- STUART (10/5): Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone. - Exceptional team of people. The stall all care about the job they do at every level. Hotel is in a great location & is a true five star hotel.
- Sameah (9/5): Wonderful Stay - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and overall it was a fantastic experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the room was both stylish and very comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The amenities were also top-notch and really added to the overall experience. My only gripe is the added service/gratuity fee at the end. While I completely appreciate that the service was great, this isn’t something I’ve typically encountered at a luxury hotel ever before. It felt a bit uncomfortable being put on the spot to agree to it, and I do think this should either be communicated more clearly at the time of booking or handled more discreetly. Surely this service should be covered by the booking fee (as it usually is) and expected at a hotel of this calibre.
- Aiki (9/5): Very nice stay, would definitely come back. - Beaumont Mayfair is a beautiful and stylish art deco hotel in London, Mayfair. Location is good and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance so no need to use any transport for dinner. As the hotel is not too big you receive a personal touch in service and can enjoy the overall ambiance of the place. It was not a big problem but some special taxes were added to the final bill.

- Martine Kenningham (10/5): Stunning Art Deco style, and the staff were simply outstanding - warm and attentive - The exceptional service which is consistent every time we stay at the Beaumont. The staff are truly amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. And the location is fabulous for all our requirements. I didn't find anything I didn't like which is rather unusual

- SIMRAN (2/5): Good location, Hotel needs updating and staff need training. - Location is great for restaurants and shopping Personally I dont like to label but felt the staff were quite rude. Including the manager himself. He did not know how to address customers in a polite manner and felt ignored. It made my mother and I feel as certain members of staff were almost racist.
