The location near the main train station was perfect and made it very easy to get around Vienna. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast could have had more variety, but overall everything was very good.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent nicht bei beiden Betten eine Steckdose der Lift ist langsam🤨

Am primit o camera in fata liftului, pe unde treceau toti cei cazati pe acel etaj. Curatenia superficiala, praf nesters, mobila si podeaua lipicioase si nespalate corespunzator. Telecomanda de la TV nu putda fi atinsa. Izolarea fonica slaba, la 2 noaptea se auzeau zgomote din camerele vecine. Geamul camerei era murdar pe exterior si obtura vederea. Am cerut atat la receptie cat si la housekeeping papuci de camera, nu am primit. Pe toata perioada sederii angajatii de la housekeeping nu au intrat in camera pentru golirea cosului, schimbarea prosoapelor, etc..

Very comfortable and firm bed. The bar fridge was empty which allowed me to store my own items well. Reception staff could gave been a little friendlier but ok overall

Jamelle (7/5): - Perfect location to everything from shopping, eating to city transportation. Wasted money paying for breakfast because the food options are limited. They have a buffet. It only serves pork meat. They have one deli turkey option that is right next to the pork. They didn’t have any cold or hot cereal options. They won’t make you an omelette. So for the days I was at this hotel I was only able to eat the scrambled eggs and sliced cucumbers.

Heidrun (8/5): - Das Personal ist sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Das Essen ist gut. Es wir fortlaufend nachgefüllt. Das Bedienungspersonal im Speiseraum ist flink und sehr umsichtig. Wenn man bei geöffneten Fenster schläft und die Menschen sich vor dem Hotel nachts lautstark unterhalten, kann das schon anstrengend sein. Auch der Verkehrslärm vor dem Hotel ist nervig.

Slow wifi as many others have mentioned over the past year (and more) - weird that the hotel doesn't seem to address this. Staff at reception desk were ok, but very neutral and a little apathetic with minimal communication. It did not feel like a warm welcome.

Offene Dusche zum Zimmer hin = kalt, Frühstücksangebot schwankend von Tag zu Tag, gebraute Taschentücher unterm Bett, Zimmer teils unsauber, Klimaanlage war unzureichend (im Frühling!), Angebot an der Bar (keine Cocktails etc. wie im Motel one)

Siri (8/5): Fint og moderne - Det er sentralt med tanke på nærhet til sentralstasjonen. Likevel et stykke unna indre by. Kort vei med offentlig transport men tar litt tid å gå. Det er rent og moderne og fint med kjøleskap og kaffemaskin på rommet, bar i resepsjonen og god frokost. Rommet er romslig. De kunne ha vært mer påpasselige med å bytte ut brukte glass og fylle på papir på do. De har en app men den skjønte jeg ikke vitsen med. Vi var der i forbindelse med Eurovision og de hadde pyntet med flagg i baren, men de kunne ikke sette på Eurovision med lyd. Det hadde de sikkert solgt mye drikke på. Ellers var servicen bra.
