• Line (6/5): Endroit convivial, Secure, calme et propre mais la dame a la réception mérite d être plus à l écoute de la clientèle - L hotel très bien On l a réservé le jour même car le bateau pour TerreNeuve fut annulé pour mauvais temps en mer. Très bien reçu par M Gerry . Très sympathique. J ai réservé une nuit via Booking. Je lui ai demandé si il y avait de la place le lendemain si le bateau était encore annulé. Il a dit oui pas de problème. Je reçois peu après un mail de Marine Atlantique confirmant le départ le lendemain 11.45h am. J ai tout de suite avisé M Gerry que nous partions et il a dit good. On ne réserve pas une 2 ieme nuit. Le lendemain après déjeuner pris sur place, je vais payer. La dame présente veut me faire payer 2 nuits. Je lui explique tout comme ci haut et dit qu il n y a rien à faire, pas remboursable. Pourtant une nuit a été réservée avec Booking. Elle a été désagréable et a fini par se démêler et avoue qu elle avait tort. Je lui expliquais tout mais s obstinait à dire que je devais faire affaire avec Booking. Bien non, ce n était qu une nuit. On est enfin parti en payant une nuit. Ce fut très désagréable ce moment. Elle n était pas du tout empathique à ma cause.

• Philip (8/5): After a day on the Cabot trail, and catching ferry following day was easy choice to stay here. - Easy to locate, close to ferry, meals available on site. Great to have 2 beds for little extra in price The rain drips falling on parked vehicles made lots of noise.

• jeannot (3/5): - En entrant dans la chambre il y avait une odeur désagréable, la chambre et salle de bain désuètes. Trop dispendieux pour cette location. Nous avons déjà payé moins cher une chambre qui était beaucoup plus confortable et surtout sans odeur désagréable et avec plus d’accommodation.

• Thomas (9/5): Great and friendly staff - The restaurant was good and was pleasant after a long day of travelling. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The location being close to the ferry turned out to be great as we had to leave quickly in order to get an early crossing.

The rooms were clean, comfy bed, wifi was fast. Will definately stay there when we travel to Cape Breton. I didn't see anything that I was disappointed with

• Diane (9/5): - The location is minutes from the Marine Atlantic Ferry terminal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a full service restaurant attached to the motel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Our room was in the back and very quiet. The rooms, especially the bathrooms could use some updating.

• GMJ (10/5): The Clansman Hotel was like an oasis for us while waiting to take our first trip on the big ferry. - Exceptional staff in every department: kind, helpful and patient. We will stay at the Clansman whenever we are in the area. The room was spacious, clean and met our every need.
• Belinda (10/5): - It was a great room. Staff were great! It was peaceful and welcoming for my little non-shedding dog. Check-in and out went very smoothly. Truly nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and will be back.
