The room was clean and welcoming — the moment I walked in, it felt cool, fresh, and had a lovely scent. The lighting was bright and comfortable, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. One thing I really appreciated was the pillows — they were incredibly soft and comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The shower was also excellent, with strong water pressure and a very satisfying experience. I also enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet. The food selection was good and nicely prepared. The only small downside for me was the price — it felt a bit expensive, especially since I don’t eat much and prefer not to waste food. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back again!

Large family room with strong water pressure and rain fall showerhead. Location is perfect with easy walking distance (2-7 mins' walk) to nearby restaurants and Sunway Carnival Mall. Plenty of power sockets in the bedroom. The air-conditioner took a very long time to cool down the room after a hot day, even after the maintenance staff checked the controls. Otherwise, the rest of my stay was excellent.

Thank you to the staff that upgraded my room. The rooms are clean, I wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. It was cold and disgusting. The only thing good at the buffet was the teh tarik uncle. I assume due to bulan puasa food is being prepared super early, so by the time we go for breakfast around 7/8am the food was stale. Everything was cold and flavourless. There was an insect in my aunts kuih, the staff alerted the manager and he apologised. The eggs were absolutely disgusting, cold and slimy. I had asked them to deliver the eggs to the table because i assumed as a five star hotel they do this. I actually haven’t been to a hotel that doesnt send freshly cooked dishes over. The cook looked puzzled when i told him my table number, just handed me the slimy omlette. An older man who was in jacket had oggled me when i visited the restaurant across the hotel, i was very disturbed to find out he works in the hotel. He was roaming around the buffet area in evenings. Perhaps the management should do a thorough check on both things

We can't wait to come back! - Returning for the Chinese New Year celebration, I found the hotel bustling with guests as always. We had missed out on staying here during our previous visits due to it being fully booked, so I was especially pleased that we managed to secure a reservation well in advance this time. Breakfast was exceptional—always an extraordinary start to my day. It's truly a highlight I eagerly anticipate each visit. Mr. Raj, the General Manager, was exceptionally thoughtful, personally assisting me with parking challenges throughout my stay. As it rained nearly every day, his support proved invaluable. Traveling while pregnant, accompanied by my husband—who was recovering from a knee injury—and our two young children, I found the valet parking service to be a true lifesaver, ensuring our comfort and easing our experience. Communication from the front desk was generally helpful, though there was a mix-up regarding my parking arrangements. Fortunately, the attentive assistance of the General Manager, Mr. Raj, and the Duty Manager, Karthiga, quickly resolved the issue and ensured a smooth experience.

I would have given a 10 if not for the complaints. - I liked the staff who attended to us when we first entered the hotel- to be specific, staff at the reception- Mr. Sivaji, the hotel attendant- Mr. Raju who assisted with the wheelchair and the staff who were at the reception when we checked out about 10am on the 21st Feb (there was a pleasant indian lady-can't remember her name and apologizes for that). Food and chefs were excellent including the drink master. Food spread was excellent Family Room I expected Family Room to be excellent as i had been to this hotel a couple of times as it is a lovely cheerful hotel. However, the family room did not meet my expectation, it was dusty and dark and dingy. I wouldn't want to stay in the family room again for these reasons; The room is at an end and facing the store room, there were noise of staff talking, laughing, making noise and movement of things in and out of the room even after 10pm. No privacy at all. Worst thing is that, you pay extra for these rooms. Manager at the Restaurant I went down with my husband on 20th Feb at about 4.30 pm odd to have coffee and something to eat and we were stopped abruptly at the entrance of the restaurant by the staff and manager who kept insisting that if we plan to dine at the restaurant we need to clear the place by 6pm as they were preparing for buka puasa. He insisted that they can always send the food up to the room. It sounded as if we were there at the restaurant asking for free food. I was not happy with the remark that we need to and must clear by 6pm as we will be disturbing their preparation for buka puasa- I am not sure HOW? The reason why we wanted to sit at the restaurant was because i enjoy the hotel very much and the scenic view from the restaurant. The manager was not rude, he just sounded as if we were a hindrance to their work!
