- Thomas (3/5): Très décevant, mauvaise qualité de l’aménagement - Seul le petit-déjeuner nous a plu bien qu’il soit compliqué de le faire délivrer à l’heure en chambre le personnel ne respectant pas les instructions données. Les photos ne rendent pas du tout compte de la réalité. Les équipements sont de très mauvaise qualité, l’hôtel n’est pas bien situé et l’environnement est affreux. Bien que le loft soit spacieux l’aménagement est vétuste. La terrasse est très bruyante et les baies vitrées ne permettent pas de couper le bruit extérieur. Aucun moyen de se reposer.

- Melissa (6/5): Muy costoso para la experiencia que ofrecen. - El sitio esta muy bien ubicado y los lofst son muy bonitos Lamentablemente me parecio que por el precio excesivo, uno espera PERFECCIÓN, la comida es de karens pizza y siempre con el mismo menu, la atención es regular y me cobraron mas de 600.000 pesos por una decoración donde solamente encendieron unas velas y regaron unos petalos y una botella de champaña que en el mercado vale 86.000 pesos, el total del menu fue menor a 150.000. El lugar como tal esta bien, pero en relación al precio me pareció excesivo, uno por ese precio espera una atención luxury, y NO lo es, aparte te cobran un deposito de 2 millones de pesos!! eso ni en el hotel mas costoso en una gran ciudad lo cobran, el lugar esta bien pero el sobrecobro deja mucho que hablar, aparte el jacuzzi le salia suciedad y el amoblado se siente viejo.

The TV's are only accessible using their supplied iPad. The iPad worked good for controlling lights and shades but was not good for using the 2 tvs.

- Jason (5/5): Beautiful apartments but falling short with modern day internal technology use etc. - The open spaciousness of the apartment was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable. The modern technology use of an Apple Tablet for the apartments entertainment services (TV, Music, Netflix etc.) kept breaking down and had to call assistance on many occasions. We were moved from 1 apartment to a neighbouring one due to the issues above but found the second apartments outdoor jacuzzi did not function all, which was a little disappointing.

After staying in a different hotel the first time this hotel completely changed my opinion about Cali the hotel is beautiful, quite the rooms are very very specious. The water in the shower has a very good stream and also hot water . The room is controlled by an iPad so it is really technologically advanced . I really had a good time in this room it was so convenient and well thought will definitely recommend this hotel for my friends….
- Lisa (10/5): Couples weekend - Had a lovely stay at Acqua Santas. It was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. In the city but definitely felt away from the buzz. The only thingbwas we probablyvwould havevused the jacuzzi if it hadn't filled upbwith leafs from the trees so maybe leavecthe cover on and just explain to guest how to remove it to use. However, it wouldve just been a call away and they would havecsirted it out for us, no doubt, so not a problem really.

I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the amazing food and the late night dip in the pool or the hot tub or their so treatment and private chef for a date night. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their guest I recommend this hotel and definitely worth the buck. Loft look amazing. I wouldn’t recommend infants thought it’s a very fancy room

The property itself has a parking lot, a pool and it's located on top of a good pizza restaurant that can get you sorted for breakfast and even a dinner one day.

Beware: Everything is controlled by using an IPAD. It was frustrating as I'm not a real technology-oriented person. At 4:00 am the lights above the bed suddenly came on! Try figuring out an IPAD at 4 in the morning when you have just been awakened by lights that come on unexpectedly. Other than the IPAD, everything is okay. Not worth the money I paid for the night though.

Tatiana and the entire team of staffers are wonderful. My room is absolutely spotless each afternoon when I return. Giant STEAM shower. Super comfy bed. Nice kitchenette and the best Colombian coffee each morning. Neighborhood is good for running or walking. There are a number of cute little restaurants in easy walking distance. I can't say enough about how nice and helpful the staff has been. Additionally the staff at Karen's restaurant next door treat me like family. A wonderful spot to enjoy Cali.

Two floors, two full bathrooms, two private patios and a private jacuzzi, in room massage table, full kitchen with espresso machine. Everything in the room was controlled by an iPad, including lights, blinds and a serious built in stereo system. There was also a shared lap pool right outside my door. I may need to come up with reasons to visit Cali in the future just to stay here. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The place is architecturally beautiful, clean and in an area where there are great restaurant's within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and answered all our requests immediately. The manager, Juan David, was very knowledgeable about places to go in the area even arranging for us to eat at one of the top restaurant's in Cali with no waiting time. Due to booking, we were unable to do a late checkout, so the manager arranged for us to come back and stay for another night; which we enjoyed immensely!

My gigantic loft room was fully staffed with music, apple run technology, and best of all, it had a large hot tub in my own private terrace so I could relax in warm water while looking at the stars. I loved this place. The breakfast was also INCREDIBLE. There was a full menu to chose from, and it was all fresh. My only complaint is that I needed a driver scheduled for the next day at 8am. I had coordinated this the night before, my driver was NOT scheduled. It was 815 and I was set up with a taxi they coordinate last minute. I was 10 minutes late to my first appointment. Other than this, (which should not happen at a 5 star place) my stay was wonderful.
- Canadian Family (10/5): Beautiful spacious comfortable loft - We had an excellent experience in the gorgeous loft with a private jacuzzi and garden overlooking the city with a view of the mountains. Service was excellent - special thanks to Juan David who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The lap pool was clean and never busy. Similarly the gym and lounge area were great spaces. Breakfast served in the room each day included for very good value. Steam feature in shower. Linens and bed really comfortable. We have never stayed in a better place. Will definitely return.
