• Megan (7/5): Overall it was decent for a quick weekend stay but I don’t think we would stay again - Close to downtown The curtain was broke and we couldn’t close it so we had to tie it to close. The heat was hard to regulate so we had to keep opening the door to cool off (it was winter)

• AnnMarie (8/5): We would definitely stay here again - We asked to check in early and they said that was fine for an extra $25 charge which was totally acceptable to us so we could unload our vehicle and settle in. the location was good, just off main strip of Canada Rd in Lake George. It is definitely within walking distance to the center of town by the lake but we chose to drive because we're older and it was a cold weekend. We would definitely stay there again. The price was great and the winter carnival was fun. The only thing that we didn't like is that the motel parking lot is a hill and it snowed overnight which left it a bit slippery in the morning when it was time to load the truck for the return drive home.
• Natasha (3/5): Never again. - It is extremely outdated. The temperature was so high that I didn't sleep at all. It was no thermostat in the room. I end up with the dry and bleeding nose. We left the place at 5 am, instead of 8am. Dirty towels.
• Kelly (8/5): - It was a cute little place They had issues with the unexpected heavy snow storm. The had a delay plowing in driveway so our car was stuck for a little bit but all work out. Nice location and very friendly staff. View out the back was gorgeous

• Jasmine 1931 (8/5): - The room was warm and cozy. The staff that checked me in was amazing and made me feel welcome. Everything i needed was in the room ready. I will definitely come back to this Motel. There was nothing that I didn't like.

• Dugas (2/5): While we had a great time in Lake George, the stay at Pinebrook was a big disappointment. - The location is a short walk to downtown Lake George. The room was not clean. The wall air conditioner was loaded with black something, maybe mold and we cleaned it as much as we could. The bathroom seemed like it wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival. The room was small and the walls were thin were we could easily hear the noises coming from adjoining rooms and outside. Trash from previous guests was not removed by staff for days.

• Scott (4/5): Not great. - Close to the town. Easy to walk. Good size fridge. Good TV and streaming. Felt insecure at night. No deadbolt or chain on the door. Not the friendliest staff. Didn't feel welcomed. Dead bees in bathroom window on arrival. I'm sure they're been there a while. Light switch didn't work properly. Had trouble opening for to room. Thought I was going to break key in lock.

I saw multiple bugs in the room, and there was so many live and dead bugs in the window. The room smelt, and it wasn’t very quiet. It was okay for the price, we spent most of our time outside of the room, just because of how dirty it was.

No smoke detector at all food left in refrigerator that had mold on it cleaner was left in bathroom. The only soap was in a push dispenser as well as shampoo. I refused to shower there .floor was uneven to you felt like u were walking down

• Michele La (2/5): - My dad's were decent. I was afraid though wondering if they had bed bugs. I did not see any. The place was very dirty. It didn't feel like a safe environment. The walls were paper thin you could hear everything everywhere. There is something wrong with their heating system in that you can turn off the heat but they still have a vent that blows hot air from some other location. It made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

• Steven (8/5): - Pretty average- like a retro motel. Has a nice view of the lake and easy to get to. Parking is on a hill and there is some road noise, but quiets down eventually. No breakfast, but a couple of places to eat very close by. Away from downtown, and not a distance you would walk to normally. But overall, a good value for the money.

• Kathryn F (10/5): Very pleasant motel - It was a v clean room. The bathroom was spotless. It was not at all fancy but my friend and I don't go for fancy, just clean with a hospitable staff. There was a porch out front of the room. We enjoyed sitting there the two nights we stayed.

• Donna (9/5): I had a great stay - I was treated with respect and all my needs were met. We were in one room and the tv didn't work so they moved us to a new room. Everyone on was very friendly. I would go back. The one thing I didn't like was the parking. If you went out you might not get the spot in front of your room. I am handicapped and I like my parking space in front of my room as the parking lot was uneven.

• Matrigali (8/5): Our stay was pleasant and quiet. This is our second time here. Balcony is a must considering it’s off the beaten path. A - That we stayed on top floor with balcony . The pool was a little dirty, no chlorine smell that it had been a bit since it was last cleaned. Bugs and debris floating in water, also it was a little on the colder side, however very very warm out so was refreshing once you got use to it.

It was also very clean and the waterfall in the back was beautiful! I traveled alone and felt very safe

There was no ice, which was kind of a bummer for what we’re looking for. I know it sounds like a small thing, but I brought several things For a special diet and I couldn’t get ice and I had to go get some. The water was just warm it wasn’t really hot so if you like hot water, this is in a place to stay.

• Lee (9/5): Wonderful, affordable hotel in Lake George. - Affordable and excellent location to explore Lake George. Helpful staff, and we enjoyed the view of the lake & fireworks from the balcony. Room & bed were were clean & comfortable. The room was a bit small.

• James (10/5): Exceptional - The owner/manager was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and well cared for. It's in a beautiful spot, in the village, with a brook on the grounds, and with a view of Lake George and the mountains. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a good value!

Pool and eating area outside very nice to have. The room was dark, tired and musty. Could be so nice with some quick changes. We were informed just before we arrived that housekeeping was not available as most people don’t like it. Well we do; what exactly are we paying for then? Then an envelope is left to leave a tip for the housekeeper - but they didn’t do anything! Disappointing.

• Kelli (9/5): No complaints nice place - The staff was friendly and accommodating...the housekeeper was very polite and made sure we had what we needed. The rooms were clean.. the bathroom was spotless. They constantly cleaned the pool. Location is walkable to downtown and right next door to a nice bar and restaurant I have no complaints. The rooms are not updated but more importantly they are clean. The only thing I didn't like was the blanket it was more like a shower curtain than a blanket
