto volume oltre la mezzanotte e la mattina prima delle 9. Spa con sauna rotta, idromassaggio per metà non funzionante, bagno turco senza clessidra né pulsante di emergenza. Temperatura troppo bassa e poco gradevole. Assenza di caffè o cappuccino vero a colazione, nemmeno a pagamento.

- Mark Botham (9/5): Great spot in Ischia. - All staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room upgrade was given, which gave me a balcony where I could watch the neighbor tend his garden (and hang swimsuit to dry). Small but well equipped, no issues with room. Lobby area very nice to sit and plan my days. However the spa was the highlight. Nice pool for swimming, nice sitting area. Spa had thermal bath, hydro massage, waterfall, thermal bath, sauna, steam room. The sauna was not working 2 of 3 days, steam room 1 of 3, waterfall 1 of 3, otherwise fantastic, and enjoyed daily. Room had fridge and basic amenities. Bed decent with somewhat usual issue of 2 singles pushed together, not as comfortable as double or queen bed. Stored luggage for the day when leaving no problem. 15 min walk to ferry. Not much. No coffee machine, and a couple of spa items not working.

- HELENE & DAVID (7/5): Moyen. - Le hall impeccable et moderne avec le piano Les chambres/sdb vieillotes et vraiment pas grandes, on tourne autour du lit. On a les genoux dans la cloison de douche quant on est sur les wc. Pas de couette sur les lits, des draps plats avec des vieilles couvertures en laine qui ont glissé toute la nuit. Pas d eau offerte par courtoisie pour la nuit et l eau du robinet imbuvable. Le spa qui ferme tôt. Ouvert entre 9/19h. Nous sommes arrivés vers 18h et repartions à 9h le lendemain. Nous n avons pas pu en profiter. Beaucoup d établissements proposent maintenant des centres de bien-être ouverts jusque 21/22h pour les arrivées tardives. Et des ouvertures dès 7h du matin.

Er machte einen alten und nicht sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Sauna funktionierte nicht. Frühstücksraum nicht sehr gemütlich. An allen 3 Tage gab es kaltes Rührei. Die Betten waren sehr schmal. 80cm. Völlig unverständlich, weil das Zimmer viel Platz bot.

Wenn man ankommt, ist der Eingangsbereich schon zum Niederknieen luebevoll eingerichtet..es war ein Traum. Mein Zimmer war nicht so speziell, es ist leider hellhörig, aber ich gab den Damen im anderen Zimmer immer Klopfzeichen, wenn es zu lsut wurde...das hat wunderbar funktioniert. Ein bisschen hellhörig, wenn es voll belegt ist, könnte das nerven, aber es ist wirklich hübsch...

- helene (10/5): - L’emplacement dans le centre à 5 mn à pied du port / stations de bus et 3 mn de la plage est idéal pour rayonner et profiter de l'activité du village. L’hôtel est très accueillant avec ses beaux palmiers à l’entrée son piano à queue qui n’attend ses clients pianistes et ses centaines de livres répartis un peu partout et son personnel. Très original. Les équipement spa/sauna et bain d'eau thermale sont fonctionnels et la picine chauffée est praticable même en mars! On n’a pas eu le temps de profiter des services de soins et massages qui sont à un prix raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner est classique .

Breakfast much better than expected (nothing extraordinary but not just the average Italian coffee & sweet bread but also other bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes, various juices, yoghurt and musli). We were also upgraded to a larger room than booked - highly appreciated! Hotel is just a ten minutes walk from the ferry. The terme part was ok but nothing special. Never figured out how to get the sauna hot but that's more my fault than anything else.
- Melissa (10/5): Great experience. Safe for solo travellers. - I stayed for just one night at Hotel Terme Oriente Beach & Spa, and everything was truly lovely. The staff were incredibly kind, and the receptionist even waited for me in the evening so I could check in after arriving late. I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. I was also given a free room upgrade, which made me especially happy as it was my birthday. The room was comfortable and beautifully prepared. Breakfast was a great experience too. I could order anything I wanted from the list, and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel’s spa and the lovely outdoor swimming pool were such a bonus. It was a pleasure to walk around the property; every detail felt carefully looked after. The location was convenient as well about a 10‑minute walk from Ischia Port and around 16 minutes to reach the castle. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. If I had to mention one small thing, the walls in the spa could use a little refresh. I did notice some workers around, so it might already be part of the updates they’re working on.

Hotel was located close to port, beach, bus stop, market and window shopping. Great gelato place and deli nearby. All walking distance if you are in good shape. I like a heartier breakfast, however, Italy is known for cappuccino and baked goods from what I've been told. We moved our room because original room had a bar/music below window so hotel was accommodating.

- Robin (6/5): The stay was fine. Would I recommend to a friend? No. Would I stay again? Probably not. - Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The rooms was were tired and dated and in need of upgrading very soon. Bed was uncomfortable, shower small and the shower door did not close.
