• Manuel (3/5): Old dirty and smelly rooms with non professional staff - The location, its a very busy area The staff was not professional and not friendly and did not ask my preferences and gave me a smoking room facing the noisy street. The rooms are old, smelly and dirty with poor lightning in a loft configuration, with the bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs. For a 65 years old its dangerous and the staff should have been aware of it. The breakfast room was located in the basement and we need to walk outside in the cold and dark of the night at 07:00 (no lights came on or any kind of illumination to get there. The content was barely minimum but not standard options for a 4 star hotel

Clean room and friendly staff. Easy to get to transportation for the city center and tourist locations but is quite a distance.

• cristian (4/5): - Inițial am rezervat trei nopți dar a trebuit să mai rezerv o noapte. Pentru acea noapte m-au mutat în altă cameră deoarece prețul camerei îl măriseră cu 30%. Jenant! Micul dejun un dezastru, noroc cu pepenele. Curățenia din camera este la nivelul a cel mult trei stele.

• saodatd2024 (10/5): Very pleasant group stay - Our group enjoyed their stay, rich breakfast, clean rooms and a very helpful staff especially Naz hanım, she was very cooperative since the beginning and concerned about all the needs of our group. The location is also another plus, near to the Metrobus station, and whoever likes to walk it is a possible walking distance to the seaside. It has its own parking lot too. Thanks to Naz hanım for her sincere support service 🌸

They told me it is luxury Hotel and this was the most expensive hotel they offered. The room was clean with a good size. there was no view by the window and a little noisy in morning. The mini bar was empty!!!! just 3 bottles of water. There was a big dispenser on the bath's wall with sth like shampoo! Room service was not satisfying. Breakfast was terrible. very small and few. the juice tasted very bad, and they gave us paper cups for it. It added a bad after taste to that. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Unfortunately, I was let down once again. During my first stay, the air conditioning failed in the middle of the night. I had to call the front desk multiple times, only to be told each time that they were “taking care of it,” but nothing was ever resolved. I couldn’t switch rooms without disrupting my sleep further, so I had to endure the uncomfortable conditions and lost much-needed rest before an important meeting. Despite this experience, I decided to give the hotel a second chance, thinking that the location and brand reputation would ensure a comfortable night this time. However, when I finally went to bed after a long day of work and preparation, I discovered that there were no pillowcases on the pillows. I was exhausted and frustrated, as this simple oversight shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this caliber. For a hotel with such a well-known brand, these issues are unacceptable. Unfortunately, both of my stays have been stressful and uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning.

There are all the things you usually expect to have in the room: bathrobe, slippers, water, coffee, tea and a kettle. Staff is friendly and helphul. WiFi is good. Breakfast is good. The hotel is simple, nothing special. Rooms are not very new, and smell of cigarettes, even if you take non-smoker room. Coffee is not very good. Bar is very expensive.

The location is terrible if you want to visit the city centre daily - at least 40mins away from the city and when traffic builds up, you can expect a 1hour drive.

First : cats entering the breakfast sala and i foung a kitten next to my dish (on the table). Nobody cares to keep the cats out. Poor quality of filter coffee. Coffee machine was dirty. Cleaning of the room less that average. First night, they didn't even make the bed, didn't clean the sink at the bathroom. Third day, i complained to the receptionist that a spot of soap was staying on the sink for three days and nobody cleaned. So the next day, they decided to clean.
