- 張美樂 (10/5): 整體超出預期 - 此次入住一館203採自助式進房，但管家都會事先Line提醒相關注意事項 。一入房門就跟網上照片一樣，兩大片窗將山巒美景盡收眼裡，偶爾雲霧繚繞好似身在仙境。房間整潔度超好乾淨舒爽，有暖氣有空氣清淨機有除濕機，讓房間都沒有怪味，浴室也有暖氣機超讚，水壓表現也很不錯。早餐雖樣式少但算精緻，晚餐可另外付費享用小火鍋。 熱水使用時間6:30-22:00，過22:00後不提供熱水，較不方便。

Geen ijskast op de kamer. Niet ideaal gelegen wat betreft restaurants. Er wordt wel een lekkere hotpot aangeboden als diner als je dat wenst.

Parking was also very convenient, which made the stay even easier. Although Alishan National Forest Recreation Area is about a 45-minute drive away, the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the tea fields, which creates a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm atmosphere and lovely surroundings. The hotel is quite simple and basic, and the design feels a bit outdated, but overall it was comfortable and suited our needs well.

We found the tea served and sold there also delicious. There is a possibility to request tea tastings from the plantation during your stay. Sunset trail just steps from the b&b. We would definitely stay here again Staff called us that our downstairs neighbors complained about our heavy steps, and told us to wear the slippers provided. This surprised us since we were mostly sitting around enjoying the view. But in the end, the view supersedes these minor aggravations

- Elisa (8/5): - Fantastic view on the tea plantations from the room. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. They communicate in English through WhatsApp and answer any question you may have, even before you are there. Note the B&B is NOT in the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, but more like a 45-min drive away. It worked out great for us, but it may be a bit far if you're considering waking up for the sunrise at Alishan. Some minor details: 1- Noise insulation is not the best and the staff is aware (signs asking you to keep the volume down after 9pm and if you wake up early for the sunrise). Sadly for us, other guests staying there were just noisy and liked listening to music while showering at 7am, so nothing the owner could really do and I guess it depends on your luck 2- The duvet was too short for 2 people!

Les échanges avec la propriétaire sont efficaces et conviviaux. La chambre 301 du building 1 est très belle et fonctionnelle avec une vue époustouflante. Un parking en bas de l’immeuble pour ceux qui viennent en voiture comme nous. Je recommande ce B&B pour tout ceux qui souhaitent faire des trails dans les champs de thé couplés avec ceux du park forestier d’alishan.

- Yi-Kuan (10/5): 非常慶幸來住兩晚，之後來會想再住！ - 出發前就聽聞民宿地點絕美，結果超乎預期！被茶園環繞的住宿體驗非常值得！民宿離石棹主要車道、餐廳、便利商店有些距離，從民宿走下去比較快大概15分鐘左右、上來回民宿是爬階梯比較累要半小時左右，不建議拿行李走這段路，但路途上可以賞櫻花、竹林、茶園、夕陽，如坐計程車大概10分鐘。該地點安靜、到奮起湖坐車十分鐘、到阿里山快的話坐車30-40分鐘左右。民宿非常體貼的在行前提供各種交通方式、司機聯絡資訊。早餐很好吃、服務很周到，自助入住、退房方便，民宿聯絡人也隨時保持聯絡非常可靠！注意晚上只供熱水到晚上10點，不過晚上通常6點左右就回飯店休息，不會不方便。 我們浴室的腳踏墊似乎有些發霉

Éloigné de tout commerce, et sans véhicule, le repas s’impose à 18:00 très très précises… le personnel est disponible mais rappelle sans cesse les règles de l’établissement, un peu strictes. La météo pluvieuse n’a pas aidé malheureusement.
- Andreas u Jutta (10/5): Erholungsurlaub mitten in Teeplantagen und Kirschblüten - Wir buchten ein Zimmer im modern-style-Building. Es sah exakt wie die Fotos bei booking aus. Vorab bekam man Tipps zur Anreise, Mobilnummern von Fahrern, falls man nicht, wie wir, den Aufstieg zu Fuß machen kann oder möchte. Für uns begann nach der Busfahrt bis Shizao aber schon der Kurzurlaub mit dem schönen aber auch steilen Aufstieg. Wir hatten dafür nur leichtes Gepäck dabei. Der Ausblick schon unterwegs, die Kirschblüten und die herrliche Ruhe in den Teeplantagen waren eine willkommene Abwechslung in unserer Taiwanrundreise nach dem quirligen Taipei. Wir hatten uns vorab vegetarischen Hotpot dazu bestellt - wunderbar lecker. (Wer sich was anderes mitbringt kann Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Erdgeschoss nutzen). Restauranthinweise gab es auch im Vorfeld. Den Sonnenuntergang durften wir auf dem Dach erleben - noch etwas höher und mehr Rundumblick als schon die fantastische Aussicht aus dem Zimmer heraus. Das Bad glich einem Spa. Das Frühstück bot genug Auswahl sowohl für Vegetarier als auch fleischessende Besucher. Wir genossen noch die Ruhe auf der Terrasse vor dem Abstieg zum Dorf. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Wer aber nicht auf Taiwanesischen Hotpot steht, hat im Haus keine Alternative,- dafür werden aber vorab Infos zu Restaurants und Fahrern mitgegeben. Wir hatten uns für zwischendurch noch im Ort Shizao bei der Bushaltestelle mit Bananen von örtlichen Verkäufern und ein wenig Snacks vom 7eleven versorgt.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Prompt responses whenever we have questions, even before the trip via WhatsApp. Matriarch of the property is a most amiable lady who welcomed us when we arrived and sent us off. She added the extra homely feel during our stay. We stayed at 3 different properties across Taiwan this trip. This guesthouse offered the most comfortable mattress and pillow. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

There was a spacious common area with useful amenities like a fridge, water machine utensils etc. the building had an elevator that was very helpful when transporting luggage between floors. - Prerna (9/5): - I genuinely liked the location. It's literally located in the middle of a tea plantation and is perfect for a quiet retreat! I also loved the tea tasting ceremony and the hot pot dinner! I think perhaps the rooms could've have better choices for pillows. Some of them were too hard and I don't think my friends were very comfortable with those.

- Valerie (9/5): - The views at this property were absolutely amazing. The sunrise especially was one of the most gorgeous things ever. The view was beautiful, but fair warning, it is a little challenging to get to without a car. Even if you take the bus, the nearest bus stop only drops you off about a 45 minute walk from the property, and there's no restaurants nearby. So be prepared for that.

The double room with terrace has a beautiful view over the hills and is very spacious. Many messages for the check-in may cause some confusion for the guest who is traveling and can't pay attention to all the details. I may recommend making them more concise. Overall the experience was excellent.

Kreeg enorm veel info over de app, waardoor ik de belangrijkste zaken over het hoofd zag. Zoals cash betalen op de locatie...... Het was enorm zorgvuldig, maar wellicht wel goed het iets te bundelen.

- Francesc (8/5): Incredible views and breakfast - The view was really good, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spatious and big, while maybe a bit old. It was pretty cold and the only heating available was an electric furnace, which took a while to heat up the room. Lightning was good although I missed a bedside lamp.
