La habitación tiene todas las comodidades y el hotel ofrece vistas a la ciudad. A la hora del check out, las camareras de piso llamaron a la puerta 20 minutos antes de la hora original de check out. Habíamos pedido un late check out de 1h y aún así nadie lo apuntó, porque también recibimos una llamada de recepción.

The hotel is spotless, well organized, and very secure with a vigilant security staff. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and the staff were absolutely kind, friendly, and always ready to help... Overall, it was an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Towels are very old. Dinner took a very long time to serve. The vegan options are very limited. The desk chair is very uncomfortable and I had lots of work to do.

It would help to add that information during the booking process for customers to make an informed decision.

- Adelac (9/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at ONOMO Hotel Dar es Salaam. The location is very good and made it easy to move around the city. The hotel was clean and well organized, and the security was good, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay there again

- MoniqueEngelbrecht (6/5): Was ok for our one night stay but will not be staying here again. - Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very accommodating by storing our luggage while we went on a 1-night safari. Breakfast had a bigger that expected variety, but the different bread and pastries was a bit stale. Location was close to the train station and about 20min drive from the airport. Room had a smoke smell although it was a non-smoking room. Water leak from aircon onto the foot end of one of the beds. Feather pillows with a mold smell. Expected a more high-end hotel for the price we paid.
