- Leo (5/5): Only Recommended for a Night Out and Quick Sleep - This hotel is located in District 1, right in the party area. It is easy to reach by taxi, and if your goal is to enjoy the nightlife and have a place to sleep afterwards, this hotel is a good option. There was a big celebration happening in Saigon during our holiday, so most hotels were fully booked. We were happy to find a room here. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay of one or max. two nights. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. It made the stay quite uncomfortable. This is the main reason I would not recommend the hotel to someone who is particular about cleanliness or looking for a well-kept place. I cannot say if all rooms are like this, but sadly, ours was not one of the cleanest.

- Tom (9/5): Location - Location - Location - The location was excellent. Near the park, underground and above ground markets. The bars are around the corner but I didn't hear any noise from them. The room had a fridge to keep my groceries cold in the kitchen area along with a kitchen sink. Lots of room and furniture. Worth the money. I will stay here again when I'm traveling on a budget. The separate shower was great but the water drained very slowly.

- Darren (2/5): couldn’t wait to leave to be honest - the only thing i liked was the location for a meeting i had to attend for 2 days and apart from the location nothing bedroom was tiny just enough room to squeeze a bed in, shower was only very luke warm, and bedding smelt as did the lift and just found it very grubby but if ya just looking to get ya head down and be close to walking street go for it

- Erin (10/5): LOVED THIS PLACE - We stayed an extra night in Saigon and booked this place about 10 minutes before showing up. We arrived early and they kept our bags. The room wasn’t ready because it was about 11am when we arrived but they offered to WhatsApp us when our room was ready. They also told us to WhatsApp them if we ever needed anything. When we went to check in they told us they upgraded us for free!! They asked for the money for our room when we got there but we had no cash on us and they said that was not a problem, we just payed later that night. The room was lovely and spacious, super clean. Such an amazing location also, better than our last hotel. The people here are absolutely amazing, we had a bus at 8pm and they kept our bags for us all day. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return! Nothing!

- Michaela (9/5): Superb - Great place for a family, clean, slightly smaller room, but the beds were fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Location ideal to explore the center. Even though its in nicely hidden alley, the balcony door cant be closed completely, so the noise cant be sealed off.

Since the hotel is located behind the Main Street (alleyway type street) it was not a busy front area so made it feel safer to walk in/out of the hotel. They have a working elevator. Working AC a plus! Doesn’t need the key to be inserted to keep the room cool. Free water when they clean your room.

- Victoria (6/5): - The staff were very helpful getting an airport taxi but reception was infrequent manned& communication was via WhatsApp.I have stayed at this property 8 times in the last 10 years & it’s now being run on skeleton staff which is inadequate.the room was only cleaned when asked so I had to buy toilet rolls & water&.cleaning was below my standards.Sadly I won’t rebook there again
- Frederike (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing! Right next to the party street, but completely quiet. Also the Saigon bus terminal is 250m away, so our trip to cu chi tunnels was easier than expected (27k đ one way, about 2,5h). There is no breakfast, but many cafes, restaurants and 7-Elevens around to compensate. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.
- Victoria (8/5): - When we arrived at 9 am it took about 10 minutes to gain entry as the door now has a secure lock & reception is not manned 24/7 .However we were given a WhatsApp contact on entry / door code & any requests/information answered quickly & always extremely helpful including taxi to the airport .There was no welcome drink but water in the room first day.Clean comfortable quiet room in good location

- Nicole (8/5): Clean, quiet, simple. Excellent value. - Hotel was in a quiet little alley off of busier ones and close to the big park. Room was a good size with good AC and fan. Hotel had a simple rooftop Patio that was nice in the evenings when the breeze cooled things down. Excellent value overall. Very rudimentary toiletries. We were on a short trip so did not have our own stuff but would recommend you do for here.

- Incoronata (5/5): they are building and renovating the place so it’s probably goimg to look more like a hotel later. - Honest people, responded promptly to our requests. There is a code to enter so the place felt a but safer than others in this area. The room works fine if you need something safe and simple to spend the night. Doesn’t offer more than that but it’s much better than other places in the area which felt clear scams. Booking.com labels it a hotel but it’s more of a guest room in a condo. I think that booking’s advertising for a lot of places in the area was misleading in this sense.

- Megan (10/5): Clean and comfortable in a great location - Great value in a good central location. It has all of the basics for a mid-range/budget traveler. Clean, comfortable, safe, a/c, and a little character.
- Yvette (8/5): Close to the nightlife - Great location in quiet lane only 200m from street with all the bars (and sports bars). Nice rooftop terrace. Manager met us at reception when we arrived and added as contact on Whatsapp. Very quick to respond to any queries or needs communicated through Whatsapp. Good security with security lock at front door when no-one at reception. Cheap little laundry across the lane. Some reviews say a little hard to find.. But just walk up the lane (alley) at 283 Pham Ngu Lao until you get to No. 11-13.Not sure how you communicate with manager if you don't have Whatsapp, as normally no one at reception. Usual vietnamese shower that gets the whole bathroom wet!

- Wilfredo (7/5): Nice place to stay. - The cleanliness. The staff is good. The location is very good because it is in the city center and near to many tourist destinations. There is no shower curtain so after taking a shower the whole bathroom becomes wet.
- Ma (8/5): Overall, the stay was great. The price was fair given the location and the environment surrounding it. The place was als - The location was really near the city's attraction and there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well. The wifi connection was pretty stable. The rooms were spacious and fairly maintained. Although our rooms were in the 5th floor, there's an elevator available for use. There's a hot/cold shower available. Basic toiletries are available but not refillable (Understandable given the price) The host was kind enough to give us free water daily. The host was also responsive on any questions or concerns we have. We occupied 3 rooms. The family room had some issues like the bathroom was kind of see through and there's no privacy. The door to the balcony was also broken making it unsafe to leave items in the room. There were also multiple instances where we can't fit more than 2 people in the elevator because there were random items in it - boxes / mop / rugs. Although it seems a lot of tourists stay in this location, the streets going to the hotel was really dirty. So please manage your expectations in the environment... if you're not very sensitive on these kind of things, you should be good.
