- Amy (10/5): We had a great stay at this hotel - Great price and the rooms were very clean! Nothing
- Jeanne (9/5): Great - Everything was clean and Marcia at the front desk was very helpful.
- Ron (8/5): -

- Stephanie (10/5): -
- Stephanie (6/5): - Beds are stiff
- Barb N (5/5): Disappointing - The websites and advertising stated that breakfast was provided. We had a tight schedule and the breakfast offering was the main reason we went with this place. In the morning, then”dining area” lights were off and I asked about breakfast. I was told “oh we quit doing that about a week ago.” I asked what they are doing for people who stayed here under the impression breakfast was provided. Staff stated no vouchers or discount was available. “I can grab you a bottle of water and an apple if you want” was their ultimate fix. I called booking.com and still nothing. Call the place directly before reserving through anyone!! Truth in advertising and providing some type of fix for their mistake.
- Amy (8/5): Clean, quiet - The cleanliness and location The used to have a continental breakfast in the morning and have moved to a breakfast in bag to go. It wasn’t indicated when booking of this change.
- Ann (8/5): -
- Margaret (7/5): -
- Michelle (7/5): -
- Brent (10/5): - Very clean and the sheets were extra soft.
- Perry (10/5): Would for sure stay here again - Great location!!! Leela was phenomenal- professional, knowledgeable, and so personable. The smell of others cooking in the hall was over whelming. No fault of the facility.

- Corina (8/5): Clean, comfortable room rooms - Super clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Only offers grab and go breakfast and it’s behind the counter. You have to ask the front desk for it.
Unfortunately, there was nobody at the front desk when we checked out, so therefore, we did not grab the breakfast.
- Saundra (6/5): - The room was nice The staff at the front desk was very unfriendly, very rude
- Kami (9/5): - The breakfast was a bagged breakfast w an apple or orange, granola bar, and a water. I didn’t hate it but was surprised and think people like to know what’s being served for breakfast at the hotel they stay at!
- Christi (9/5): Comfortable and a great location for the heartland event center - Location, cleanliness, and comfort When we checked in the key card did not work on 2 of the 3 rooms so we had to go back down and get them fixed
- Jennifer (8/5): -
- Thompson (9/5): We were there for state wrestling and it close to the event - It was clean and the staff were very professional Nothing
- Larry (9/5): Will be happy to stay again. - Super friendly staff and very clean.
- Cody (1/5): - Scamed us on a room
- Cindy (10/5): Comfortable and great location just not happy with breakfast - Location Advertised as breakfast included - was only an orange, protein bar and bottle of water in a bog
- Angela (10/5): Great price, great staff, excellent assistant management, and super comfortable beds! - Beautiful property! Our rooms were superbly cleaned! Our beds were so comfortable! The staff was excellent especially the Assistant Manager!
Booking.com didn’t have our reservations transferred to the hotel and the wonderful assistant manager helped me speak with them and before the situation was remedy by booking.com she had us in our rooms.
Highly recommended staying here!
And the kitchen area in the room is Amazing Mainstay suites Grand Island was excellent! Zero issues with the Hotel, Staff, or property -
My issue was that booking.com did NOT have my reservation transferred so when I checked in they didn’t have record. The assistant manager was super helpful and got it handled.
- Stephen (8/5): - The rooms and the staff There wasn't a hot breakfast
- Bruce (10/5): Fantastic!! - The bag breakfast was something different. Have never experienced that before More of a continental breakfast setup
- Lori (9/5): - The property was clean and cared for. The hostess was very nice. Very clean. The beds were uncomfortable. We could hear the people next door and above us.

- timothy (9/5): -
- Nancy (8/5): - No major issues. I would go back.
- David (6/5): - The room, and the stay was average, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was no sausage, no eggs, no bacon, no biscuits and gravy. I would have thought that a hotel with such a good ratings would provide at least an average breakfast compared to the other 10 hotels I have stayed at on this trip. What a cheap outfit! I would not stay there again.
- Shirley (7/5): -
- PRISCILLA (10/5): - This property was very clean and quiet!
- Christina (7/5): -
- Suzanne (10/5): Perfect place to stay - This was such a nice hotel/room. Very clean, loved the homey feel to our room, we will recommend this place to everyone.
- Jordan (8/5): - Wow what a greqt room and for cheap, ive paid over 200 dollars at other hadji run hotels that were disgusting and this one was 100 and was near perfection. Only thing wrong and its not a big deal was on the edge if the comforter was a little patch of dried blood, it was faded like its been washed alot but still wont come out, maybe use more bleach but ither than that it was perfect, i mean for 100 dollars and the room had a small couch that coukd be folded out and it had plates and coffee cups and drink glasses and everything you needed if u were to cook a meal oh and a stove and a full size fridge, just a great place to stay, the room smelled nice and was clean, the shower was nice, their was a party of bikers next to me but i didnt hear a thing, very well insulated
- Cesar (10/5): - Clean hotel friendly staff
- Ray (2/5): - They charge an undisclosed incidental fee of $15. I do not recommend this hotel. Noisy. You hear all the rooms around you. Cheap bathrooms. They are remodeling and it is a mess.
- Opperman (8/5): It was ok. - The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was not great. Waffles, cereal and packaged sweet rolls!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful place to stay.
- Anderson (5/5): - Continental breakfast Terrible A/C in rooms
Hallways hot
- Marsha (7/5): - The room was very clean & beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was nice. It was noisy at night. Could hear people on the upper floor & could hear toilets flush.
- John (5/5): Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Price should be lower for continental breakfast. - Comfortable bed 3rd floor hallway was not air conditioned, so hot air seeped into the room. It was not comfortable. Breakfast was Continental!! Not many choices, not even bagels or toast, only packaged muffins. Very disappointed in the breakfast.
- Allyn (10/5): - Clean and courteous staff. Liked the happy hour snack and beverages
- Tristan (8/5): - Beds Key cards kept messing up
- Tony (10/5): - Very welcoming and helpful service at the front desk upon check-in! We had a long cross country trip so upon check-n, we were tired. The front desk person was very helpful and our one daughter loves cookies so when the front desk person offered a cookie up, it made the day for the daughter. Rooms were very clean and well set up. Appreciated the kitchenette. Will be choosing MainStay again in the future
- Allen (10/5): - Great place to stay
- Andrew (10/5): - Night manager was great!
- Debra (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): - We lived the suite. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, but the couch was a little hard to sit in.
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Teresa (10/5): All was well. We were in transit to next destination -
- Devon (10/5): Exceptional - The room was big. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
- David (10/5): - A bit outdated, but was clean with a nice staff. Great for a quick overnight stay. Limited breakfast of waffles, muffins, danishes.
- Lesley (8/5): Very good -
- Jerry (3/5): Bummer! - We were not able to stay on the property as when we arrived with our confirmed reservation they had no rooms. Consequently, we did not stay at this property.
- Jeremiah (8/5): Very good -
- Joe (8/5): - Great place
- Syed (7/5): Good - Very cooperative staff No bread in breakfast :(
- Gonzales (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (3/5): Poor -
- Heather (8/5): - Room on third floor was quiet, clean and mostly comfortable. Our family of six necessitated two in each bed. My daughter and I slept on the hide a bed couch and it wasnt the most comfortable but it was ok. The tub had an ugly stain in the bottom, but was otherwise clean. There were only three towels in the bathroom, so we had to ask for more at the front desk. Kitchen was clean although we really didnt use it, just the fridge. Breakfast was good, the only hot thing was the make your own waffles, but that was good enough for us. Decor in room was very dated and somewhat worn, but not a real problem for us. It was definitely a good value.
- Erin (8/5): Great value - Big rooms, close to restaurants, kitchenette was nice to have! We stayed in June when temps were in the 90s.....we turned the air down to 61° and it was still warm in our room, which made for an uncomfortable nights' sleep.
- Linda (10/5): - Rooms set up nicely. Attendent very friendly and helpful
- Lisa (10/5): - Awesome room, clean, friendly staff, would stay again.
- Nancy (8/5): - We chose to upgrade to a king suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was lacking, no hot food options other than waffles. Workout room was also lacking. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.
- Scot (8/5): Very good -
- Pablo (7/5): It was a short stay overnight and it was quiet. - Looks a little worn out. Our bath tub had some large stains in it. I wasn’t sure what they were and detoured me from taking a shower. Sofa cushions had some large stains on them and it looked dirty.
- Sandy (10/5): Not long enough - We did not have the breakfast. We were meeting family at Perkins.
- Mike (10/5): - Not bad for the price
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and friendly staff. The parking lots are small
- Aj (7/5): Good - Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff. Couch bed was rough. Very small TV (27 or 32").
- Shari (8/5): Very good -
- Erin (7/5): Good - Staff was friendly and accommodating. Price was great. Shower was immaculate. Smelled in the hallways.
- Misty (10/5): - Very nice.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb -
- Barbara (7/5): It was ok. Staff was friendly Place wasnothing special - It was clean and comfortable. The TV is very small. The coffee in the room and lobby were both bad.
- Suzanne (8/5): Good for the money - In town for a family wedding. Clean room. Comfy bedding. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic (very basic continental ) but it did the job. Good hotel for the price. We’d stay there again.
- Stephanie (8/5): - Great stay
- JUSTIN (4/5): It was ok. - Bed was not the best. Smelt dirty, slept on top of covers. TV had to restart every time it was on. Had to reset it the second night. Then leave it on while I left so I could watch when I got back. Breakfast was less than par. Not a good variety, coffee was bland.
- Brian (6/5): - When I read the reviews many discussed how good the breakfast was and thus we were naturally disappointed to see cold food and processed food wrapped.
- Jody (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and clean, large room. Did have a bit of problem with TV but figured it out! Enjoyed the complimentary cookies Continental breakfast very basic but don't usually eat that early anyway.
- Tom (7/5): Good - Large room and bed. Squeaky floor.
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (7/5): Cleaning staff needs to look in every crannie for left items. - The A/C in room 202 sounded like a bulldozer when it started up. Closet door was loose. Underwear from previous occupant was hanging in the bathroom. Everything needs a little updating.
- Glenn (6/5): - Breakfast was nothing special. Cold cereal, waffles, packaged danishes, coffee, and juice.
- Debra (9/5): Clean, comfy, great value. - The only problem we encountered was the room I booked was not the room we were first given, and we had to go back talk to the manager and get the double queen room that I had selected online.
- Allen (10/5): Our stay was very comfortable. - It was very nice!
