Jason (2/5): - Bad cleanliness causes me to feel itchy, the fragrance are unpleasant. Expensive Price and bad stay. I could get a better stay and more near towards the city with slightly expensive price.
Xuanyi (4/5): Decent hotel for a short transit - Arrived at 4am. Checked in took a long while. They gave me the room on the ground floor. Looks like no one stayed in there for a long time because the bedsheets were dusty and when I took the blanket out, there were flies. Bed was alright though. Only managed to sleep for 2hours in total because it got very noisy at 6am. I could hear every single sound like opening of doors, drawers etc. Maybe try to avoid the ground floor next time.

Verified traveler (2/5): 絕對不會再去馬六甲最差體驗 - 房間很骯髒，床冚枕袋都有明顯污漬，更有原子筆造成的簽名沒有窗，即使在hotels.com上注明是有城市景的帶窗房房內有曱甴，壁虎，以及大量不知名昆蟲，情況恐怖廁所盤及廁板滿佈污漬，未見清洗熱水水力不足 wifi網絡十分差，不能上fb及看任何影片房間空氣不流通，有異味房間燈損壞沒有修理 (見附圖) 唯一好處是距離巴士站近，可以遲點起床搭車回吉隆坡
Helga (8/5): Location is everything - If you are coming by bus from K.L. - no need to take a taxi. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Yet, it is nicely situated near the river and has a pleasant hotel on the rooftop.
DR ANNATHURAI (4/5): This hotel is out of the main city... - The hotel is out of malacca city..no were near the main atraction.This hotel is not infront of the Malacca river which going through near Jonker street area..its far away...not many restaurent near by... breakfast not availabe..im still wondering why i paid RM150 per nite..the aircond was not cold enough...there are many more better option even with cheaper price in the main city area...no way im going back to this hotel again..
Sue (4/5): - The cleanliness is awful.....”I can't stand is the cleanliness of the room when my first step in to the room "unpleasant smell". Toilet basin is dirty. I was surprised to see a lot of ants at there. I ask hotel staff to clean and tidy up my room.

celine (2/5): hygiene was poor. Noisy. Not recommend. - Saw several live insects in kettle. Horrible! Had a party at rooftop. Music was loud. The party ended after 12am and afterwards the staff moved stuff and made noise too. Could not sleep.
Arianto (10/5): Amazing service - Really nice lady boss let us change the date of our booking and honoured the original price although weekend is higher price. I booked this place as I was meeting a friend in melaka, and we were both taking night buses. We both missed our night bus to Melaka and so arrived at 9am the next day, bleary eyed and unwashed. Wanted to check-in just to freshen up before heading to Melaka town. Amazingly, lady boss let us check in immediately and changed our date of booking at the same price. Unfortunately we had another booking for that night in melaka town, but it was so great to get a couple hours snooze before heading over. Thank you!

Verified traveler (6/5): Somewhat an OK hotel - The location wasn't that bad since it is near Melaka Sentral and near the Town area so it is good to avoid the weekend and PH jams all the way to the city. Unfortunately, one thing really annoying about the place was the elevator made so much noise that I thought someone kept knocking on my door in the middle of the night and because of that I didn't sleep well since my room was near the elevator. Perhaps this problem has to be rectified as soon as possible.

Huzai (6/5): Simple, clean and spacious. - Suitable for short stay and night rest. Clean and spacious room for 2 adults. Spacious toilet area equipped with water heater and hair dryer. Mineral water, coffee and electric kettle provided. However there's no minibar. LED tv available but only local free channels. Free WIFI given with Strong signal detected but difficulty in connecting so end up using DIGI 4G instead. Lots of local food nearby and Mydin supermarket just next door. Just remember to throw away all leftovers immediately or the ants will just congregate within minutes. My wife left an open packet of chips overnight at the bedside table and was shocked to see so many ants on the table the next morning. Just keep it clean and you won't get creepy crawlies around. Overall 3.5/5
Shanon (10/5): Pleasantly surprised and happy :) - Very pleasantly surprised. If u r driving it is 15 mins from city-centre and attractions, if not, is just opposite the main bus station. Hotel is only 2 years old and very, very clean. Smells sweet too. Beds were firm- which i was very happy since i have back problem. Staff are polite. The restaurant on 3rd floor offers good food, cheap and nice riverfront view. I really was pleasantly surprised- would recommend to others.

SHENG QI (10/5): Nice stay - Nice hotel with nice design. Room was spacious although we stayed in the one without window. Bed was comfortable and there is a convenience store beside the hotel. Everything was nice except it is situated near the bus station which is a bit far from tourist attractions and traffic is busy here.

Good if you need a quick clean place to stay overnight but if you're like a tourist like myself, maybe better to stick to somewhere closer to Jonker. Staff were super nice and the hotel as a whole looks really new! There bar on the rooftop was still under construction but that will be a nice addition. Only comment would be perhaps their internet was super slow.

N i saw the review say noise, thought might be just new n still renovate! But it is not!!! Pros: - good location, nearby got big tesco, giant, courts, n sentral center! 5-10 mins drive to jonker street. - the front desk reception is nice n helpful, service ok. - the deco of the room is nice simple n modern. - quiet envirnoment ( outside). N the restaurant at the roof got nice view Cons: - very dirty! My bed not many male hair n dust! My pillow also got 2 very obvious dirt! I needa use my scarf to cover so tat i can sleep on it!!!! Right up the head of the bed r all dust!! Grey in colour! (Suppose to be white!) - super noise! Is super!!! I was check in late n i m in 3003, which is the last room they have. Viewing another bedroom, which i think never mind. At night i can hear baby crying, then in the morning, start from 7-10am, it is boom boom boom boom non-stop! N it is as surround sound!!! As 3003 is in the middle of all other rooms! N the wall is very thin! I fall asleep at almost 5am then waken up at 7am! - I feel a bit strange as i remember i did add on money for a better room, so i check the booking again. Mine should be superior room facing city view! Then i ask for change room, but they said fully booked! No room can change! So we stay 1 more night... N after tat i really can stand n ask n show him again my booking is city view n ask for compensate! Then they upgrade us to delux room n my last night....
