He looked like he hated his job and seemed resentful of us as we used the pool at 0830. Everyone else was great.

Habitaciones de un tamaño y distribución más grande de lo habitual si comparó con otros hoteles del mismo tipo y si tu interés es salir en auto a recorrer más allá de Gibson está muy bien ya que no está en el centro de este. El que solo exista la opción de café en recepción las 24 hrs y no del agua filtrada. Cuando consulte si era posible tomar de la máquina que está al lado del café, me indicaron que el agua del baño era 100% saludable , pero nadie quiere en un hotel ir a llenar al baño común de la recepción su botella

However, it is in a very handy location (no view) close to good restaurants and clost to the waterfront, (don't try to walk there). The staff was very, very helpful and the place is very clean It is not near the water and it is near a busy street, but it is not noisy.

• tamiko (9/5): We had a lovely relaxing time and enjoyed the beautiful location. - I was charmed by how pretty the courtyard garden was, as well as the interior.of the building. The room was very nice! We also appreciated the hot tub and being able to see if it was busy before going down. We.didnt realize.the walk down to the town center was so steep! But that's not really anyone's fault... it just ended up being an unintended much longer adventure than anticipated.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Check-in was quick and smooth, which I really appreciated. There are also all the necessary shops nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. • Rikki (9/5): Great place to stay! - Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Love the sauna and hot tub! The garden is beautiful. The muffins, oranges, and apples for the breakfast grab and go were great. The low flow showers are so low flow that I spent more time in the shower than usual, so not sure if that's actually saving water. The hot tub was a bit dirty (lots of scum around the edges), but still great to have a hot tub.

• Christina (7/5): Nice hotel and amenities but needs sound-proofing on the upper floors - Nice, clean rooms. Loved the pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Enjoyed the coffee and fruit in the morning. We had a second floor room and the noise from upstairs neighbours kids/adults kept waking us up at night. The upstairs rooms need rugs or sound-proofing. Request a third floor room if you want a good sleep.

• Jayant (9/5): Good Comfort for the price paid, and definitely worth staying over again on the next visit. - The rooms were very clean, and we were impressed with the layout. Coffee and Muffins to go was something we were not expecting, but it was great as we had a little something early in the morning before we headed out for the day. Check-in even at 10pm was nice, the lady at the reception was very attentive and had a warm smiling personality. Nothing to complain about as such, but we should have some kind of time limits on the hot pool so that other people do not have to wait in line for their turn.

I also was told I could check in early over the phone then came early and the front desk was appalled I came early even though they said it was a possibility over the phone. Pool, hot tub and gym were all excellent as well as the staff friendliness. Would be good to have a kettle in the room already.

The front desk people being drunk was hard to watch my kids were scared. Couldn’t wait to leave but travelled all day and just wanted bed and then they were loud we got no sleep!
