Guest Reviews
- kareena (2/5): Long term facility not a hotel - This is a long term facility. False advertising by hotels.com as despite accepting my booking and taking my payment for 1 night, the hotel do not accept such bookings.
- Nicole (2/5): Sucked - It was horrible the check in took for ever the water in the shower was brown and made me feel greasy there werent any elevators
- Karen (2/5): Refund - When I arrived, there were no rooms available. The front desk girl asked the Maintenance Man to put an AC in a room that had been out of service, for a while. The room smelled sour, was dirty and the AC had mold around the window. The transient clientele made me uncomfortable. I left messages for Demitrius for a full refund, I did not stay at this Hotel.
- James (8/5): - There were broken down cars in the parking lot with flat tires.
- Emily (2/5): - There was dried blood/blood they tried to wash out on the towels. Everyone that’s living there is WEIRD and it’s so uncomfortable. Kids run around alll day and ride scooters and bikes around the hallways. A cleaning lady literally tried to bust into my room and if it wasn’t for me having the latch on my door she would have been in there, didn’t knock or announce herself just tried to come right in. I’m honestly not even sure what she was doing there because the floor made my feet black. I will NEVER stay here
- Marshall (2/5): - Cockroach infested filthy dump. Bathroom was crawling with roaches. There wasn’t even a garbage bin in the room. Good god the halls outside and floor. So terrible
- Wilfred (8/5): - The property look clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem is there is no staff in office after 7pm other than emergency. But it took just 10 minutes for someone to attend to my call when I got locked out of my room.
- Tracy (10/5): Great place - Lady at the front desk was amazing. Room was big and very clean. The bed was kinda hard but comfortable. The pool was the only drawback it was not clean.
- Tara (4/5): - Laundry filthy. Walkways filthy. Bathroom fan filthy. Floor just swept, never mopped. Vanity’s filthy. Elevator filthy. Condition of entire facility is terrible. Painting outside of building instead of taking care of rooms.
- William (4/5): Never again - When walking through the complex make sure to dodge the dog feces and urine. They do not clean it up. Was told i had the room until a certain day, then they tried to have me move rooms so somebody else could have a room.
- Rodney (2/5): - It was the worst hotel ive been too I had a rat in my room.
- Rober (10/5): Perfect for what I needed - Room was clean. No trash cans and bedding was ok.
- Pennie (10/5): - I liked the staff very very friendley
- Caldonia (10/5): Will Stay again - It was great
- Bernice (8/5): - Great stay . Dirty towels
- Jason (10/5): Great place to stay - I enjoyed my stay. The entire staff was friendly, the room was clean and i felt like a valued customer
- Tommy (4/5): - Room was nice but bad smell like urine and bad rotton mop water, but room looked perfect
- James (4/5): - There no staff available at check in the room had roaches, there were no toilet paper, ice machine was inoperable.
- Brittany (6/5): - Do not stay if you have another choice. Room was cute. Neighbors were super loud and very disrespectful. Very creepy people live there. I got up to check every other hour to make sure my car wasn't getting broken into. The place all around was disgusting. Would not stay again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I was not impressed at all with this property
- Harold (2/5): Garage - Thin walls and loud neighbors...loud music in the parking lot....
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The People That Live There Was Creepy And The Property Wasn’t The Cleanest
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bill was less then what Expedia charged me. We will see if I’ll get that difference back or not. The room itself was small. The TV was in an awkward place so u would hurt your neck to watch it. There was only enough toilet paper in the room to use the bathroom once so we had to go buy our own. There was no coffee pot so we ended up buying one. These are simple things I expect in every hotel room. Not to mention the bed was very hard and there was only 3 small flat pillows for 2 adults. Then when I went to check out there was no one in the office and no real drop box. I did find a window that it looks like would be used for after hrs that I was able to place the key in but normally there is someone on staff to check people out at 9AM. More then likely won’t stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great stay for three days. Room was clean and was very quiet. Please always remember that the front desk closes at 7:00 p.m. Staff was helpful and the on-site manager was great.
- Howard (8/5): - It was a pleasant stay
- Stephanie (2/5): - No towels no toilet paper no coffee bed very uncomfortable
- katie (2/5): - Room wasnt clean nor did they have a room available apon check in. I was unable to stay. When we tried to refund noone answered the phone to prove i wqsnt lying. I booked a different room and still havent recieved word back for refund
- Stacie (10/5): quiet safe place - It was very clean and the people were especially nice. The dogs liked it too.
- Audrey (10/5): Lo rate, great stay! - The room was clean and comfortable. The air was on and i was loving no carpet. It was over all a 9.5 out of 10. The price is what got me off the bat!
- Robert (10/5): New to the hotel chain. - lean room friendly staff. only stayed one night. Lots of places to eat nearby,
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was very hard for us to receive any kind of service or help. We were traveling with a lot of traffic, so we arrived shortly after check in time. The security officer who checked us in was very rude and not pleasant to deal with. On the second night, we accidentally left our room keys in our room. We called all day and no one answered, we called after hours and it took almost 50 minutes to get someone to let us in our room.
The room was not very clean and was very damp feeling.
- Christian (2/5): - Dead bugs in the room, and felt unsafe on the property.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was great love the manager and Stephanie I feel like I’m at home
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was great Both of the employee’s was great
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I can not stay there I j just find another hotel that more safe
- Tasha (2/5): Roaches everywhere - The receptionist was attitudinal. Iron didn't work. Sheets were dirty. Roaches on the wall, countertop and refrigerator. Floors dirty/nasty. I will never stay here again.
- Liz (2/5): - Never again will we stay here. The first room wasnt clean. Second was clean somewhat but the water was brown and reeked of sulfur. We got locked out multiple times. Had to buy pots and utensils for the kitchen since they did not provide those only to discover the stove wss barely functional. So we were forced to eat out daily. Management gave us a case of water for our trouble but nothing further was done despite them saying it would be even after contacting the company. The pool was disgusting. The housekeeper refused to take our bedding to clean because i asked her to come back in 30 minutes to give us all a chance to shower. And the only response from the front desk was "this is above my pay grade." This place was excellent as an Extended Stay but has gone way down hill since switching owners.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - First room was infested with roaches and the carpet so nasty I couldn't let anyone in my family walk around barefoot. Wanted to check out early due to bug issue but was refused a refund on remaining days.
Second room given was not much better, we had a beautiful trip ruined by the hotel stay because no one actually cares about the guest staying.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff were miserable, Jessica and mark both seemed to hate their jobs and the first room we were put in wasn’t even cleaned yet according to the cleaning lady and the second room the bar in the shower fell down when I got in ( I’m 115lbs) the bar was already broken just barely hanging on... I will never stay here again
- Wanda (10/5): Closed after hours - The only problem we had with this place is the office was closed at 7pm. We drove a long way and had to wait for someone to open up for us to check in. The room was clean and ok. A nice place.
- Dale (6/5): Upgrades needed but Friendly and Courteous staff. - Repair or replace Faux Wood pieces. It's water stained and breaking apart (particle Board). No cups to drink from or Ice buckets in the rooms was an inconvenience. Pillows were the cheapest I've ever seen in a hotel. Overall rooms were nice. A/C struggled to keep the rooms cool.
Pool needs cleaning and paint and some new patio furniture.
I work with a property management Company so I see a lot of Hotels. I would stay again mainly due to scarcity of other hotels in the area.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nobody works at the front desk in this motel at night, So I had to call a provided number and request for check in when we get there. Then waited for half an hour to show up a guy to help us in check in. He gave me a room where we found a lot of bugs on the beds and bad smell. Also I reserved a queen bed room for us through Expedia but he gave me a two-double bed room. So I called the number again and request for room change. This time they took one hour to transfer us into another room but still couldn’t provide a queen bed room. The new double bed room had bad smell as well. Water also smelled bad and yellowish colored. The beds were arranged in such a way that our head were very close to the AC when we slept. So we couldn’t sleep well at night because of the sound of the Air Condition. Staying in this Motel was a terrible experience for us!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel room bed sheets had multiple strands of hair and the comforter had holes. There was a lot of dust and dirt along the side of the refrigerator. The floor was very dirty. I understand there's a saying "you get what you pay for" but this was just overwhelmingly disappointing. The cleaning crew only checks the rooms every four days. The staff is obviously aware of possible dirty bed sheets because they offer new ones, as long as you ask. I felt I didn't need to ask for clean bed sheets when staying in a, what one would assume, clean room.
- greg (2/5): - Attendant was rude. Had no toilet paper or remote for tv. Filthy
- charles (6/5): If you prefer NOT to sleep! - Not very quiet. Lots of.screaming kids at 530 am and drunks arguing late night the night before.
- David (8/5): - Didn’t like the a/c unit right by the bed.
- veberly (4/5): Disappointed! - The non-smoking room still stink of smoke, and everything is rusty 🙁
- Verified traveler (4/5): - first problem was check-in, our reservation said 2 pm, when we arrived at 1:30 the desk clerk said 3 pm, big problem cause we needed to check-in and change for a function we planned to attend at 3 pm, we called expedia who in turned called the hotel, to no avail, they wouldn't let us check-in until 3, so we had to change our clothes in our car, not to mention we couldn't freshen up. We picked the hotel cause it was a block away from the our church function, even though our expedia reservation said check-in at 2, the siegel said their check-in was 3, three other couples traveling with us had the same problem. needless to say none of us will stay in another Siegel again, and I myself will never use expedia again.
The floor in our room was also sticky, two of the other couples had carpet, ours was a laminate floor and we wore slippers the entire time. I didn't ask the fourth couple. There was also a small amount of hair on our bathroom floor. The beds and linen were clean, but the room had a bad smell, maybe from cigarette smoke, one of the other couples with us complained of that too.
- Alice (2/5): Disappointed Stay - It was disappointing to see how the hotel has went down since I stayed there last. No Phone, No clothes hangers, no garbage can, no coffee pot and bathroom wasn't very clean.
- Martha (4/5): Looking for Somewhere Else to Stay - We arrived about 10 minutes before check-in time and was told it would be about 15 minutes after check-in time before we could check in. We left and came back. It was actually an hour after the time given that we were able to check in. The room was not ready. We were told later that they only have one housekeeper and she only works one day a week. After checking in, the room was not at all what we expected. There were no hangers in the closet, no garbage can in the bathroom. There was a leak under the bathroom sink and the bathroom door would not close completely. It seemed as though the door had soaked up water and the wood had swollen which prevented the door from closing. There was no clock, no telephone to call the front desk for service. I had to go to Family Dollar next door and buy a set of towels. Need new pillows, it takes two to make one. We were very disappointed.
- George (2/5): - Don’t book this, worst hotel I have ever stayed. Traveling cross country and only hotel we could find online last minute. Arrived around 8pm and office closed around 7pm, had to call unresponsive security multiple times to get keys. He was nice when he arrived but hotel horrible. Everything smelled like pot, everything extremely dirty, dusty, stained and smelled. Only thing clean in room was sheets. Arrived and room door was open, when closed could see where it looked like rusted door bent and could see light. Did not feel safe. Bathroom discussing with mold and debris including pubic hair everywhere, showered in flip flops so did not have to touch tub. Worst hotel ever.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Property wasn’t great but the staff were very nice and helpful
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Rooms were disgusting having been told that it was the bettter room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Room was never cleaned by staff during entire 6 day stay.. Wash cloths and toilet paper was never replaced during stay.. Receptionist was rude during initial check in and unprofessional.. I would definitely not recommend staying there
- StephanIe (6/5): Ugh, check the toilet!!! - Toilet dirty and nasty with poop in the toilet!! No toilet paper. I arrived shortly after making the reservation on Hotels.com, only to receive a rude welcome at this hotel, in addition to an extreme no early check-in (unless I wanted to pay an extra $50.00) policy. I arrived at 1:30 and check in is at 3:00. I actually then decided I would run some errands across town and arrived back at the hotel at about 9pm. There was no one in the front office. I had to call the security guy to check me in, plus after getting in our room, had him get us a roll of toilet paper. Needless to say, they also need to sweep and mop the floors in the room.
Overall, I was surprised that it was as quiet as it was, even though there was a couple on the 3rd floor arguing like they were trying to shout all the way to Biloxi. I would have demanded to be compensated for the dirty room, but we left before 6am and no one in the office. I guess that allows management a reason to not have office staff over night, it eliminates guests complaints!!
- Danielle (4/5): - The lady at the front office was great. The cleaning lady that burst in the room at 930 was rude. It would have been nice to get a heads up that you had to supply the dishes and towels we ran out of toilet paper within the first couple of hours with no back up
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not very clean - The hotel was cheap. You get what you pay for. Not very clean and a bit run down. The clientel looked pretty desperate. Won't be coming back. Should've checked the amenities which were free WiFi! No soap, no extra towels, no hairdryer, no iron no extra toilet paper!. Beware of the WiFi, you may be hacked. More of a place for people between jobs needing a place to stay temporarily. Pet friendly though!
- dean (6/5): - A good powerwashing would help. There is no elevator and the steps are filthy. The room was clean, the bed was ok, you are given one towel and one washcloth. If you need clean ones before your stay is over, you have to ask. It is worth the $50 a night, no more.
- Margie (4/5): The hotel is nice area and close to shopping area. - It was close to Biloxi and Mobile AL. We was able to spent time in both location and was able to spent our OVERNIGHT at the hotel.
- Barbara (2/5): Not Friendly - The most non helpful rude worker at the desk we have ever had.
- Brenda (2/5): The stay was ok - The stay was ok. They charged my card twice because I booked the hotel on hotels.com and when I got to the hotel they stated it didn't go through on hotels.com and had to charge my card again which I believe is not right. I talked to hotels.com and the hotel and is basically getting the run around.. There was also a bug that looked like a spider that was in the bed. There was no trash can in the bathroom and also no tissue in the bathroom. I did not see in housekeepers around at all. The area was ok and if you are looking to stay there for just one night then you should be fine.
- Benjamin (4/5): - Staff was friendly. On the other hand the hotel was very dirty and smelled bad. There was stains on the bedding and in the shower. Even had a couple of dead roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom room light bulb was burnt out and no toilet paper. The toilet was stopped up before we even used it. Needless to say if other hotels wasn’t so booked or over priced we would have gone else where. We ended up buying new bedding and ferbreeze to make the stay doable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty - The rooms were dirty. Had to switch rooms because they put us in a room that was just used again not clean.
- Alexis (2/5): Terrible stay - We arrived later at night, and there was no one to check us in. Once we got to our room, we noticed there were only 2 towels. When we attempted to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work at all. When we went down stairs to the lobby to ask for towels, we were told there were no towels and we won’t have any until in the morning. We also had only half of a roll of toilet paper in the room. Every time we needed something, no one was “able” to help us. But while we were sleep the last morning, the employees were banging on the door hollering. I was very displeased!!
- Rudolph (4/5): nice rooms, but kinda felt unsafe - too many unsavory looking folks staying around!!! ambulance and police and crowds in the parking lot in the early hours of the morning
- Braxton (8/5): - It was a decent stay. I had no complaints. It wasn't exquisite, but it was a place to lay my head for a night.
- Damien (2/5): Never again - Rooms smell like someone died in there then they had bed bugs and roaches
- Verified traveler (8/5): - good location, quiet, I have stayed there many times and its usually good. I will stay there again
- Verified traveler (4/5): Uh... - No amenities. There wasn't a hair dryer, clock or a coffee pot in the room at all. The front desk is closed on Sundays, and there is not a breakfast available on this day either. The outside looks great, and the pool was very well maintained. The room had a musty/moldy smell.
- Draqueshia (10/5): Amazing hotel - I checked in after 10 and the desk was closed at 7 they were very patient and the room was spotless.
- James (8/5): - Over all my stay was good. The service wasn't the best. There was only one wash cloth and when I requested another one the desk clerk couldn't find one and didn't not try to resolve my issue so we ended up using a hand towel. That's the only real issue I had during my stay and I would stay again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): You get what you pay for - When I first got there, I was told the wrong room... apparently it wasn’t a clean one. So I got switched to another room. Upon entering the room, I saw a roach, which kind of grossed me out. There was old soap in the shower from someone before me. The towels were not clean. Water pressure was kinda low, and not a lot of heat. Later on in the night, I went outside and closed my door. I tried to enter back in the room and my key wouldn’t work so I went down to the office and it took the front desk at least 15 min to open the door and help me, come to find out he was outside the entire time, taking his sweet time to get back inside and help.(this was around 2 AM btw) I got the key switched out and it STILL didn’t work so he had to go up there and help me in. I finally got a key that worked. The only good thing I can say about my stay was that it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - $50 dollar room, it was that. Wasn’t too bad. Sheets hadn’t been changed blood stains in the bath tub not enough towels. It wasn’t too bad but wasn’t the best for sure. The office closes at 7 and they don’t leave a number or anything for emergency. First night one of our cards went out and we couldn’t get in our room and luckily we put the other one in the car. I won’t stay there again just due to inconvience.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - Horrible. Bugs crawling on the floor. Smelled like mold and mildew. No phone or clock in the room. Office not opened only for check in. Key drop was not a secure lock box.
- ESTHER (2/5): A bad experience - The water didn’t get hot. The ice machine didn’t . We had to wait 2 days to get some towels. The service people didn’t know nothing n could never answer no questions. This is my last time staying there never again. At 7:00 in the morning no one available for nothing. Doors locked.
- Rodney (6/5): Filthy - Stains on the walls, floor was Filthy, found a cockroach, police in the parking lot would not even let me get into my room until some people in the parking lot got arrested. The only thing that made me comfortable was the bed somewhat and I don’t even know if that was clean
- lori (2/5): Cheap and nasty - Nasty, roaches, nasty sheets, took them to be washed and they made us make the bed, mold in the bathroom, floors are nasty
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Beds were hard as rocks. Wasn't cleaned. Found food in fridge.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible hotel. One of the worst experiences ever! - The staff was not helpful at all! I tried to book the room for my dad and stepmom for four nites. They told me I only had one nite. Upon checking in for the one nite, My dad paid cash for an additional three nites. We went out the morning after the first nite and came bk to a room with their belongings GONE! The person in the office told my dad that he only paid for one nite. He said he paid for three additional nites. She said "You have no proof!". He said I have the receipt. Even though he brought back the receipt, they said we probably wont be able to give you your money back and they did not have a place to stay. My dad had to pay again to rent a room at another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a pet.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Decent for the price - Decent hotel for the price around pascagoula. They only clean once a week and expect you to wash your own towels. So exactly what am i paying the money for the room for?
- Verified traveler (4/5): - 4 people in room with only 2 towels. Could not get anymore until dirty ones were turned in. No coffee pots in room. Has a stove but no untensils to cook with. Not a vwry pleasent stay
- Heather (4/5): Not Happy - It was not customer friendly nor was it clean. No coffee maker like it said on web site and no dishes what so ever. What good is a kitchen if you have nothing and you travel far from home.
- Charles (6/5): - needs a 24hr front desk closing at 7 doesnt cut it.
- lance (6/5): - Very dirty stairs and staff didn’t inform me to leave my keys in the room so I had to make a special trip back at 11am when the ofc opened to turn the keys in and she says u could’ve just left them in the room. She could’ve told me when I checked in that that was what I could do with them!! N
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nasty and old - Room was nasty and dogs had peed and chewed it to pieces, I can't believe expedia would rent rooms in this shape. Refund would be ok but from now on I'll look at any room I book through expedia before I take it
- michelle (2/5): worst travel moment - they dont take credit cards after 7 pm you have to have cash in the amount of your stay.. There was what looked like a homeless person or maybe they partied to much person passed out in the parking lot other guest partying and blaring there music very loud on the 2nd floor. i wouldn't stay there i left due to the environment...
- Carolyn (6/5): Clean - It was okay, clean and very no nonsense. Not great area, but was quiet.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Kozy little spot close to beachfront - We enjoyed our short stay at this spot. Very kozy and will definitely be visiting again.
- Mika (2/5): - Disgusting place. I checked in and stayed maybe 30minutes. My kids wouldn’t even sit down on the bed. The chairs had stains and tears. It was a place for prostitutes and drug addicts.
- La'Sha (6/5): First stay was great. Second stay... BAD! - My family and I spent last weekend here... in spite of the bad reviews. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is on the front side of the building and the stay was very nice. The rooms were clean and it was peaceful around, so my husband and I decided to book a room there again for our anniversary weekend. It was HORRIBLE! This time we were placed on the back side of the building, 2nd floor. As soon as we drove around the building to our room it became apparent where those bad reviews came from. Our room was NOTHING like the rooms we stayed in the weekend before. It was very dirty, sooo many roaches! The elevator was broken, water was brown, water stop working throughout the night, it was loud all around us, there were a king sized fitted sheet on our queen bed (which was disgusting) and was a hassle to sleep on, the bed cover was very rough and wasn't comfortable, and I put my hand on a booger that was on our table. I'm pretty disappointed.
- La'Sha (8/5): Why all the bad reviews? - Read all the bad reviews on this place, but to be honest it was actually quite nice. No Crack heads or prostitution outside of hotel like some reviews stated. The rooms were clean and staff was nice. Now I will say that our room didn't have a trash can or soap, but for the price of the stay I didn't mind driving/walking next door to Family Dollars and purchasing some. My husband and I will be booking a room there again next weekend.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Definitely cheap..I would only go back for how cheap it was. That's all
- Jeff (8/5): Good hotel - My key didn't work after coming back from bar hopping in Biloxi and Ocean Springs..They were able to get an attendant and get me into by room..So that was nice..The hotel is located right next to a Waffle House and a Family Dollar store..A Burger King is across the street on the same side of Highway 90 as the hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I will never stay there again. Pillow case not clean, floor not vacuumed. You get what you pay for.
- Brandi (2/5): Awful place! - There was no staff to speak with until after 3pm. Lobby stays locked so you can't even find anyone to ask questions to. No non smoking rooms available. Dirty! Roaches everywhere! Dead and alive. I had to clean the air conditioner before we could use it. Only 2 pillows. The floor was coming up. The worst place I've ever stayed. People all around us smoking weed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Review - Nice accommodation and close to work. Was given premier double since all regular were sold out
- Amiee (2/5): We sat in freezing cold from 11 to 1 am - We sat in the parking lot after booking a room online from 11 to 1 am couldn't get no one to the desk we they did come they said it was too late for booking reservations and we still had to pay cash so we would never recommend this to anyone
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty room - I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, it was filthy
- Jo (6/5): - It was a cheap costing place to lay our heads on short notice.
- Diane (4/5): FILTHY!! - One night stay, in town for a show. Hotel room was FILTHY. Roaches crawling on the walls, floor not vaccumed, used soap on the side of the tub, bathroom mirror very dirty, corners of boxsprings look as if it had dead bugs, linen on one bed pillow smelled dirty and EVERYTHING was dusty except for the table had been wiped off. There were no towels or amenities in the room. It seems as though someone made the beds and didn't finish cleaning the room. You can possibly survive two nights if you really have to, but I do not recommend this hotel.
