• Sydney (1/5): Don’t do it! - Nothing Room was not cleaned well, pool was not cleaned well, pool bathroom absolutely disgusting, for a 5 days stay we had to beg for extra toilet paper and towels.

• Jason (3/5): Rough - It was a good location and cheap accommodations. They did offer a breakfast. The room was not clean, the TV did not work, the beds were hard. The pool room was locked the entire stay. The hot tub was broken.

• Shoaf (5/5): Decent for the price - The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Beds were small, thin, and high off the ground. Would not recommend for elderly. Breakfast was OK. Consisted of cereal, waffles, and various fruits. Not really diabetic friendly.
• Donna (4/5): We got a room somewhere else. - The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. It is old, run down and looks dirty. The bed was clean but it was a mattress on a metal frame like a cot. The furniture in our room was old refurbished used furniture. There was food crumbs and crust in the microwave. The lobby of the second building where our room was looks like it has never been vacuumed or cleaned. There is an old dirty rotten sectional couch in the entryway that I wouldn’t let my dog sit on, and handprints all over the doors that have been there for a while. We ended up not staying there. I tried to add photos of what I told you about, and none show up after I select them. You need to see them!

Instant oatmeal, no hot water or milk or butter. There was fresh bananas though. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. No spa tub. Breakfast was only half there. No effort put in to it. The TV was bull shit.
• amanda (1/5): It was not a good experience. - The location was near the activities we had planned for our vacation. The rooms were dingy and bedding was not clean, the entire building we stayed in smelled of marijuana. The pool area was not well kept and the bathroom in the pool area was disgusting with no running and the toilet was full of dirty water. The mildew in the air in the room caused my son to have an asthmatic episode. Both of my children were having allergic reactions to the air quality in the room.

The person working the front desk was super nice and helpful. The floors were sticky. The bathroom door barely works. Other guests stood outside our door smoking cigarettes and talking until 3am. Trash from previous guest was left in the room.

• Derr (1/5): Worst employee and facility ever - I didn't like anything about this hotel. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and wouldn't even let us in the door. We were extremely exhausted, arriving at midnight and ready to take a shower and go to bed. When we got to our room there were no towels, no shampoo, no soap and no remote control for the TV. The microwave didn't even work and we hadn't had dinner yet therefore we needed to heat it up. I went to the front desk because they would not answer the phone the three times that I called. He informed me that he could give me towels but nothing else because he didn't know where they were located. We didn't know yet that the microwave wasn't working. He couldn't even give us a remote for the TV so we were expected to do nothing in our room. We decided that we were tired and we guessed that we would go ahead and stay even though we couldn't take a shower. After we found that the microwave didn't work either we decided that we had had enough and it was time for us to leave. The man at the front desk guaranteed me that my money would be returned the following morning. It has been two days and the money still has not hit my account. The man at the front desk refuse to give me a receipt stating that my money was in the process of being refunded, makes me feel as if this isn't going to happen but I will do anything in my power to get my money back as this is no way to treat customers and no one wants to stay in a motel this crappy. I don't know the law enforcement will do anything about this but I am going to contact everyone possible to get my money back. Absolutely the second worst hotel that I have ever been inside of. The room look nice and clean but without a shower and dinner just is not acceptable to me. I hope that you do not decide to stay here but if you do just realized that you have been warned.

• Shane (4/5): Not great. - My boyfriend and I took a day trip to lake of the ozarks and stayed here. The staff was nice and so was the service. We stayed in room 213 the room itself was nice and clean. Now for the not so great part. The stairs and deck going to the room was a little unstable as we walked across it we could feel it moving, when we got to the room the door was very hard to shut we had to slam it every time. The ac unit was very out of date and you couldn’t adjust anything on it or turn it off so it was just on the whole time and the room got very very cold. The bedding really needs to be updated. There was only 1 wall outlet in the bedroom room area and it only worked if the spiral light on the wall was left on if you turned to the light off to sleep the outlet stopped working. The only other outlet in the whole room was in the bathroom. The whole room needs a good modern day update with outlets being installed through out the room and lighting fixed. My advice if you stay here bring your own comforter, so you don’t freeze and an extension cord so that you can plug your devices in to charge and ask for a room on the ground so you don’t have to worry about the stairs or deck collapsing when you walk on it.

• Ibrahim (1/5): Disasters! - May the staff at front desk and breakfast. The worst place I have ever stayed. Over priced, poorly cleaned and smelly room,dirty and old curtain with poorly covering the window, teribble noice disturbance, poor light system and old unclean chair.

Employees don't answer phone or come to desk when ring bell. Looked like they were trying to remodel but was not done especially with the room we were in. One light didn't work. The light and exhaust fan in bathroom was just hanging with open spaces. The bathroom door wouldn't shut tight, looked like it was busted in half and barely being held together. Thought they advertised outdoor pool but there is not one

The couch didn't make out to a bed, the ice machine in the hall way was not working, hot tub was empty, pool house was closed, phone in room didn't work etc.
• Kassenette (10/5): Clean and comfortable - We came for my birthday and I had gotten bad bad news. I needed to rest so bad. But the time we got our cranky selves there and checked in this place turned my day around. The dog didn’t have to go to my brothers. The rooms were clean. They smell clean. They are great price. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond for you. This is my new favorite place to go. I have no complaints we loved it here!!!!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable with working AC and an updated television. The room was the most affordable for similar rooms in town. I will stay again in the future.
• Robinson (3/5): False Advertisement on "Beautiful rooms" - The beds were so comfortable!!! Air conditioner worked great! The pool area was nice. It was very dirty, no handles on any of the dressers or night stands, 4 people and we got 2 towels and 1 washcloth, no curtain, toilet paper was on the edge of the bathtub because the toilet paper holder was broken, toilet didn't flush right, door didn't close right without slamming, 7:30 breakfast was closed until 7:50 while the lady sat on the sidewalk just a few yards away, pool had SO much chlorine that our eyes were on fire, toilet in the pool room was out of order and disgusting, hot tub was used for storage, hinges on the bathroom door were disgusting, check-in lady was rude and gave no instructions. I took several pictures! It was NOTHING like the pictures on the web site.

Light bulbs were either missing or were burned out in other receptacles. The refrigerator was turned off. The bed basically set on the floor, with the mattress having a sink-hole crease of several inches in the center. Breakfast was very limited; basically just coffee, a juice, and a cheap donut/muffin.

Did notice until next morning so slept it in. We took all the bedding off to find both beds was like this. Bathroom door would not shut. Now they are trying to charge me an extra 100 dollars cleaning fee. As we did that. I would never recommend this hotel. It's like a slum lord's house. But we stay as it was already paid for in advance. I won't do that again. Please avoid at all costs.
• Jeff (6/5): - The toilet had an elongted seat on a round toilet, the floor has a 1" gap between the bathroom and bedroom, walking barefoot in the room turned my feet black, the door jamb in the bathroom was missing the trim and had nails sticking out, only one light worked.
• Melinda (1/5): Dont waste ur time on the local drug attraction - Absolutely nothing We got there at around 1 am they didn't have the room we booked so they put us in a different room we get to the room 1dt of all the door was open it was dirty had trash everywhere beds were in made no bedding in the room food from the previous guests in the room my husband went to tell the night manager about the room and he was fully aware that he put us in a dirty room he told him that he had no other rooms available and that we would have to leave he was going to cancel our reservation which we paid 113.00 for absolutely nothing I noticed I haven't received any kind of email or anything from booking.com about the cancellation so on our way out we stopped to ask the manager about getting some kinda verification that he is the one who cancelled so we could get a refund and he absolutely refused this motel is trashy dirty foul it stinks it's falling apart and management is absolutely displays the worst customer service I have ever seen he's very rude and disrespectful don't waste ur time go elsewhere not to mention it's the local drug attraction I shud have known better seeing as I'm a local and this place is known for drug and criminal activity

They moved us to another room without cleaning it, A/C didn’t work, neither did the fridge, trash in tub, clump of hair in the toilet. We packed up and asked for a refund immediately. Had to find another place to stay another 20 minutes further away from our concert. Very inconvenienced and dissatisfied.

• 717any (2/5): HORRIBLE - Called the phone number that google offered and I thought it was just a reservation line but turned out to be a 3rd party booking service. After working with 3 different people at the booking service within two hours of the reservation, they finally agreed to cancel if the hotel would confirm a cancellation. Called the hotel and they kept repeating "there is nothing that can be done that is why we recommend calling us directly". The hotel manager was supposed to call me the next day, but of course there was no call. HORRIBBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! Seems like they only way they can get a booking is from trying to dupe callers.

• I382Q (2/5): Horrible business practice - I made a mistake and booked through expedia, never again, but due to the text customer service they have, I accidentally canceled my reservation, so I called both Expedia and Ozark Inn, literally within minutes. Both refused to honor the hotel night stay, said the other was responsible, and it was my fault. So, They weren't reinstating my room, even though they got paid. So basically, they got free money, greed! Horrible business.

Came back later, nothing was left inside. Could not take a shower or bath. Non working light fixture on the wall left side of the bed. 2 non working LED light bulbs over the sink replaced one with bulb from non working fixture.

Dirty, curtains falling off the windows, ceiling falling in in the bathroom, dirty tub, dirty shower curtain - that was falling off the rod, stopped up dirty sink, just disgusting. No breakfast, or even coffee - told not in season - yet advertised. Not that I would have trusted to consume. If you’re looking for a crap hole hotel - this is it. What’s a shame is with just a little bit of effort on the owners behalf it could be at least decent.

I Had to departure my stay early and we're so nice and will hold my extended stays for when I return back to town . I can say I have spent more money on rooms around the lake and none of them come close to the kindness of the Ozark Inn.& Staff . There was nothing I could complain about. The price for a good night's sleep Well worth it .
