The air conditioner / heater unit was noisy and wouldn't turn off.

- Kristine (8/5): It was fine for one night. - The room was spacious, I had plenty of room to move around. The bed was comfortable and so was the bedding. The bathroom fan was very loud. The air conditioner did not work.

- Nima (5/5): I became desperate at hour past midnight, had to find a place to rest for the night… 2:30 a.m. - It was a fair accomodation for a walk-in just-in-time place to rest Some items need to be “upgraded” and improved inside the room (rooms?)
- Cori (9/5): -
- seaton (5/5): fair - location is ok. Parking is underground and no elevator to first floor. Stairs to office and then stairs to room floor. It is not desirable for persons with disabilities.

- Jie (8/5): -
- Jeanne joi Lampley (10/5): - Privacy and large rooms No coffee or water
- Guest (8/5): I only required a place to spend the night near where I was visiting. Glass Slipper did that. - The location was more or less close to the place I was visiting.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
There was a good restaurant across the street. The outside sign was not lit, making it difficult to find the place after dark.
The posts in the bay of the garage I parked in made it challenging to open the all doors of the car for loading and unloading.
- SHUICHI (8/5): -
- Robins (5/5): Lowest price around…got what I paid for…slept well - Helpful staff, comfy bed A bit rundown…shower curtain rod wouldn’t stay up, bathroom sink needed unclogging, mini fridge worn out
- Lisa (9/5): Would stay here again - It was kind of funky which I liked. The room was large and bed was clean and comfortable. Good comfy chairs for sitting and a nice desk to work on. Also, surprisingly quiet for the location. The parking under the units was a tight squeeze, but hosts nicely offered me a wider spot.
- Bren (8/5): A great value with exceptional staff, clean and trimming. No breakfast or coffee and a little noisy. - Staff were friendly and accommodating
It was clean and charming decor. No breakfast or coffee
It was noisy with loud voices late into the night
- Michael (5/5): I accomplished what I had to do. I won't stay there again - Parking Rundown
- Beatriz (7/5): -
- Anjum (9/5): - Clean. I had everything I needed. Manavent and staff were very helpful and professional.
Price was good value. The first night it was quite cold in the room. The blanket was quite thin. The next day I asked for more blankeys and they brought them.
- Stephen (7/5): Older hotel but clean and easy to get to. Tight pa king don’t bring a large vehicle. - Easy to get to.
- jeff (1/5): -
- Julie (8/5): -
- Y (10/5): -
- Najafian (8/5): -
- Alex (9/5): - Clean with hard surface floors.
- Brittney (7/5): - I liked how close it was to Stanford because we went to doctors appointments. And the staff in the office were sooo nice!! :) The WiFi barely worked in our room :( we had 0 service on our phones and our sheets had a slight smell of cat urine. I know they were washed but I still feel like I could smell them.
- Georg (3/5): - Palo Alto Very old
- Bonnie Porter (9/5): - It was a perfect location for my grandson and I. We were in palo alto for a soccer tournament. The pitch was about 6 minutes away from our room. I like the parking being below our room.
Half moon bay isn't far away either. We saw humpback whales feeding. I was sorry i didn't sit in the courtyard to relax.
- Y (9/5): -
- Cheryl (10/5): - Simple, big room, lots of space, very clean and quiet
- Salvador (6/5): - Cheap and close to Lucile Packards Children’s hospital.
- Jennifer (10/5): Our stay was for a family emergency a few weeks ago. From start to finish everyone was so kind, helpful, and supportive. - The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean and our stay was great. Parking was a bit difficult. However, my SUV is big and parking was accommodated for me. I really appreciate how helpful the staff was.
- DEBRA L (8/5): - Always like staying here while I visit Stanford. Room was a little noisy during the night. Drippy shower, ( room 105) Noisy neighbors upstairs which I know there is no control over. Great location with nice food options. Management and staff always nice! Will visit again next year!
- Gabe (10/5): - Great staff, great place!
- Sara (10/5): - Such a great deal for a huge, clean room. Easy check in & out, friendly staff. What more could you want?
Definitely will be back, thank you!
- Henry (9/5): -
- Mike (8/5): - I liked that it was a convenient place close to Stanford Hospital but the rooms were musty smelling and noisy upstairs guests. Also didn't see any smoke or fire detectors in the room.
- Melanie (6/5): Budget El Camino Motel with spacious room - The hotel is well located: close to everything in El Camino. My room was very spacious and had a balcony. It was more updated than I was expecting. Customer service is excellent. They offered to carry my bags to my room, if needed. I liked the personal attention they showed. The parking lot was very tight with poles. However, the manager offered to park my car for me in the evening, which I appreciated.
- Jonatham (10/5): - Great internet, customer service,very convenient location! Everything!;
- Esther (10/5): -
- Vanessa (9/5): Charming - I loved the cohesive color palette in my room. Decor was obviously given thought with the muted blue paneled walls and Allen + Roth bathroom hardware. The plants and flowers decorating the outside walkways was very soothing.
The staff were friendly and communicative both pre, during, and after check in. Given it's proximity to Stanford and public transportation, I'd definitely stay here again.
- Lucero (10/5): Relaxing - LOVELY, FRIENDLY STAFF
- GRIGORY (10/5): -
- Filisione (10/5): -
- Michael (8/5): - Location wasn't far from where I had to go - VA Palo Alto. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was under the hotel. No elevator and lot's of stairs to climb. I wish this was noted in the hotels description. I'm disabled - use a cane and it was difficult for me to get to and from my room.
- Edward (8/5): - Owner was awesome had great info and was nice. Room was mostly clean but the bathroom walls needed help... Prior people were rude- but overall it was nice and convenient. Not noisy. Great restaurants and gas stations near by. Not far from VA. Price was affordable
- Zaoyuan (10/5): - Had a fantastic experience at Glass Inn. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained and made for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!
- Feofaakihelotu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deandra (10/5): - It was a last minute change for my family since we had aquired a new family member. They called me to check in and see when arrival would be. Very friendly staff and highly accommodating.
- Pierre (8/5): Good value in Palo Alto - Super nice, welcoming and friendly folks running this place. Lots of parking
- michele (2/5): - Occupants in neighboring rooms were very noisy.
Parking was HORRIBLE! Only 1 handi-cap parking space., being used by a long term tennant and car was broke down.
- Randy (5/5): Passable -
- Ilah (8/5): Staff was great - He even remembered my name. Great hot water, too. Nice little kitchen area .. - I liked the pillows. The AC just didn't get the room cold enough for me. A ceiling fan would be great. You should consider that. I do want to say that I appreciated the manager, Lee. He is / was amazing. He catered to whatever it was. Any issue that may have popped up, he took care of it. The 2nd night I was there, I was walking to my room and the night attendant was told to make sure he met me at the door with a bucket of ice. That was so sweet and I tell everyone about it, too. The next day, there was even a shower caddy that wasn't there before. So kind!!!! The thing that probably got my attention was the shower faucet. It was broken and wouldn't be able to be fixed until Thursday that week. I was given the choice to move rooms and decided, since I was not in the room during the day, that I would just stay there and hope that the 2 lbs faucet head did not fall on my foot. It was ok. I do hope you all fix it. I do hope that you all figure out what is wrong. So staff .. Wonderful, A+++++ I think the bed could be a little lower. If my husband would have been with me, he would not have been able to climb into bed.
- Raquel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Zaoyuan (10/5): -
I had a wonderful stay at Glass Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again!
- Pak (6/5): Pleasant - Google I good
- Daniel (8/5): - Appreciate Mr. Lee. very accommodating pet friendly and welcoming. So peaceful so far able to rest good before a big adventure.
- Kimberly (7/5): Nice stay - Friendly staff. Large room. Clean.
- Zaoyuan (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Zaoyuan (10/5): - Nice location inn
- Gloria (4/5): - Broken shower handle no coffee machine place wasn’t nice hotel
- Darius (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodney (9/5): Superb -
- Ny (9/5): Superb -
- Ekaterina (8/5): Very good -
- Patricia (8/5): - Even though it's an older property, the room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly. However, I was able to connect to the free wifi but it was so weak that I couldn't use it. Disappointing. I was given a hang tag for the room door to hang if I wanted it cleaned. I hung the tag but when I got back late I discovered the room had not been cleaned. Also disappointing. But overall, it was quiet and comfortable so it was ok.
- Jose (7/5): Good - Cleanliness Blinds do not block morning light, unable to sleep with toomuxh light
- Susan (8/5): Would stay again on 1st floor. - 3rd level with stairs
- christine (6/5): - It was clean and served the purpose. It isn't a luxury hotel by any means. Price was right as most in the area are really expensive. Definitely could use some updating and paint.
- Clint (8/5): - They need to make sure all tv,s are working correctly, which there not
- Yifei (10/5): - this is a good choice for those who seek cost-effectiveness. I kind of like the white-noise from their AC. it's a good and convenient place.
- Ayngelique (10/5): Great! Very comfortable, room is spacious and clean. I really enjoyed it. - Lee and all the other staff are very helpful. Sweet demeanor and they make sure you’re enjoying your stay:) The only thing I’d request are bigger shower curtains. Water was all over the floor but nothing a towel can’t fix lol. Just a suggestion:)
- Dale (8/5): - Was fine
- Terry (10/5): - Very clean and frienfly staff
- Briggs (10/5): Excellent from start to finish. - From initial contact they were excellent, and I'm from the UK, we were going to the Coldplay concert in Stanford we needed somewhere to stay just for a night as we have a week in San Francisco, knew we wouldn't get back to SF that night on the Caltrain so I contacted these, kept the check in open for us, eventually we turned up at half 12 in the morning, got the key card and wow, what a room, it was far superior to what we were expecting for the price we paid and the bed was comfy, I mean really comfy. Would definitely recommend.
- Jason (9/5): Superb -
- Harold (10/5): - A great deal of lodging. It’s recommended for a budget.
- Kelsi (10/5): - We had an amazing stay. Everyone was so kind and helpful!
