Light bulbs out, stains on all the furniture and the nastiest desk chair I have ever seen. I put a towel in the seat to get my laptop work done. Come on Hilton! You can do better than this for $159/night!

- staceytQ6669YH (2/5): Terrible Hilton Property - Worst experience I have ever had at Hilton property. I booked a room for 4 nights. When I arrived I went to my room and was 100% disappointed. The room was dirty, food was left in the fridge, trash was left on top of the fridge, coffee stains were on the counter tops. I immediately went to the front desk to tell them we did want to stay there. She rudely informed me that I had to pay for the room because I went in it. How am I supposed to know if I haven’t seen the room? Finally this hotel took 150,000 of my points and charged me $68 for a room that initially cost 68,000 points for one night. My advice is to stay way from this place. The hotel is not only gross but apparently a very dishonest establishment.
- tajE1 (2/5): 0/10 — Worst Hilton Experience Ever - If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. This is by far the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. The first room smelled overwhelmingly like a dog — it was unbearable. I asked to be moved, but the second room wasn’t any better. Both rooms were filthy and clearly not properly cleaned. Bathroom Mirrors were not cleaned from the previous guest. The front desk staff didn’t greet me or speak to me with any level of professionalism. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Despite having a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, housekeeping still knocked — another clear sign that basic procedures aren’t being followed here. I ended up checking out and booking a room at another hotel. After reading other negative reviews, I can confirm they were absolutely accurate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Having said that, the night time check in person on the 28th at night was amazing and the day time front desk on the 29th and 30th was even better. They did ask why I used a third party to book my trip, and looked surprised when I said I can afford to stay with you when I book 3rd party, but if I go direct I usually have to turn to a less expensive hotel. It is a shame.

But it was cleanand in order. But the thing that appalled me wa the front desk staff. I remember when the staff behind the desk looked clean, ironed clothes, pretty and so serviceable. The staff, both night and day, looked raggedy, unconcerned with either being personal, attentive or mannered. They were neither pleasant or cheerful. They looked like they just had a job for 8 hrs and thats it. Sad.

When I called, front desk requested me to come down because she was the only staff there . It was dirty . Microwave was not clean . Dishwasher still loaded with dishes prior stay. - Maria (1/5): The person who answered the reception desk was no help what so ever that evening. - Person who answered the phone at hotel told me the info on my app was not enough to verify i had booked a reservation. I ended up having to find another hotel that same night. Never stayed there no help what so ever was provided by person on the phone. I called Booking.com and the person on the phone tried getting in touch with the reception as well and they would not answer the phone. I was also told he would be calling me back if he could not get in touch with them and find me other accommodations for the night. He never did i ended up having to call hotels on my own and finally got to book the night.

- Amanda (8/5): - We had a good stay, the sofa bed was uncomfortable as they usually are. Sheets were stained and old. Friendly staff and very clean, we enjoyed the cookies and lemon water upon arrival from our long drive. They also had a nice coffee bar with hot cocoa and assorted creamers.
