• Kylie (7/5): Excellent location, quaint boutique hotel. - The staff were very friendly and very happy to help in any way we needed - from carrying our luggage up to our room, to recommendations on tours and spas. They arranged our transport to airport when we departed. Breakfast was cooked to order from a menu, and a small buffet was also available. Location was excellent - on the edge of the Old Quarter and around the corner from Beer street and walkable to the Lake, restaurants and bars, and local shopping. The owner is always there, ready for a chat and constantly checking all is well, you feel well-looked after. No elevator to 6th floor, so if you have mobility issues, book levels 1-5. The hotel could do with a bit of maintenance, it's a little run down but clean and tidy.

Hotelli on pienen sivukadun varrella eli ei ihan meluisalla kadulla, mutta katusoittajien ääni kuului ylimpiin kerroksiin lauantai-iltana. Soitto loppui kuitenkin melko aikaisin, ja sen jälkeen oli hiljaista.

Stayed here three times, beginning of our trip, meet family at the middle and the last day for departure. The hotel is very good, breakfast is very good, location is good but Peter is fantastic!!! He’s the owner operator. Followed thru on all requests with quality arrangements and tours, but get this, we had a missed departure flight and lots of trouble booking a new flight same day because payment issues cash/ bank cards the airlines won’t accept at the airport. Peter arranged flights and paid with his card even tho at this point we’ve checked out and believe it our not we’re back in Canada and have to reimburse Peter ASAP. Probably Monday!!’ ????? What Who does this. No complaints.

Завтраки хорошие: есть соки, кофе, йогурт, сыр, различные фрукты, какое то горячее блюдо и другое, а так же дополнительно можно сделать заказ блюд по меню. Номер очень красивый с очаровательным маленьким балкончиком. Мне было очень комфортно находиться здесь. Отель рекомендую 👍

I liked a lot that we had a room balcony and the receptionist gave me the permission to smoke in the balcony. Cool. The receptionist also print our flight ticket for free. Very kind guy. The room is very big. Excelent location. The furniture is old. Good enough.

Quindi ci hanno fatto pagare una notte inutilmente facendosela pagare anche da altri. Era tutto molto sporco, lametta usata sul lavandino. Sconsiglio vivamente.

• Lisa (8/5): A great location for the old quarter. - Central to the old quarter. Very quiet hotel even though you are in the midst of everything. Attention to detail from the staff was excellent. Great breakfast, selection of drinks, cereal, fruit to choose from. A good selection of hot food which is cooked to order as well. A bit of an odd location down a side alley with scooters parked outside. But once you get used to that, you realise how central it is to the old quarter. Hotel is a little tired, but spotlessly clean. Don’t expect much if you pay extra for a balcony. It’s just a ledge looking over other roofs, probably not worth the extra.

It was also clean and there were complimentary items provided. The breakfast was also filling and tasteful. The owner was also very accommodating as we had to check out early in the morning due to our flight sched.

Merci aussi pour sa disponibilité en tout instant par téléphone ou WhatsApp dans le cas où nous aurions des questions. Tous les restaurants qu’il nous a conseillé ont été succulent. Il nous a même bien organisé 3 jours à Ninh Binh et Ha Long Bravo aussi à son épouse qui travaille avec lui et de même fait tout son possible pour nous satisfaire et apporter la bonne humeur et nous donner son sourire. Petit déjeuner très correct Tres bonne literie moi qui suit difficile sur ce point Emplacement fantastique Petit hôtel familial J’ai noté au prorata de la catégorie de l’hôtel et du coût qui n’est bien sûr pas un 5 étoile ! Quelques petits soucis avec le lavabo et une à deux prises de courant De plus comme la majorité des hôtels de Hanoï, un petit peu de bruit venant de la rue, bien que l’hôtel soit quelque peu décentré Mais c’est ok

• Johanna (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt im Old Quater von Hanoi in einer Seitengasse. Optimal um das pulsierende Leben im Old Quater und die Haupt-Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Gut isolierte Fenster, denn die Lautstärke von der Straße waren nicht zu hören. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, das Frühstück konnte man a la carte bestellen oder von einem kleinen Buffet wählen - vollkommen ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Betten waren sehr hart, die Ausstattung und das Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage hat direkt aufs Bett gepustet.

• Cristian (8/5): Good stay. - Central. Really nice that you can check in 24/7. Was helpful as we arrived quite late. The staff is really nice and the room was clean. The breakfast isn't the best as the buffet is really small.

• Franco (10/5): - J'ai aimé l'accueil réservé. La chambre était vraiment très belle. Nos hôteliers ont bien voulu mettre une valise en consigne quand nous sommes allés faire une escale dans une autre ville. Le petit déjeuner était au top, il y avait un large choix. Le vieux centre est directement accessible à pied. Et il est facile pour le taxi de se garer près de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement !

• Maribel (10/5): Good location and kind helpful staffs made our stay very comfortable. - The location is on the Old Quarter, walkable to most of Hanoi tourists attractions. If you're going to or from Sapa by bus, bus stop is very near. The staff are so nice and helpful. The breakfast aside from the ones already prepared can be ordered from breakfast menu. Highly recommended. None
• Jolanta (9/5): Great location and amazing staff - Good location, everything is within easy reach. Comfortable big bed. Amazing staff. We were able to check in earlier. And even on the day we returned from our trip, even though we hadn't booked a hotel with them, we were able to leave our things, use the toilet and shower. It was really great. The room barely smells of cigarette smoke, whether from other balconies or from the street, but it's really unpleasant.
• Larry and Mel (10/5): Hanoi - Peter and his staff have put together a magical experience in their boutique hotel. From the amazing breakfast, the well appointed and quiet rooms, and close proximity to the Old Town. No complaints

• Alan (10/5): - Met by Paul at reception. Taken straight to our room at 1am. Breakfast in the morning is very generous. About 7 choices of cooked breakfast and loads of fruit . Outstanding breakfast. Our room was 502 . Loads of room with a balcony . Room cleaned daily . Bed very comfortable and large. Staff are very friendly . The hotel is situated just down a side turning . On the edge of the old quarters. We had a great stay Thanks to everyone at the Hanoi Royal. Like everything .

• Martina (10/5): Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt, ruhig und sauber mit super Service - Tolle Lage am Rande de Altstadt, Läden, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle etc. alles in der Nähe. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Top sauber, sehr komfortable Betten, reichliches Frühstück. Der Manager Peter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat perfekt die Abholung per Taxi vom Airport organisiert. Überhaupt waren alle sehr bemüht, jegliches aufkommende „Problem“ sofort zu lösen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen. Nichts - alles hat gepasst.
