- F (9/5): Good place, but plan for comute to the city. Employees are friendly, especially Anika was very helpful and welcoming - Clean, good facilities, confortable beds, large rooms. The location is close to the airport and to the metro but plan for comute if you want to go in Amsterdam. You can skip the breakfast and go somewhere nice.

- Anouk (8/5): Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel ! - Nous avons apprécié tous les services proposés par l’hôtel, ainsi que son confort et sa déco ! Les petits déjeuners étaient variés et le spa très agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Nous avons eu des soucis avec la ventilation qui se déclenchait automatiquement toutes les nuits. De plus, attention si vous séjournez au dessus du restaurant, c’est très bruyant le soir.

Все необходимое в номере, чайник, кофе машина, отличный фен, гладильная доска и утюг, даже зонтик был, не только шампунь, но и кондиционер. Завтрак вполне нормальный с большим выбором. Отличное спа, но к сожалению хамам не работал. Возможно я слишком чувствительная к звукам, но мне несколько шумновата вентиляция.

- Tom (7/5): - 1/ Jammer dat het personeel (ook deze aan de balie) geen Nederlands spreken. 2/ Ontbijt: door het benevelen van de kaas, vlees en het fruit , worden deze veel de koud geserveerd. 3/ Ook in de ontbijtzaal is men de Nederlandse taal niet machtig.
- Christa (4/5): Preis-Leistung hat nicht gestimmt und ich würde eine gut organisierte Teamschulung empfehlen! - Gute Anbindung an die Tram, welche eine nette scenic route war. Das hausinterne Lokal war insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen (Speisen, Service, Ambiente). Ebenfalls positiv war die Möglichkeit Räder auszuleihen. Das Personal (vor allen Dingen an der Rezeption) war völlig desinformiert (keine Ahnung bzgl. des Transport in die Stadt, obwohl es an der Wand angeschlagen war, falsche u. unzureichende Infos zum Radverleih, schlechte Kommunikation zum SPA und Hauskeeping...), bei Ankunft waren keine Handtücher im Zimmer, dann haben wir nur 2 erhalten und erst auf Nachfrage mehr, das Bad war am Boden und am Toilettensitz nicht sauber - auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde trotzdem nicht nachgeputzt, auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption bzgl. Anmeldung im SPA wurde uns nicht gesagt, dass um 17:30 Uhr bis 18 Uhr geputzt wird und wir nicht rein können - somit standen wir dann 5 Minuten davor mit Bademantel und mussten im Poolbereich gnädigerweise warten, dass wir in die Sauna konnten, im Aufzug war ein Aushang für das kostenlose Wohlfühlwasser im SPA - nicht vorhanden, nur kostenpflichtige Wasserflaschen, auch den 5% Rabatt für die Räder mussten wir nachdrücklich einfordern, die Preise im 24/7 Store für die Bierdosen waren falsch ausgezeichnet....

Otelin her yerinde selettinin vazolari ve tabaklari vardi, gorsel olarak cok zengin bir oteldi. Metroya 4-5 dk yurume mesafesindeydi, ulasimi kolaydi. 26 nisan pazar gunu otele giris yaptik. Aksam uzeri otelin restoraninda bir parti duzenlendi ve giriste bizi bu konu hakkinda kimse bilgilendirmedi. 1.katta konakliyorduk ve muzik sesi o kadar yuksekti ki sanki bizim odanin icinde dj var gibiydi. 17.00-23.00 arasi bir etkinlikmis fakat keske ya bu durum hakkinda bilgilendirilseydik ya da odamizi daha ust katlardan verselerdi de o gurultuye maruz kalmak zorunda olmasaydik. Dusta da sicak su akmiyordu en fazla su biraz iliklasiyordu.

- Catherine (7/5): - The location was excellent for us as we were travelling outside Amsterdam as well as going into the city centre. There was a choice of transport on the doorstep which was very frequent. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. The spa was excellent for this grade of hotel and the staff there were lovely. It was largely a silent spa so you came out feeling very relaxed. The hotel stay was let down by a couple of small things namely our room was not serviced for several days and the bed sheets were too small for the beds so kept moving about through the night. The Aircon adjustment was also poor in our room so it was still quite hot.

Colazione ottima ma un po’ costosa, comunque in linea con l’alto costo della vita di Amsterdam. Posizione lontana dal centro ma ben collegata, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana La zona attorno non può dirsi splendida ma ci sono tram e metropolitana per raggiungere rapidamente il centro.

- Barbora (9/5): Byli jsme zde již po druhé a při další návštěvě Amsterdamu nebudeme volit jinak! - postele jsou pohodlné, snídaně výborná a dostupnost do centra skvělá! Kousek od hotelu je stanice metra. není nic, co by se nám nelíbilo!
- Paige (9/5): Really great hotel in Amsterdam! - Really nice hotel which was very clean and spacious. Great spa facilities which were included in our stay and baggage storage facilities which are great if you arrive early / leave late. Breakfast was slightly on the expensive side, we went out to cafes instead. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all just note that it is about 40 mins into the centre of Amsterdam on the tram, the metro seemed to be quicker at about 20-30 mins.

Por un error mio en la reserva el día de entrada se desataron una serie de errores entre promesas de suite y un cuarto muy standard a un precio muy elevado que no corresponde y no resuelven: hablan y hablan y hablan, muy mala experiencia, mi tercera vez y sin ganas de volver. La limpieza del cuarto es pésima.

Suurepäraselt mõnus hotell, pood 24/7, kohvik, väga hea hommikusöök, spaa ja mis kõige olulisem – mugavad ja vaiksed toad. Vastuvõtust saab laenutada lauamänge. Hommikusöögi valik on suurepärane, omletti saab valida endale soovitud täidistega, kohv on värske ja hea, mahlad ning toit kvaliteetne. Koristusest loobumine annab sulle 5€ voucheri öö kohta, mida saad restoranis kasutada. Töötajad on väga abivalmis ja toetavad, leiavad su murele või küsimusele lahenduse.

- Georgios (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in die Stadt ist das Hotel ganz gut, ist weiter zu empfehlen! - Das Zimmer war in Ordnung mit normaler Ausstattung hat uns in der Regel gereicht. Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr Umfangreich, Bar/Restaurant hat ein besonderes Design was uns gut gefallen hat. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich. Der SPA-Bereich war in Ordnung, wir haben mehr erwartet. Fitnessstudio haben wir nicht besucht. Das Hotel befindet sich Nah an einer Metrostation und Stadtzentrum ist Nah! Das Zimmer hat sein Preis pro Nacht welcher zu hoch dafür wäre, für Anreise mit dem eigenen PKW, sind die Parkgebühren für Gäste im Hotel-Parkplatz ziemlich hoch, das hätte das Management anders sehen müssen! Wir hatten kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer um Kühlware aufzubewahren, Das Zimmer war generell sehr kalt, es gibt da ein Thermostat aber dieser hat wohl nicht richtig funktioniert, das Hotel hat schnell aber jemanden geschickt um das zu beheben, wir haben auch zum Not eine Notheizung bekommen, das war sehr positiv angesehen!

- David (7/5): Ein guter und wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt - Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war hervorragend. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Zimmer lag direkt neben den Aufzügen vom Personal, somit wurden wir ein paar Mal nachts wach. Der Preis von booking.com stimmte nicht exakt mit dem tatsächlichen Preis überein, hier sollte ein dringender Hinweis beigefügt werden, welche Summe am Ende komplett bezahlt werden muss. Sonst waren wir zufrieden.
