- ecoeco66 (10/5): CLEAN HOTEL - Clean and decent Hotel, I would recommend for Business trips. Good breakfast, helpful stuff. I will choose again Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Kartal Hotel. Hotel close to Istanbul Park and Medical Park. Many restaurants and Cafes nearby.
- Spectre786 (2/5): Poor Experience - There is good, bad and then worse. Starting with Good: Rooms were very clean, breakfast was quite nice. The Bad: Hotel was on very busy road and there is major construction work going on across the road so as a result even with ear plugs on it was difficult to catch any decent sleep, plus aircon had only hot or fan modes as a result room was very warm and uncomfortable at times. The Ugly: Staff at reception agreed to let me in the room till 4:00 pm since my airport transfer was booked for 5:00 pm. But then they locked my room I went back to reception and reminded them I am getting picked up at 5:00 and receptionist again said no worries sir you can stay in your room, only to receive a ride phone call "demanding to immediately leave the room or pay for an extra day". Without making any fuss I came downstairs and sat in reception. I asked the receptionist would I be ok to quickly grab cup of coffee from restaurant and she replied of course sir help yourself. I went downstairs and two gentlemen there (who I treated with utmost respect throughout my stay and even said thankyou to them and shook their hands in the morning) rudely came between my way and coffee machine and said no coffee for for you. And very very rudely demanded money and got quite aggressive with me, I won't have minded paying for coffee but the way they spoke to me was extremely insulting, they even said to me we have closed the coffee machine and the restaurant is closed for you and kept saying no coffee no coffee. I came back upstairs and shared the whole ordeal with receptionist and what did she do absolutely nothing at all, least I was expecting an apology or perhaps may be even a cup of coffee but she was not interested in my complaint. I even left a letter of complaint with her for the manager. While waiting for my cab I ordered coffee in reception and paid for it (which is absolutely fine) but the way your staff made me feel, insulted and humiliated me, approached me so aggressively is something I have never experienced in my entire life of travelling. I am a very frequent traveller primarily because of work but this experience at Ramada has left a very bad taste in mouth for many years to come. I strongly suggest customer care and hospitality training for your staff at earliest, it seems they're in a completely wrong profession.

- 784sachina (2/5): Terrible behaviour, I think he should beg in street instead of looting customers. I REQUES Hotel management to fire him - We requested reception to order a taxi. The tall/muscular guy in reception ordered for us saying night charge etc. etc. and charged 25 euros. When getting back we came to know that taxi fare is just 6 (160 Lira)euros. Pathetic behaviour. It's better for him to beg in street rather showing such pathetic behaviour to tourists.

It was our first visit, and we were really concerned regarding the service but no doubt we had a wonderful time staying over here. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including Gur Shan in room service and Ergul in the kitchen. Cem at the reception was particularly helpful and attentive, as much as Hanife, Musa and the rest of your staff. N.B: the bed was so comfortable as well. - vahidm530 (8/5): Small but very clean - I stayed in this hotel with my family for 4 nights. A small but very clean hotel. The room was clean and relatively large. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast variety was relatively good. With approximately 10 to 15 minutes by taxi or subway, you can reach large shopping centers such as Piazza or IstMarina Plaza. Also, the IKEA store is about 10 minutes away from the hotel by taxi. Within 10 minutes by taxi, you can access the park and the Kartal coastal road. If you are not looking for big and luxury hotels. This relatively small and extremely clean hotel with excellent access is your best choice.

I think the Receiption team need many renovation: No one come for welcome No one cares about the luggages Wrong room at first time (Double room for twin request) TWO times one room sold at midnight (nightmare) As a traveler, you always choose a hotel (specially branded one) to get everything as you desired BUT.... I tried to stay 5 nights BUT maybe tomorrow new things happen... Bye Bye Although, Room is clean. Toilet and bathroom super clean and seems just renovated.

Air conditioner temp was unadjustable reduced temperature from 21 to 19 degree centigrade but was too hot unable to sleep. Room and shower were extremely small.

It is on a main street, you can find lots of supermarkets and everything you need. Receptionists look a little tired, but smile even though. Thank you.

Gece 02-04 arası odalarına giriş yapan gürültücü kişiler yüzünden uykunuzdan uyanıp bu felaketlerin geçmesini beklemek çok da hoş değil. Tek kişilik oda çok küçük ebatta. Duş yaparken kabinden dışarıya su sızması bakıma ihtiyaç olduğunu gösteriyor. Kahvaltı gayet güzel. Resepsiyonda karşılama ve uğurlama güzel. Kablosuz internet iyi. Sigara içilen oda olması güzel.

- H.Hilal (4/5): - Resepsiyondaki Sarışın bayan çok iyi ve ilgiliydi, sanırım müdürdü. Bize yol tarifi konusunda oldukça yardımcı oldu. Ancak diğer iki eleman maalesef aynı şekilde değillerdi. Ayrıca her yerde olduğu gibi bu otelde de çok fazla arap vardı, o kadar çok gürültü yaptılar ki uyuyamadık. Bir de tuvalet öne doğru eğimli ve banyolar çok küçük.
- emin insel (8/5): ulaşımı kolay 3 yıldızlı fiyat performans oteli - otele girişimde 310 numaralı oda verilmişti. ancak anahtarımı alıp odaya çıkmamıştım. 4-5 saat sonra odaya çıkmak için döndüğümde resepsiyondaki farklı bir görevli rezervasyonumun expedia olduğunu belirterek oda numaramı değiştirmek suretiyle önce 302 numaralı odayı vermiştir. Yanındaki diğer çalışan 302'nin arkaya baktığını arka taraftada diğer binanın duvarının olduğunu söylemiş, istersem on tarafa bakan odalardan verilebileceğini ancak bu odalarında duble değil tek yataklı olduğunu belirtmiştir. Bunun üzerine basık yerde kalmak istemediğimi belirttim ve tek yataklı odada konaklama durumunda bırakıldım. 310 numaralı odanın tek gece konaklayacağım ve/veya expedia (aslında hotels.com dan satın aldım) üzerinden rezervasyon yaptığım düşünüldüğü için mi verilmediği anlayamadım. bu olay dışında temiz, fiyat olarak uygun, 3 yıldızlı otel standartlarında ulaşımı çok kolay yerde bulunmaktadır. ufak tefek kurnazlıklar otelin markasına itibar kaybına uğratır.

- Jamal (10/5): A wonderful ending to our Turkish holiday - This hotel is simply amazing, everything about it from the general ambiance, to the friendly helpful staff,to the rooms and the food, everything is just great. The lobby even has computers connected to the internet 24/7 as well as a printer for guest use which is important if you need to print out travel papers. The food in the morning buffet is good but we highly relied on room service throughout our stay. The hotel is also right next to a supermarket which is the most convenient aspect ever, as well as close to multiple restaurants. It’s not very famous though because many taxis didn’t know it, so we always showed them the address to the hotel but it’s very easy to find. It is also a tiny bit far from some of the famous attractions but is close to a couple of malls and conveniently close to the highway, so it wasn’t a problem. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Turkey, in all the multiple cities, this is the only hotel I truly and wholeheartedly recommend.

- Gilbert (10/5): amazing hotel with great staff and quiet area - The hotel is amazing, especially for the price we paid. The staff are very helpful and friendly and speak very well English. The rooms are very comfortable and have very nice complementary coffee and tea and water. The beds are amazing and very comfortable and the view from my room was great. The hotel has an underground parking which is great. Only downside is that you got to pay 35 Tl for the breakfast which can be better. Location is very quiet and you can find a supermarket just across the street and a pastry which is a half minute walking (serves amazing breakfast at good price), a gas station is just down the street and the area is very calm and nice. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely i will stay here again if I travel back.

- Metin (8/5): One day istanbul - Is a good hotel for spending a weekend, is at nice place not far from the metro, Unfortunately I forget my iPhone charger , and when I ask to take it back i wait - 2 days to know the final answer that - they can not find the charger... and that is the next costumer maybe is take with him ... I’m little disappointed, because I’m sur edge HK service was before there to clean my room ...enyway , is nice place and recommended to the other guests

- Ramazan (10/5): - Nice and clean business hotel. I barely suggest. You can walk to subway station in the daytime. It is 800 meters away. I prefer taxi for nights. Further, next to the hotel, you'll find a well-known discount market.

- Todd (8/5): Good hotel near SAW (Istanbul) airport - We had a good stay at this hotel. Hotel staff provided excellent service and advice. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much to see or do in this part of the city, called Kartal, but the hotel is only a 10-minute walk to the Kartal Metro station that can get you other parts of the city quickly and cheaply. We took the Metro and in about 30 minutes we arrived at the Kadikoy station, next to the harbor on the Asian side of the Bosphorus, which has many interesting shops and good restaurants nearby. Hotel is roughly a 15-minute drive from Istanbul's very good secondary airport (SAW), in the southeast of the city.
- frenchy (10/5): Very nice hotel was a bit far away from everything - The only problem was we had to take train from this hotel to go every place! It was a wonderful exp , staff was excellent , made my trip wonderful;) would definetly come bck!
- local (8/5): Nice hotel in best location - It is a clean hotel walking distance to Kartal Metro line. But the walking path is not very pleasant. Small industrial location. Room is very clean, but little small. Everything works perfectly in the room. Stuff is friendly. Breakfast is nice.
