- Selina (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- O'Rourke (8/5): -
- Adams (10/5): -
- Steve (1/5): Terrible, nasty, dirty, people yelling and screaming outside - The people yelling and swearing outside the doors, the ants. I didn’t stay. I left and found another place to stay. It’s unsafe. Don’t stay there if you don’t have to
- Kevin (7/5): -
- Webb (10/5): -

- Larry (1/5): - The location and looks of the property from the outside made us decide not to stay there looked like a transient motel. Dark, dingy, bad part of town. We appreciate their letting us out of our reservation.
- Inderious (3/5): -
- Debbie (7/5): - The price, would have been nice to have a blow dryer in the bathroom.
- Gregoria (7/5): - Reasonable price It smelled and blankets had stains and burn spots pillows were yellowish
- Katherine (8/5): Wonderful - The office Mgr is always super nice and so is the .aid especially if ur a little late checking out.. It was not a long enough stay. I definitely needed a few more days.
- Bruce (8/5): - It’s an older hotel but clean and comfortable.
- Boothby (2/5): - The owner was nice The room reeked of mildew. The AC took more than 4 hours to cool the room at all. It was about 90 most of the night.
- Francisco (10/5): - great place to stay
- Jamie (5/5): Was quiet and nice plenty of room. Could use some updating, but staff was nice. - Quite Could use some updating.
- Alisha (5/5): - The location It was a "non-smoking" room, however the room smelled like smoke. The blinds and room were saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke, even with the window and door open the smell was very strong.
- Shawcoca (2/5): - When we arrived the front desk lady was nice, once we got into our room we noticed it was a smoking room even though it was supposed to be non smoking, she said nothing else was available but would let us move rooms when one opens the next day. The beds were moldy the shower had mold they didn’t sweep there was left over food in the room on the floor, cigarette butts under the bed (like the mattress) they had small bugs in our room hopefully not bed bugs. Was literally the worst stay ever!! Asked for a refund they told us no because we stayed both nights. Nothing else was available in the area, so just don’t stay here if you can.

- Jordan (1/5): Repulsive - The facility was/is probably a hourly rate motel. My friend and I needed a room so we could go to the Strawberry festival the town had. Unfortunately there was no way we could have stayed because the room had a very strong oder of strong cleaning supplies and feces. We quickly went right back to the office and said due to the oder we could not stay. The gentleman behind the counter didn't even react to the request. I insisted on a refund and my payment i made 10 minutes earlier was cancelled. The facility was/is probably a hourly rate motel. - Alessandra (7/5): Good -
- Dickerson (8/5): Very good - Reasonable rate. Nice and quiet.. No ice machine. No clock. Small shower.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb - The office staff and cleaning lady are always a pleasure to talk to. They are quick to help if asked.
- Taylor (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was very friendly and accommodating! At no fault of the hotel at all the something caused the power to go out and most of our stay was pretty tough with no lights and no air conditioning it was very HOT! ....wish I couldve been discounted or something to make up for it but again it wasnt the hotels fault 😕
- Taylor (7/5): Good -
- Blackburn (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The lady at the receptionist desk was very polite. It was quiet and everyone seemed to mind their business.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb - The office staff and cleaning lady are always super nice and friendly. My stay was to short
- Mathew (8/5): Very good -
- John (3/5): Poor -
- Ramirez (1/5): Gross - Smells like pee really bad burnt my eyes the whole time 😭😭
- Jeanne L (4/5): - The room was supposed to be non smoking ..I’m allergic to tobacco and the smoke.. but this room was definitely NOT non smoking. It reeked! But I was in and out ..mostly out..to my events and had allergy meds with me. No outlet in the bathroom to plug in a hair dryer.. no hair dryer available either. I won’t be using this facility ever again nor will I recommend it. The bathroom reeked of urine.. I sprayed it down with a disinfectant that I had to buy. Yikes. The carpet and upholstered chairs were filthy. I put a bath towel over the chair and wore shoes inside. The bed linens were clean.. but nothing else was.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Just don’t! - The best thing I can say is that I couldn’t find any bugs (I checked). If it hadn’t been so late (11pm), I would have left to find somewhere else to stay.
- Miriam (5/5): Passable -
- Scott (8/5): It was comfortable and convenient at a fair price. - It is conveniently located in the Heart of Lebanon, The staff are super friendly. Though the buildings are pretty old, they seem to have been well kept. About the only thing I can say is modernization of the décor.
- Donald (2/5): Wasn’t comfortable staying here. - Close to my sister. Dirty, parking.
- Barnetts (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (5/5): I needed a cheap place to stay and cascade delivered. - The price and the owners kindness. Outdated
- Oman (8/5): Very good -
- David (3/5): Poor - The price was about the only good thing No soap only one towel laying on concrete would be softer than there beds
- Marlene (5/5): Passable -
- Erlynn (4/5): - Very ran down. The room was a non smoking room, but definitely was a smoking room! The smell was bad the towels were old and seemed off white of color.
We planned for 2 nights and could only do 1 night because of the smell and sketchy surroundings.
The owner was super nice!
- Elizabeth (6/5): Pleasant -
- Wendi (6/5): - A very old motel in poor shape.
- Monica (3/5): It was fine but not worth what we paid. - The location was convenient and the check in and out staff was very friendly. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom felt dirty. The walls were very thin so we heard our neighbors all night. The towels felt damp and looked dirty.
- Diana (8/5): - Overall, it was really good for us. The bed was older, but the cushion was firm and real good. Bed sheets were clean and bed was made for us even when we didn't ask for our room to be tidy'd up. I've been in more expensive places and struggled to get a refrig or microwave or an extra chair, but this place was very practical. We got what the website said and showed.. we got a clean bed, towels, wash clothes, mini closet (could use a couple more hangers, but you could ask for this probably), we got a good size round small table with two chairs and the desk table was where the microwave was, which was perfect because we had space to put our food and dishes at. Mini fridge was a taller mini fridge. TV with remote and a/c or heat worked well. Showers were hot. Thank you.. I rested so well for this being an older motel.. It did have a slight 'smoke smell' to it, but I think it was because the carpets were the original ones, but you will be fine if you are not severely picky. Very nice staff. We forgot our salt and they gave us some. Thank you again..
- Jason (6/5): - You get what you pay for. I was fine with my time there.
- Barbara (10/5): I was stranded and they let me stay earlier than checkin, and then they let me stay later the next day. - It was very nice and clean. Nothing
- Brian (2/5): - Price was cheap as I just needed a place to stay while here for work. Arrived and check in went smooth. There’s people living there with broke down cars at the back. Random people just hanging around outside after dark. The bed was terrible, leaned back toward the wall. The TV was from the late 80s probably. Stayed one night and went back to cancel the other two nights and the person at the desk couldn’t figure out how to refund my other two nights. I had to dispute the charges for those two nights. I wouldn’t recommend this place even as a last resort.
- David (6/5): - nothing special.
Pretty basic.
Good enough. Bare minimum.
- Ron (6/5): - Small room for 2 beds but we were comfortable. The do allow pets which was great for us.
- Todd (3/5): The stay was great but the room sanitary and the up keep of supplies need some TLC - There was no breakfast and the location was great The towels were stained the wash cloths were stained with who knows what. The non smokers room smells like old smoke the carpets need to be replaced and or shampooed the comforter blankets are old and have cigarette burn holes all over them and a small shower that was uncomfortable getting in and out of it.
- Lynnae (6/5): - Overall mostly it was quiet.
But there was no fridge or coffee pot for my week long stay! Those things would of made it much better.
It is an older motel, so making " nice" isnt as easy! Cleaner was nice nice
- Jones (2/5): SHIT. SHOW. Don't stay there - NOTHING. The room smelled bad. Had a plugged toilet it took 13 hours to get a plunger because staff communication was bad. Granddaughter got an eye infection from the wash cloth she washed her face with. Towels were ragged. There was a mixup on the day we left, we thought we needed to be out on Sunday instead of it was Saturday instead of working with us to clear up the problem they threatened to throw our stuff out in the driveway
- Fengsheng (8/5): - Good place, only dislike is the deep smoky smell in the room
- Kathryn (7/5): It was clean and quiet. - Location Talking to the front desk via computer screen
- Alex (2/5): Okay motel - Motel itself was alright, our room did have a bad smell and the room was a little gross. Stayed three nights because price was good, wouldn’t have booked three nights if I knew state of room.
- Scott (8/5): Just enough for a short stay in Lebanon. - Considering the options for Lebanon, Oregon. It was a pretty decent stay. Over the years it seems to have been upgraded and looks much nicer. Everything met my expectations with only one exception. The only thing that was unpleasant is the pillows were very thin like cardboard. That being said with new thicker flufflier pillows, this could be a very nice stay for a 1 star.
- Kathryn (8/5): - This is a low budget no frills motel. I felt perfectly safe. They allowed my 50 lb dog without issue and motel was quiet and friendly.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. I'd booked a non smoking room but was initially given a smoking room. I went back and was immediately resigned to another. I also asked the office for Ice ( no ice machine) which they provided from their personal stash. Very kind.
Room was clean, bed firm but comfortable.
I will definitely recommend noting this isn't the Ritz but a good value. And I will stay there again.
- Rebecca (10/5): Old style friendly motel - Friendly front office clerk, Susan made our check in easy. Quaint old style motel with comfortable bed, working Internet and television. Great shower. Quiet for sleeping. Easy access to town.
- Raymon (6/5): - It was alright
- Timothy (10/5): - Very quiet
- Gwen (7/5): Good -
- Ava (6/5): Basic budget motel with exceptionally roomy kitchenette for those staying longer term. - The hosts were amazing, so accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. The bed was firm, there was a full size refrigerator and microwave and kitchen sink. The walls are extremely thin. If you have quiet neighbors it isn’t a problem and the neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors talking inside or outside can be easily heard inside the room.
The room walls need to be cleaned to the bottom, though otherwise it was very clean. There’s lots of stuff to fix up but for such a budget motel the important thing was that everything worked.
- Coby (10/5): Great staff - The managers Roy and Susan are always fair and friendly
- Timothy (10/5): - Great place to sleep
- Priyojeet (8/5): Nothing Fancy, but satisfactory for a basic motel - 1.Staff was nice and friendly 1. Parking space somewhat limited
- Denise (7/5): Office people super nice. Room cheery. - Neighboring room very noisy. Hammering, knocking, banging
- Karese (4/5): - The smell of the room. I didn’t even stay there for more than a couple hours, and then I left.
- Chelsea (4/5): Other than the smell in the room and unclean bedding it wasn’t bad at all. - The location It smelled like goats. It also had a musty smell. The bedding had animal fur all through it.
- Joy (8/5): Very good - Cozy and comfortable for the price paid would rent again The distance from where I live
- Little (7/5): Good - Local and being able to get a room right away It was loud and not very clean
- Kalista (10/5): Exceptional -
- Courtney (4/5): - The staff were helpful and respectful to us but the room was not up to my family standards. Good value for the price we paid for the night though.
- Donald j (8/5): The birthday getaway! - The place is older needs work on plugins new ones would be great, but other then that, it was nice and cozy, clean as any other hotel. So it rates with the best of em. The price was acceptable even for a poor boy like me. The staff was very polite, and very understanding to my situation of not having extra cash funds for deposits required upon arrival. I had issues with my credit card provider, and it was my bday, so they waived the deposits for my bday. I will be staying with them again. If the price remains the same. They are the best priced holel I found in all of Lebanon, ore. So if getting away again to Lebanon, they will be my destination.
- Katherine (8/5): Relaxing - Always love the staff there and how welcoming they are
- Katherine (8/5): Quite, calm and peaceful - It was nice to get away and not have anyone know where I went The stay was to short ,i only had enough for one night
- Katherine (8/5): Relaxing - It's was close to shopping My room only had a shower no tub
- Christine (2/5): - After looking at the room we asked for reimbursement and left. The front desk clerk was nice and obliged. I didn’t feel safe and the room had no lampshades or light covers. The pictures do not show the condition of the rooms. Door lock didn’t work.
- anna (10/5): - Super awesome staff! Great people
- Rylee (6/5): - The property was alright to stay at for the price it was. The first 2 nights I stayed there was no soap, coffee, shampoo/conditioner. There was also no blow-dryer or flat iron bord. On the third night we ended up getting some soap and other things dropped off in our room. The towels where stained but smelled clean. I would stay there again however. It was just a place to sleep on my trip.
- Crystal (10/5): - They're like family and that's all that needs saying.
- Crystal (10/5): - The room was nice and roomy, it was really quiet at night. It was just an all around easy stay.
- Raymond (4/5): Disappointing -
- Boni (2/5): I would not stay here again. I just felt dirty the whole time. - The location was great and bed was clean and comfortable. I was met by a sign in the office door to call a number. I called and disheveled man came out from behind a curtain to let me in, took my payment and gave me a key. The frdige was already cool. It was quiet at night.
The rug was filthy. I keep shoes on at all times. The lavatory sink was cracked; the towels had been washed, but still looked dingy and I would not use them on my face.
- Lance (10/5): Clean and comfy - Reminiscent of a 60's motel with some more modern amenities. Nice, clean and comfy. Staff at the desk was very pleasant.
- Anthony (3/5): Beds - The room was the perfect size for me and my family The room was still dirty. I had to ask for clean sheets before I could put my children to bed.
- Scott (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rousey (7/5): Good -
- Rob (6/5): Ok, but dated… - For a last minute reservation it was tolerable. Staff was friendly, but the rooms are dated and a bit run down.
- Bill (8/5): - Just fine, had smoking room.
- Keith (8/5): - Fireworks being shot off, 2 of the 4 nights I was there.
- Angella (10/5): Cascade City Center Motel - Nice room, convenient location.
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lynn (1/5): Don’t go there even by yourself - Nothing Rude people…sketchy area…
- KELLY (2/5): - The overwhelming stench of stale cigarette smell was horrible. The area was not appealing. Manager there was plesant
- Liliana (8/5): - Customer service is excellent
