- Schuyler (3/5): Facility needs some major updates and has electrical issues. - The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful as was the attendant at breakfast. The room was not worth the amount that we paid for it. In the room, there was a breaker box located in the kitchenette area. Each time we would turn the air conditioner on the breaker flip and the breaker box and the lights would turn off. When we return, the lights on another breaker would flip in the air conditioner would turn off. This led to me having to flip a breaker each time we needed to use either the lights or the air conditioner, as if I was an electrician for Home2Suites. Even when the lights were working, they flickered in the bathroom. There was also a lot of trash piled up in the hallway next to the elevators. I understand the price was more because there were many tournament venues going on in town so I had no choice but to pay more than I normally would for this type of room.

- Paige (4/5): At least the sheets looked clean - Sheets were clean ( only thing really clean) The carpets were dirty, the hallway walls were yelling and very beat up, inside the room I found hairs all over, the door was rusty, the room had a bad smell, the bathroom was horrible dusty air vent, hairs in the sink, walls near the tub looked like mold and was very messed up, the sink was nasty, the shower wasn’t clean.
- everlyo621 (2/5): Ants everywhere in multiple rooms - Ants everywhere. Literally everywhere. There is no way you don’t notice them. Multiple rooms have ants everywhere including beds, getting in all my stuff and biting me in my sleep. Do not come here if you don’t want to be eaten by ants.

There were dirty dishes in the sink, trash in the trash cans, crumbs all over the counters, and pubes on the sheets and in the shower! There was hair all over the floor, and even a used bar of soap. I called the front desk to request a different room and was told no! Please never stay here! The hallways smelt like burnt hair and I was told it was because of the carpets being cleaned, so I expected to walk up to clean carpets right? WRONG! There was trash all over the floor!!!!

Pool area full of cigars and butts. landscape needs help. Trash everywhere in parking lot. Loud unruly kids. One elevator working. Computers down, only I am sorry when asked. Probably will never book there again. For the price, I expected better. read above, bathroom in room had rust, mold on wall, leaky shower stains. Staff seemed ok, need more professional image. a lot of smokers there.
- Regina (4/5): - I called to confirm my reservation and let them know I’d be checking in late due to travel, when we got there they were overbooked and didn’t have my room so they gave us one with one bed, they claimed the staff member that spoked to me on the phone was high and was fired… then the bathroom was dirty, beds had hair and when I requested housekeeping they NEVER CAME IN 3 days! I had to go to request towels and trash bags!! It’s a filthy property and they don’t clean the rooms. Stay away

The light in the shower leaked from the floor above, and the ceiling all around was brown and peeling. The bed was okay, not overly comfortable but not horrible; pillows were very flat. AC worked great, kept the room very comfortable to my liking. The kitchen area was helpful and nice. The TV was okay, no guide, and not a smart TV. Parking was easy, getting to the hotel was kinda of a pain due to the center dividers in the road. Breakfast was good, it was clean and stocked well, juice isn't great.

- A9244LJlisab (6/5): Desperately needs some attention - My husband and I travel a lot for work and primarily stay in Hilton properties. Though most are as expected, the Home 2 Suites College Station falls short. To begin with, the room was not ready when we arrived at 3p, which was very inconvenient. Once in the room, the bathroom wall had a large hole that was loosely patched, the bedside lamp was broken off the wall and missing, the room was damp, had a musty smell, and the ac worked but only in short spurts. It was certainly not our usual Hilton stay. As busy as College Station is, this property needs some attention to be up to par.

There was a AC/heating unit under the window and a wall controller and I wasn’t sure which one was controlling the temperature. I like the full kitchen with all the kitchen supplies. I also liked the amount of towels provided in the bathroom. They had shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. They provided make up remover pads and bar hand soap which was nice. The breakfast was great! I especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches so you could take and go. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were very soft but did not have any issues with neck stiffness. Staff was great. Especially the gentleman who was working on Saturday night. Very helpful!! I was having problems with WiFi and he was very patient. Great attitude and great customer service! Excellent representative for your facility. I would come back again because of the staff. All super friendly from the housekeepers, breakfast attendant to all front desk employees! You are all doing a great job!

I graded down on service because Sunday morning between 8 and 9, the breakfast buffet was very depleted. Out of milk, all eggs and egg sandwiches and the waffle area was a mess and needed to be cleaned. No staff in sight for nearly 30 minutes. The other two days, everything was fine. I hope they will take this review as a poke to address the issue.

- Resort06664924892 (4/5): Green pool! - My stay happened to coincide with a university dive teams. The staff was friendly enough so this is not a knock on them. That said, they only had one functional elevator and I was on the 5th floor so had to wait a while for them to get to their rooms. Also, the pool was green, literally like pond water which they explained was because it was closed for the season. I have never seen a pool so poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel is old and very well maintained as wear and tear is obvious throughout.

The corners were very rusted and a piece of hair was left behind. The kitchen appliances and set up was great. Breakfast was great. We could the hear the people above us walking around until 1am which is not great for someone whogoes to bed between 8-9pm. I would not stay here again unless I was on the top floor and probably not more than 1 night.

- Samer (4/5): Worst Home2Suites... unfortunately - The worst Home2Suites we've ever been at and we have been to a dozen+ of them . The hotel had bad air circulation and no air conditioning in the elevators and hallways which made it feel very stuffy. The carpets in the common areas and in our room were dirty with stains. In our room, the tile floors were not clean and had sticky spills on them, there were no sheets and pillows for the sleeper, the bathroom was not clean and had hair from previous stays in several areas. The ice machine on our floor didn't work so we had to keep going to the floor below to get ice. When all of the issues were brought up the manager Jaime, she showed zero interest or care which was astonishing. If you don't want to be in customer service then don't take on a job that requires this level of customer service.
- Culture20537407918 (2/5): Stay away.. - Let's start with the staff. They are so quick with their script that they don't take the time to acknowledge loyalty. I was checking in for a room with my family after a redeye. There was no one at the front desk. After waiting a few minutes the associate said, there are no rooms to check in right now. Well, I had booked the night before because Hilton never honors early check in even with status. She apologized for making an assumption, but that was the start of the bad experience. The pool and work out facilities were out of order during our 7 day stay! This, in addition to the kitchen facilities, (all the reasons why I booked this space for my family) had a teflon pan that was past its time, rusted silverware, and dirty dishes in the cabinet. Beware there are no utensils like a spatula or large spoons etc. Even after dealing with all the above and not complaining, I called on the day of check out for a late check out..again I have status, and the woman on the end of the phone stayed with her script..we are not offering any late check outs. She explained they had conferences to get ready for. I know that is not the case because their prices for check in the next day went from $300/night..what we paid..to$70/night. That doesn't suggest that they are at capacity. There is a reason I give my primary loyalty to Marriott and this stay just reinforced it.
- MARILYN (8/5): - There was an athletic event so the room was priced far higher than it should have been for this hotel. It appeared to be well kept, but don't use professional "handypersons". We arrived at about 2:45 pm and the room wasn't ready, but I had to ask for another room that might be ready. It wasn't automatically offered. The exercise facility was closed and the pool was closed, so nothing to keep kids occupied. A little disappointed
- Caprese (2/5): - This place needs gutted and renovated. It stinks like moldish pool area. The carpet and furniture is filthy. Our showers was molded in the creases. The drywall on the walls was wt and crumbling. This place is in very poor condition. I covered the pullout arms and all with sheets so we would not have to make contact with the furniture. The room and common areas smelled so bad we checked out early. The place is way too costly for the stay. I was in shock that people were staying but figured the alternative was to sleep in the car since all other hotels were booked for the Jr. Olympics.
- Teresa (10/5): - I loved the room. Full refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and utensil to just name a few amenities. The bathroom fixture is every functional and sheikh. I wouldn't mind staying here on a longer term than 1 day as it was very comfortable.

- April (6/5): - Part of the crown molding in the room was coming off, poor lighting, couch cushions covered in stains and needed a good cleaning. Overall, just not as advertised.
- roadtripswc (4/5): Hotel feels run down and not taken care of. - We stayed here when it first opened its door, we recently visited College Station and decided to stay here again. This hotel is disgusting and dirty, common area and room. Did not live up to the Hilton standard. 2-star was for the front desk and breakfast staff.

- Kristin (4/5): - Computers were down when I arrived and I got charged for an extra night even though I was promised the system would be up and running and could remove the third night originally planned but not needed. The pool was closed, and a putrid green. I usually like these hotels, but this was unfortunately disappointment for me this time.
- Janice (4/5): Uncomfortable - Location, clean No stove. I lived there in December 2023 In a very different suite. We requested a walk-in shower and the room had one. The refrigerator was so loud. The first night I didn’t know how to lower the shade. I called front desk for help but the guy didn’t know how to lower shade after coming to the room. I was so uncomfortable but the front desk advised no other room available.
- Jana (6/5): Disappointed - Stayed here with my son’s basketball team and the pool was out of service for repairs? IN JUNE?? It was GREEN! 😡 So disappointed… front desk clerk was not nice. Didn’t offer any explanation or solution.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not good - We booked this hotel based on its proximity to A&M, breakfast included, kitchenette, and the pool. When we arrived, the pool was brown and closed - looked like it had been closed for awhile. The kitchenette was a fridge and microwave. We never tried the breakfast so I can't speak to that. It was 3 minutes from the campus. My husband found us a different hotel and we checked out early that first night. Staff was unhelpful and after going back and forth with the hotel manager and hotels.com, they refunded one night of our already paid for 3 night trip claiming we checked out late. We never even slept there.
- raeleeb2024 (2/5): Dirty Room! Worst Hilton I’ve never staying in! Hilton would be embarrassed!! - Unacceptable and very disappointing as a Hilton Hotel. We travel all the time and this hotel stinks. Upon arrival we saw a small sign that the pool was not working. Nothing is on the website about pool under construction or not working!!!! We were told by staff the pool has been out of order over a month and manager isn’t concerned and refuses to report to update pool closed for the website and they have guests upset daily. Not only was pool closed indefinitely, the hotel floor in our room was sticky, there were dirty dishes in the sink, hair all over shelf in kitchen area, refrigerator does not cool, privacy curtain missing and the furniture in the room was filthy! We pulled back the sheets and there was long hair all in the bed! We went to the other bed and pulled cover back and wiener hair in the bed! Disgusting! Went to call the front desk and the phone doesn’t work. Complete crap! So many problems!! Nasty hotel and obvious management does not care! I will report to Diamond Desk as I feel sure Hilton would be embarrassed this hotel represents their brand! I was told that the hotel did not have another clean room and no where to move us and they would have to clean the room tomorrow …which doesn’t help.
- Shannon (4/5): It was one of the worst stays… - We had our entire baseball team stay there so they could swim in between games. Online it advertised a pretty pool. When we got there, the pool was closed and had been for weeks, possibly months. Staff was friendly but food, fun, and comfort isn’t something you’ll find at this hotel.

- Chandra (4/5): - The pool was closed. We asked if there was a sister hotel we could swim at and they told us no. The ice machines didn’t work. House keeping entered our room even though we had the sign posted not to. There was also no water in the gym water machine. I have always loved Home 2 Suites, but the last two times have been a swing and a miss……. We will think twice before staying with them again.

- Donald (2/5): Horrendous - Won't ever stay again. - Horrendous! Bed sheets were not changed found used on contacts in the bed and on a pillow. AC fan was loud. Could here next room easily. Clock/Alarm missing battery not working. Pool closed was green. Can hear traffic as well.
- Oscar (8/5): - We had a good 2 night stay. Pros: Location, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Cons: Could not use the pool due to water being untreated. Pool was swampy green while three other outdoor pools in neighboring hotels were clean and usable. Limited function TV Remote (no Closed Caption, no sleep timer), Noisy (could hear all of the conversations in the parking lot and next room.)
