• Anna (10/5): Residence le Pavoncelle - La pulizia, i servizi, la comoditá, la disponibilità ad ospitare anche il mio cagnolino, e le zone verdi in adiacenza per potergli far fare i suoi bisognini e gradevoli passeggiate. Forse mi é sfuggito nelle info ricevute, ma é la prima volta che mi capita. Non ho apprezzato il blocco di una determinata cifra, presa come caparra ad eventuali danni da parte nostra. Quando la struttura giá ne presentava, probabilmente fatti da altri clienti. Sono stata presa un pó alla sprovvista. Quindi ció che mi sento di consigliare é di visionare in anticipo l'appartamento e fare foto dove vi sono giá eventuali danni, da mostrare subito alla reception cosí da evitare disguidi al momento della consegna chiavi.
• Ludwig (6/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt und am Strand. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls ums Eck. Die Unterkunft hat einen kleinen Balkon und eine größere Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr minimalistisch. Das nötigste ist vorhanden, mehr jedoch nicht (Bettgestell mit Matratze, kleine Hocker als Nachttisch ohne kleine Lampe). Der Kühlschrank ist im gleichen Raum wie das Bett. Dieser war nachts ziemlich laut. Generell ist die Unterkunft etwas hellhörig (Nachbarn, Straßenlärm…).
• Patrice (6/5): La Sardaigne est belle. L'appartement était décevant - L'appartement est très bien placé avec possibilité de parking. Il est situé prés du centre ville. La ville est agréable. Elle est calme à cette époque. Elle est proche des sites à découvrir qui sont très beau comme la Maddaléna, Capo Testa et les sites nurhagiques. L'appartement ne correspond pas à la présentation sur Booking. Il devait proposer une vue sur la ville et le jardin. Il devait avoir une terrasse. Or, il se situait en dessous du niveau de la rue. Il était sombre. Pas de terrasse mais une cour qui faisait 2m sur 2m et inutilisable. Le nombre de pièces de vaisselle était insuffisant. L'accès à la plage de Santa Terresa est payant avec obligation d'acheter une natte de plage.
• Anna Maria (7/5): Struttura senza pretese, buona la posizione - La gentilezza delle addette alla reception, La terrazza spaziosa al piano superiore. Il materasso con topper era comodo. La posizione della struttura relativamente vicino al centro Il monolocale è piuttosto datato e usurato e avrebbe bisogno di un minimo di manutenzione e cura., Gli arredi carenti e spazi limitati (il letto era un materasso appoggiato a una rete e al posto dei comodini 2 sgabelli e neanche una lampada) in cucina il piano induzione funzionava a metà. In bagno la cabina doccia era davvero troppo stretta per riuscire a muoversi e a momenti la pressione del'acqua era molto bassa, ne usciva appena un filo. Gli scuri delle portefinestre non rimanevano agganciate all'esterno e invece da chiusi, non oscuravano affatto la stanza, alle prime ore del mattino la luce esterna filtra e ci si sveglia. Gli asciugamani grandi, dati in dotazione erano nuovi di zecca non lavati (avevano ancora i fili della tessitura che mi sono rimasti addosso) e non asciugavano nulla.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - I was lucky and got an upgrade to the Residence I Mirti Bianchi, the apartment was good, great location, close enough to the town centre to make it easily walkable yet far enough away that there's no noise in the evenings. Santa Teresa di Gallura is a great base to explore northern Sardinia there's a lot of small quiet beaches not to far away. on the negative side I went in October and as its off season a lot of the restaurants are closed and most of the tourist attractions.
• Francesca (2/5): - Ci hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato di 70 euro per le pulizie dell'appartamento, che avrebbero svolto al termine del nostro soggiorno.Il problema principale è stato che ce lo hanno consegnato sporco e pieno di polvere. Le lenzuola era luride con pedate sulle federe.Il letto molto scomodo e la doccia molto piccola. Si poteva contattare la reception solo in alcune fasce orarie ad un numero fisso e non c'era un cellulare da contattare in caso di emergenza, come ad esempio sostituire le lenzuola sporche. Unica nota positiva la comodità logistica dell'appartamento.

Das Problem, das ich hatte mit Expedia - die Beschreibung entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen, ich war zuerst sehr enttäuscht - bügelte das Team hervorragend aus.
