Al momento non è possibile effettuare un cambio struttura o camera, poiché mia figlia di 3 mesi sta già dormendo, quindi non posso spostarmi. Tuttavia, desidero almeno aprire una segnalazione/reclamo formale per questa situazione, che rappresenta una chiara difformità rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato e compromette il comfort e gli standard igienici di base. Andere Leute haben das Zimmer gewechselt, im 4 Stock waren die Zimmer sehr schön, leider konnten wir nicht wechseln. Wie erwähnt Zimmergrösse war viel zu klein für 2 Personen, und Dusche war sehr klein.... für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

- Leon (1/5): - Das Pool und Frühstück War eigentlich eine Frechheit, habe das Zimmer durch einen Glitch versehentlich 2 Mal gebucht und die Besitzer sind zu Geldgierig um es zu erstatten. Man kriegt zwar dann den Grundriss von den Zimmer doch sind die Fotos schon um einiges besser und das Bad ist winzig und stinkt manchmal nach Kanal.

Die Zimmer sind ansprechend Modernisiert auch wenn sie in teilen etwas veraltet wirken. Aber Sauber und das zählt. Pool Landschaft ist das beste, wo man auch draußen frühstücken kann. Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas unübersichtlich strukturiert. Nicht so toll war das man die Klimaanlage nicht richtig steuern konnte. Temperatur konnte man einstellen aber nicht die Stärke des Gebläses.

- Klaus (7/5): Sehr erholsam in angenehm - Unser Zimmer war sehr klein -zu klein- dafür eine große Terrasse. Das Frühstück war okay. Der Strand war fussläufig in 150 m zu erreichen, Sonnenschirm und Liegen waren im Preis dabei und immer frei verfügbar. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein.
- Liuliu94 (8/5): Assoluto relax in piscina e buona cucina - La posizione assolutamente strategica è abbastanza tranquilla, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale rendono il soggiorno sereno e privo di problemi , la piscina è fantastica pulita e rilassante in più al mattino e durante le cene fa da scenario a momenti glamour, la colazione varia e abbondante è una autentica tentazione mattutina La struttura presenta delle buone potenzialità sia per gli spazzi che per la cortesia indiscutibile dello staff ma a mio parere non può fregiarsi della quarta stella ,almeno per ora. Gli spazi comuni puliti ma colmi di oggetti e arredi in diversi stili fanno perdere a tutta la struttura un’identità precisa. La camera confort che mi è stata assegnata è in assoluto le più piccola mai occupata nei miei viaggi e necessita di manutenzione mentre il bagno è talmente ridotto da non permettere una seduta agevole visto che le ginocchia impattavano con la porta della doccia. Infine le lenzuola sono veramente troppo secche e ruvide un po’ di ammorbidente avrebbe risolto!

- Sascha (9/5): Sehr schöner Urlaub - Der Pool mit der Bar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr viel Vogelkake beim Balkon. Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden.

- Henri (8/5): - L'accueil et la disponibilité ! Equipe au service restauration et au bar au top ! Super rapport qualité prix. Bien situé pour se rendre à Venise, l'arrêt de bus est face à l'hôtel. Très bien desservi en piste cyclable. La salle d'eau fonctionnelle, mais très petite.
