Guest Reviews
- kari (2/5): - No internet no phone no cable nothing was working couldnt even do check in had to go to a different hotel. Now having a problem getting a refund thats $150 out of my pocket.
- Chris (7/5): -
- sharp (8/5): On the whole, we enjoyed our stay - What breakfast? Nothing was there, not even cereal, juice or milk. Lose the dust in the corners. Gnats in the bathroom.
- Jessica (8/5): - The staff was great
- William (4/5): - Room was very damp. Surface mold on the ironing board.
- Frankie (1/5): Did not feel safe. - The location. After requesting a room on the first floor, we were put upstairs because the front desk staff person had her very young daughter unsupervised in the last room on the first floor because she claimed some person had threatened the life of her and her daughter.
- Jessica (10/5): - Everything was great The air conditioner was making to much noise
- Margaret (7/5): -
- Lynn (6/5): - This property is in a depressed part of the state. The manager is working hard to keep the establishment clean and respectable.
- Gwendolyn (10/5): - Clean lady at front desk was very helpful it was quite we booked another room for January
- Norberto (10/5): -
- Toques (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): - Clean rooms, Room 203 has alot of moisture so everything was wet in my room.
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Joseph (8/5): - Great staff on duty daily and good housekeeping staff and see.
- Michelle (10/5): - The outside could of been cleaner, the manger should of been nicer.
- Brad (7/5): - The WiFi was really bad!
- Tamara (8/5): - This hotel has modest facilities and is very clean. We were assigned room 111 which is right off the lobby and can be very noisy in the morning. I would strongly suggest asking for any room but this one. Also the floors are hardwood vinyl and is you are on the ground floor can hear every footstep above you.
- Guest (10/5): -
- Alfredo (4/5): - DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AT CHECK OUT. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
I normally do not leave bad reviews but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. When we checked in, the staff member in the morning was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional, and welcoming. That should have set the tone for the rest of our stay but unfortunately it did not.
When it was time to check out, the woman at the front desk was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. I rang the bell and she came out with a nasty attitude, snapping OK LEAVE IT THERE like we were bothering her. No greeting, no thank you, no eye contact. Just pure attitude. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNNECESSARY.
We PAID for our room just like every other guest. The LEAST she could do is treat people with BASIC RESPECT. If someone dislikes their job that much, they should not be working in hospitality.
I WILL BE COMING BACK. Not because I want to deal with this again but because I want to see if anything changes. I will leave a review after EVERY VISIT until I see improvement. Hopefully next time the check out experience matches the kindness we received when we checked in. Until then this was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT
- Daniel (2/5): - The mf drinking fountain caught on fire. Spent 4 hours in the parking lot in the middle of the night. There was bugs and I needed a new key every time I left the hotel. You couldn’t pay me squid game money to stay again.
- Elton (10/5): - The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with our door not latching, so we couldn't leave our room. The lady at the desk was so nice and went and attempted to help us with it. No e of us were able to make it function, so she gladly made arrangements to find us another room we could stay in for the night! Both rooms we were in were spotless!! All linens were perfect, beds were great, floors were spotless, fridge, microwave, etc. I will stay here again. The outside was very clean as well and the breakfast area was good as well.
- Khadija (10/5): - amazing weekend stay for the trailride
- Erick (10/5): - We loved the attention and the friendliness of the staff. The room was in great condition and clean. Nice size fridge and microwave. The outside is very well illuminated and the parking area feels safe.
- Regina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great
- Quero (9/5): Superb - The cleanliness of the hotel in general Well, really breakfast, because it says they give you breakfast and there was only yogurt, coffee and cookies, because in my opinion that is not breakfast.
- Donna (8/5): - Minor maintenance needed in the room. View from the window was garbage dumpster.
- richard (6/5): low rent low expatiations. - Would have been nice to have had cups or glasses in room.
- Phillip (7/5): Good -
- Phillip (7/5): Good -
- Phillip (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (1/5): Rancid smell and an old facility!! - Horrid smell!!!!! Old accommodations!!!!
- Ciara (4/5): - The rooms in the hotel were clean and nice however the hallways smelled horrible! One stairwell smelled of mildew and the other side smelled as if there was a plumbing issue! The staff was very nice and friendly
- Marco (8/5): - Easy Parking and friendly staff
- Stormie (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, staff was very friendly
- Marco (8/5): Very good -
- Antonio (1/5): Horrible - Location It was very uncomfortable I didn’t get any sleep and the bed was very hard and it was very loud. The rooms smelled like mildew
- Ruth (8/5): - Slept well because it was clean and safe. Don’t plan on eating the breakfast- pancakes or yogurt are your options
- Jim (8/5): - people
- Ruth (8/5): - Super clean! Breakfast is extremely limited. Pancakes and yogurt. Not even butter for the pancake. No tea, but hot water available for no apparent reason. Not even a boiled egg.
- Mark (7/5): This is our second stay here over the past few months. It’s the most convenient hotel when we visit the area, as long as - Clean and comfortable beds. Quite considering the number of guests. Staff needs to keep an on mold build up, there are spots but not enough to be an issue yet. The light over the outside first floor door on the Food Lion side needs a new bulb. It’s kind of dark there without that light.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (10/5): - The room was excellent. Very roomy
- Brandi (10/5): - No elevator, but clean safe and a good value
- stephanie (8/5): - Good hotel for the price, only problem is the smell. It had. Musty or like flooding smell.
- Debra (4/5): Not worth the money - Very little Dirty outside, dirty hall’s& common areas,
Smell of marijuana in halls&outside areas,no elevator s or handicap facilities, cleaning people excessively noisy
- Tommie (8/5): Wrong room - the room did no have a closet to hang you cloths. They did not tell me this at all. Shower did not work and a maintenance man had to fix it. I still enjoyed my stay and will be back next year.
- Abigail (6/5): - The place was nice for the few days we were, felt a little over priced, there was a musty smell once we walked or when we turned the showrr on, but we enjoyed it. The breakfasts they had was nice as well i loved the pancake maker they had it looked cool.
- Corey (8/5): - Fairly clean and customer service was good
- James (1/5): Was stolen from - The manager went in our room right after we left and stole The manager went in our room right after we checked in we had left for a good amount of time while we were gone the manager went right away to our room and stole
- Joy (8/5): Days to stay - It was a quiet place to stay with coffee available by the entrance Rooms smelt a bit humid but not noticeable once you turn the air on. One room was missing a trashcan in the bathroom. Mattresses under the mattress covers had crumbs underneath
- Tecora (3/5): Poor -
- scott (10/5): - Great staff!
The only place we stay while in Siler City
- scott (10/5): - Only place we stay when in Siler City.
- Wescott (7/5): Overall it was ok for the price - It was close to everything . Trash in outside can was overflowing and smelly for three days .
- Deborah (9/5): Very pleasant -
- Betty (6/5): - Convenient location and price was reasonable for the facilities. Unfortunately the toilet had a internal flow leak and ran off and on all night and was very noisy.
- Javier (10/5): - 9
- Felts (9/5): Superb -
- Carl (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and the room was clean
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sheneeka (8/5): Very good -
- Erica (7/5): Smells funny!! - The only thing was the room had a funny smell to it. I don't know if it was the air unit or some type of cleaning product. I did like the body wash they provided in the shower.
- Ross (6/5): - Bla bla bla bla bla
- Eric (10/5): - Convenient place to stay, no issues.
- Mindy (9/5): Worth the $$ - The room was much bigger than expected & had a small kitchenette. The beds were comfortable & the room was clean. The bathroom was very small & cramped
- Regina (10/5): I will go back - I love everything Everything was great
- Diane (10/5): - The best experience here, has been the housekeeping. Bed made, trash empty, clean towels and floor swept. I would stay here again.
- Jeanette (4/5): - The property overall is what one would expect for a Days Inn; however, there was some water issues each day we showered as it flooded the entry way to the room. There has to be a pipe leak somewhere. We let the property know, but we had to put several towels down each morning and wear shoes as the floor was saturated which can cause mold issues. When I reported it, the front desk person said it was the first report made. Seems odd as the vinyls flooring clearly showed water damage well before we booked the room.
- Regina (10/5): My stay was phenomenal - The staff and the area. Everything was great.
- James (9/5): Convient - Too much carbs. I gotta watch my sugar. Need more eggs, sausage, etc.
- Elrose (10/5): - Room service is nice and approachable.
- Elrose (10/5): - Excellent
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kaye (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (8/5): Nice Place to Stay in Siler City, NC - Clean and quiet. Basic room. Nice TV and cable system. Wifi also very good.
- David (1/5): Bad -
- M.ziegler (3/5): I would book a different hotel for my next stay in Siler City - General location of the hotel. Friendly stuff. Poor condition of the hotel room on arrival, especially the toilet and shower (not cleaned). General cleanliness of the hotel. Smell of mold omnipresent. Insulation, especially of the room doors to the hallway very poor, therefore very loud in the room when people are in the hallway. Breakfast just meets the minimum requirements. Too expensive for what you get.
- Regina (10/5): I stay there at least three or four times a month. - I love the people there. It’s a family when you’re there. I like everything about it.
- Regina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Regina (10/5): I love going there - Everything Everything was great
- Verified traveler (8/5): I would stay again. - Overall, the room was fine. I was glad to find a room. There was a dust bunny in corner of the bathroom floor and a dried, dirty rag on the clothes shelf opposite the sink. Also, the shower curtain rod was loose.
- Lella Jean (10/5): - The "small breakfast" option leaves a lot to be desired! There is no decaf coffee offered - even though the coffee machine has that option on it. There is no hot chocolate or tea but there is hot water. The breakfast hours are short even though check out is at 11:00. Stopping breakfast at 9:00 doesn't work for late sleepers.
- Monica (10/5): - Tawana at the front desk was so VERY nice and professional.
Monica with housekeeping was very accommodating and helpful.
- Monica (10/5): - Great affordable stay. EXCELLENT customer service!!
- Niyah (8/5): Great stay for a family visit - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was soft. They have coffee and a water fountain with a refillable tray that is available 24/7.We had an accessible hotel room and the bathroom was large enough to fit a wheelchair in there and their was a bench and rails to help for toileting and showering. The bathtub is a little high, but with assistance the individual should be able to take a bath. Additionally the bench is wooden so we placed a folded towel on it to make it more comfortable. The reason why it is not getting ten stars is because, the shower handle was not clean and breakfast was options were limited. Limited breakfast options and the time it was served 6-9.
- Doreen (10/5): One night stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff -
- Dan (10/5): - The hotel is in need of a facelift but staff was awesome and everything was very clean. Our room was nice. No elevator. Only 2 stories. Would stay there again.
- Lytle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - cleanliness, location
- Regina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Regenia (10/5): I enjoyed my stay - Nice and clean Everything was great
- Eld. P. D. (10/5): - It was great would stay again
- Kimberly (8/5): - Awesome place to stay-clean, quiet, great breakfast
- Drew (7/5): Good -
- Emily (2/5): - I paid extra for a pet friendly room in full up front only to be charged and extra $100 for bringing a dog deposit already paying extra for a pet friendly room with nowhere on the website stating there would be an additional, non refundable charge. The room was not locked upon entering and the window was wide open with no screen. The room also wreaked of urine.
- Barry and Mimi (10/5): - Clean room.
Friendly/professional staff
- Botond (2/5): Very poorly maintained property - Poor maintenence Hadicap bathroom not ideal shower was not a walk inshower but rather a tub with grab bars nocounter around sink just a small table in the corner towel rack in bab location and rusty IN opinion the bath WAS NOT A HADICAP BATH
- Tyler (7/5): Overall would stay again if needed in the area. - Not bad for the money! Room seemed to be remodeled in a hurry. “Landlord special”.
- Nicki (8/5): - Staff was polite and rooms were clean and well kept.
