Daniel (10/5): Et helt fantastisk ophold fra start til slut. Maden var virkelig god og varieret, og personalet var ekstremt servicemind - Den helt særlige ro og stemning gjorde opholdet unikt. Villaerne er smukt integreret i naturen, og både poolområdet og stranden indbyder til fuldstændig afslapning. Personalet var imødekommende, nærværende og hjælpsomme uden at være påtrængende. Alt føltes gennemtænkt, æstetisk og meget autentisk – et sted hvor man virkelig kan lande. Der var faktisk meget lidt ikke at kunne lide. Hvis man absolut skal nævne noget, er det kun, at tiden gik alt for hurtigt, fordi stedet er så behageligt at være. Det er et sted, man får lyst til at blive længere og vende tilbage til.

Hans-Conrad (10/5): Super schöne Anlage mit unglaublich schönen Villas auf einer hoffentlich noch lange sehr ruhigen und ursprünglichen Inse - Es war einfach nur super. Haben 4 Nächte gebucht und verlängert. Konnten sogar am super schönen Strand (etwas weiter draussen, 3-400m, rechts von den Felsen) erstaunlich gut schnorcheln mit vielen Korallen und teils auch für hier speziellen Fischen sobald das Wetter und das Meer mitmachte. Perfekt gelegen für Longboat Schnorchel-Trips nach Phi Phi Islands, Bamboo oder Ao Nang Region (perfekte Entscheidung nicht dort zu übernachten, völlig touristisch und überlaufen und nicht was wir suchten). Tolle Scooter Trips auf der kleinen Insel. Auch das Restaurant in der Anlage war super, mit schön zusammengestelltem Weinkeller. Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Einfach nur schön hier. Danke an das Hotel Team für die schöne Zeit hier. Nichts, es war perfekt.

Louise (10/5): - The villa was absolutely stunning, the doors opening up and the foliage around you, listening to the roar of the sea and having your own pool to dip in and out with was fantastic. The outdoor shower was fun and an experience - I don't think I've ever bird watched while showering before! The pressure was also good and temperature consistent. Anyone who is scared of spiders - I didn't see a single one in Thailand, I was slightly nervous when booking various places that I might come across them. There are some bugs which are to be expected given the jungle feel to Koh Jum Beach Villas (and Thailand in general) - but these are infrequent. Also, the staff come to clean everyday, and do a turn down service in the evening. They keep everything spotless, and it is great that this is achieved in such a sustainable, eco friendly way. There are geckos which we loved (these also keep bugs away), and a lovely staff member pointed out a monitor lizard to us by a pond by the bar. It's so refreshing to feel so amongst nature here, yet everything is done to a high standard. All staff were friendly and approachable, we were greeted by the owner as well on arrival who was friendly and helpful. Being able to rent a moped to explore the island was one of the highlights of our trip. The beach is beautiful, long and large, with lots of little crabs scattering about. One of the best things for us (we were on honeymoon) was how quiet and tranquil it was. We barely saw another soul on the beach. Our stay was during May so was mixed weather but still found plenty to do and enjoy on Koh Jum - and was quieter than peak season. We had 2 Thai massages when we were staying which were amazing. Mini bar reasonably priced - the wine is worth checking the price of though as the owner has an appreciation for good wine (which isn't always cheap). Nothing

This resort is truly a hidden gem – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature at its finest. The villa was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with an atmosphere that invites total relaxation. The facilities were top-notch – especially the private pool and beach access, which felt like pure paradise. The location is ideal for anyone seeking tranquility and breathtaking views. What made the stay even more unforgettable was the outstanding service. The manager and his assistant went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a huge difference. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, respectful, and genuinely eager to help – always with a smile. This was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already dreaming about our next visit. Aimery (6/5): Magnifique endroit mais description fausse et pas de geste commercial - We recently stayed at your resort and overall had a wonderful time. The welcome, the rooms, the staff, the meals, and all the activities available around the hotel were truly perfect. It’s a beautiful place, and we greatly enjoyed our previous stay last year. However, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the villa we reserved this time. We specifically requested—and booked through Booking.com—a villa with three bedrooms facing the sea, which, as shown on the website. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that: • Only one bedroom had a sea view, • Another bedroom was located at the back of the property, with no sea view, facing a small forest, • And the third “bedroom” was simply a bed behind a room divider in the main living area, with no privacy whatsoever. The description was : This spacious villa features 1 living room, 3 separate bedroom This setup clearly does not correspond to the description or the photos provided online and completly different of Teh 2 Rooms Beach Villa Front Sea I booked last year.. I brought this to the attention of the staff, who were kind enough to offer breakfast the following day. They also offered an additional room, but charged us extra for it , no discount , even though the resort was nearly empty. When I asked for further assistance, the manager got involved but unfortunately did nothing. She also claimed that it was an issue with Booking.com, and that I should contact them directly, which is not easy to do when you’ve just arrived and are trying to enjoy your holiday. To avoid spoiling our stay, I let the issue go, hoping there would be some compensation or gesture at the end of our visit — which, unfortunately, never came. So, while I will most likely return to Ko Jum because it is a wonderful place, I will be much more careful next time not to be misled again. And I will certainly not book through Booking.com, as the information on their website was misleading in this case.
David (8/5): Lovely villa but make sure you have the means to get out, and explore as you can feel isolated and the food/menu at - It’s simply a very nice villa. No denying how lovely it’s been put together. Great private pool, and amazing bedrooms. You feel very spoilt, and remote. Breakfast was extra, and should have been included for the price of the villa. Despite it being extra for the breakfast it was was not a very good breakfast and really lets the high end feel of the property down. We stayed in 3 properties with breakfast on this trip, and this was the only disappointing breakfast, and the only one that charged extra. The other two properties we stayed at breakfast was included and was very good with very limited options and what was available was ok, but both my kids were not interested in eating there after the first morning. At koh jum villas you pay extra (per person) for the breakfast and then if you was a cappuccino that is also extra. Just makes it feel like they and trying to extract every extra money out of you that they can when it is already an expensive option. Lunch and dinner. Very limited options if you are staying for more than a few days. In the restaurant on our first evening we had 4 mains 2 of which we really should have sent back, but you don’t want to complain and make a fuss. One of the dishes had lots of pineapple in it and it was not mentioned that this spicy curry had pineapple, which my wife dislikes in savoury dishes. The other dish that we should have sent back, had noodles that were clumped together in a solid brick, rather than strings of noodles and while I was annoyed with myself for not sending this one back, at the time I really didn’t want to make a fuss (however I would also argue that a kitchen that sends out noodles in a block needs to have a good think about their quality control) While next to the beach you did not feel like you were actually next to beach as the property is slightly set back, and in the tree line. Might sound a bit obvious but having travelled to Thailand and Koh Jum in years gone by, and stayed in beach huts and this doesn’t have the same feeling of being on the beach. Still it’s a lovely location.

Erdoğan (7/5): Good - it is an eco resort literally in the middle of the jungle with staff being super nice it was a bit ‘too natural’ for me as showers are open im bungalows and there were insects in the bungalow. if you are sensitive to these it might not be a good choice. the beach was not clean, there were a lot of garbage coming from the sea with the waves and the sea was too rough to swim all the time.

Ewan (10/5): Luxury, amazing service, friendly and peaceful - Koh Jum Beach Villas is an incredible resort on an amazing, small and unspoiled Island. The Villas are incredible. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with pool and it was extremely luxurious. The attention to detail and staff service is incredible. The restaurant provides exceptional food and great value. If you are looking for a villa / resort at the high end of service then look no further. The island itself is small, peaceful and beautiful. We still found loads to do via day trips organised by the resort (all extremely good value and really professionally organised), exploring the island on bikes and scooters or going to try out various small (and amazing) local cafes and restaurants. We had a holiday of a lifetime and can't thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable. Couldn't find anything to complain about!
Rob (10/5): The best Villa, location, staff, service and all round accommodation you could wish for. - Everything - from the reception entrance to the pathway and gardens into the amazing villas. The staff are incredibly attentive and approachable - nothing is too much of a problem. The manager - Mark - so attentive and informative - great host! Too many to name in total but Eak, Odd, Can and Poom where the best. The restaurant and bar served superb food - in outstanding surroundings. The quality of the furnishings and property were top notch. I have to say that Koh Jum Beach Villas delivered exceptional stay - more than could have been expected. Nothing

We had to cancel the last two days and go somewhere else. We asked for a refund for the last two days, but they refused because of their policy…. Even though we informed them it was because of the beach… Really not a beach destination and disappointing.

Shruti (2/5): Pathetic stay - We reached Krabi at 2 and then we had a sunset cruise booked and due to rains we got late. We reached the villas at 9 and by the time their kitchen was shut and they had no option of any kind of food. We had paid 52,000 INR for the villa but they cared a damn for it. We were so so hungry but had to go eat at a local restaurant. That’s a different thing that food was outstanding and we enjoyed so much. The villa staff was so rude and they did not care. All they kept saying was that we came late. A lady from the villa literally fought with me on the call. While we were on the boat to the villa she emailed us informing that the kitchen will shut down and with no network we couldn’t check the email. She was calling me for every single thing but for this she sent an email knowing we were on the boat. We literally just slept in the villa and left the next day. For a huge amount like that, they could’ve at least been polite and concerned for our dinner. Terrible experience all in all.

Our only complaint was the food wasn't very good, esp. given the high price compared to anywhere else in Thailand. But there are closeby local options (when open) that are easy enough to get to.

Emily (9/5): Superb - The 4 bedroom villa was well suited to our family needs. The staff were fabulous. The cocktail bar staff were super friendly. Easy to get around the island. Activities were good. Had a great day trip on a boat to Hong Island (Od, the guide, was superb). Enjoyed early morning fishing. Not much variety in the breakfast.
Gert (10/5): A sneak peak into paradise - With a his and hers outdoor shower, u cannot go wrong. Most of the luxury villas have a seaview, and if u suddenly have to catch up with work, then the wifi enables you, and the fully-stocked mini-bar and snack basket can keep u company.

Sarah (9/5): Serene beach location and beautiful villa stay that left us feeling very relaxed - So quiet you could only hear birds all day. Grounds were impeccable and the beach access was easy. The beach was deserted and huge. The reception and restaurant staff were very thorough and thoughtful. The pool villas could be more private. staff were constantly coming and going through the garden so it didn’t feel as private as we hoped. The food was good for a resort and the attempts at world cuisines were sometimes successful. However, the prices of food was steep for the quality and very steep for Thailand. We would have preferred them to offer traditional Thai foods cooked well at a slightly lower price point.

Beverley (10/5): Amazing accommodation with amazing views right on the beach. - I can't fault this place in terms of standard of accommodation and attention to detail. It isn't cheap when comparing to other places in Thailand but for us it was worth every penny and wished we had booked for longer. The location was amazing right on the beach with views looking out to sea. We had a 2 bed villa with private pool. All rooms were very big and well maintained. Food was great with specials every night. Koh Jum is a quite sleepy island so don't expect lots of partying. However, there is a bar at the hotel which makes some wonderful cocktails and there is a nice chilled atmosphere - a great way to watch the sunset. There is also some local bars within walking distance. The best way to get around and see the island is to hire a moped (around £5 per day from the hotel) - the roads are very quiet so great for any novice to get started. They will help you with any travel arrangements/trips etc Nothing I loved this place and will definitely return
Maddy (9/5): Beautiful villas with very friendly staff on an island largely untouched by tourism. - Loved the staff, the location (the island is beautiful and has been largely untouched by tourism), the villas and the food! It is worth exploring via bikes - lots of amazing local restaurants on the island. Definitely need strong mozzie repellent, and the activities were expensive - we went fishing, and didn’t end up catching anything, so for us, we didn’t feel it was value for money - of course if you end up catching lots you might feel differently.

Verified traveler (10/5): - amazing boutique property hidden away in a lush tropical garden. colonial charm directly on a sandy beach overlooking the Phi Phi islands. helpful and attentive staff arranged our transfer from Krabi airport that was seamless. rent scooters to ride around the island. and take the long tail boat trip to the amazing Phi Phi islands. beautiful sunsets. great food and all amenities that you may need during your stay including mosquito repellant spray and flash light for your night beach walks. overall amazing and relaxing stay. will be back.

Geraldine (10/5): Tranquil haven with private owned bungalows - From the airport pick up til the warm fare well, everything was super well organised by Mandy and her crew. We stayed in the 8pers bungalow with the private pool and had a great time. there are 3 separate buildings, two of them have a queen sized bed and bathrooms and the other has 2 rooms with a queen and a shared bathroom. The pic shows the very spacious living-kitchen area. In the middle of these 4 buildings there's the pool. We took part in the cooking course with the chef from the restaurant, great fun! The snorkeling trip we had organised via the resort was good for beginners, not spectacular. The diving trip organised outside the resort was so-so. All-in-all I actually do not want to recommend this place so we can keep this one all to our selfs...;)
Caroline (10/5): Surpasses the Deserved Hype - Koh Jum Beach Villas is the premier property on the island. Our beach front villa was delightful, built with authentic hardwoods and other Thail materials by skilled trades and master craftsmen. The bed was as comfortable and clean as you would find in a true five-star hotel in an world capital. The cuisine was very good, reflecting local culinary traditions as well as European and North American tastes. If your looking to splurge on a high end place that is off-grid and (so far at least) without package tour hassles and irritations, Koh Jum Villa cannot be beat. The Koh Jum Villa organized transport from/to the Krabi airport by private cab and long-tail boat worked seamlessly -- we arrived at our destination in an hour as promised.

Richard (10/5): Great Service and Staff at Low Key Lux Villas - Had an outstanding stay at Koh Jum Beach Villa. This is a luxury property right on the beach. Staff and management are outstanding and so incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. Food was great as was bar. Couple things to know: Koh Jum is a small and quiet island. There are things to do -- cheap motor bike rental on site to explore the island was great, can take excursions to other islands which we also did, scuba outfit on site, but mainly a lot of relaxing and long walks on beach. Also know that the Villas have no air conditioning. First night was kind of hot but we got used to it and placed the fans a bit better thereafter. This is an eco-friendly resort so there are bugs and mosquitos. But if you can get past that this was an exceptional place and resort. We miss it already and particularly miss the phenomenal staff.
Verified traveler (10/5): Secluded barefoot luxury - We stayed here for four nights at the start of our honeymoon. The staff was attentive without being intrusive. We stayed in Baan Viva, which is on the beach and currently the last villa on the left end of the property, so it was very private. The food at the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. Although it was warm during the day, the fans provided were more than sufficient to keep us cool. The staff also provided complementary turndown service nightly which ensured the mosquito netting was in place before dusk. While staying on the island we went on a snorkel trip, multi island tour, and indulged in several massages at the spa. Koh Jum is much more secluded and quiet than many of the other islands in the area, which we preferred. Overall, we could not have asked for better start to our trip.
Verified traveler (10/5): - Very pleasant quite vacation and the best hotel we have been so far! Highly recommended. If anything to complain, that would be lack of air conditioner: really hard to sleep in such a heat. There is a fan though, so we managed to adapt after few nights.
Rohan (10/5): Heaven on Earth! - We stayed at Koh Jum Beach Villas from July 30th to August 6th and liked it so much we returned for another 2 nights on August 10. This is low season so occupancy was low and some nights there were no more than 2-3 villas occupied. As a result, we were spoilt with all the attention we got from the staff! We were welcomed warmly right from the moment we arrived and found the property absolutely breath-taking. The property and the villas are absolutely beautiul, the staff is friendly and professional and go over and above to make guests happy, and the amenities are luxurious but not over-the-top. The best part was that there were no large and loud groups unlike the larger islands. Koh Jum is rather quiet with few activities for tourists looking for a busy day and this is a boutique property with a limited number of villas. But if you’re looking for a quiet haven to unwind, this is it!
