Guest Reviews
- James (10/5): Great Place - It’s was a great stay. Nice and clean
- James (10/5): Nice place to be - It was all around a great stay.
- Victoria (2/5): Omg - My truck was stolen on 12/22/2019
- Ashley (2/5): Shitty day u will - Roaches. TV didn't work room stank no room service couldn't even call the 500 number to get a answer
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Price and strong shower
Staff not very friendly and rather rude
- Scott (4/5): - If you need a bed next to the airport and don’t care about anything else, this will work. The rooms weren’t offensive and the water pressure was good. But you could do a lot better too. The location is terrible: it’s on the corner of two busy highways and right under the final approach for the FedEx runway. I tried to get to bed early for an early flight in the morning, but the noise was unbearable. The front desk and entire property is set up as if unsavory characters regularly frequent this place. The room wasn’t in the best shape, and made you only want to touch things you had to. Again, the price is right. But I’d recommending spending just a bit more for a lot more comfort.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everyone was nice and friendly. I liked that Brooks the security guard stopped and made sure I belonged on the property.
- Rickey (2/5): - Hotel is a dump in an unsafe area.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Read reviews first and location. - The rooms were clean. Hotel is located in the hood. I requested a kitchenette. They did not have any dishes, or coffee makers in the room. No pots or pans, and did not serve breakfast.
- Trashinda (4/5): The room smelled like pee! - When I review this hotel on Hotels.com the rating was 5.6. Not true at all! The room had a stench of urine that would not to away! I feel that the air conditioner filter needed to be changed and that's why the odor would go away. I bought air fresheners and it still didn't work. Housekeeping didnt' want to give me any extra wash clothes and the TV wasn't working when we arrived, so someone from management had to come fix it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - For the price I could have gotten much better. More like a $50 night not $70. Won't be back unless the price drops.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The people hanging around and staying there were missing teeth, begging for money, lingering in the halls, blocking the elavators. The room had a funky smell, no lamp on the night stand, linolium floors with a wood look. It was gross and scary when i got back there at 1 in the morning. I grabbed my bags and drove for an hour till i couldn't stay awake. Pulled over and slept in my car. I would never ever go back there. Nor would i reccomend it to any female traveling alone.
- david (8/5): Nice hotel but service isnt so great - Only problem with my stay was they didnt fix/clean up the room.
- peri (2/5): Bad hotel - There was no daily house keeping.very noisy.comfort system inadquit sheets on bed had brown spots on them
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The young lady at the service desk is very rude and never listens.
- Anthony (8/5): Better than expected - The staff was great. This property houses many long-term residents, but don't be swayed by that.
They have tough rules for occupancy and things were amazingly quiet for my entire week long stay.
Parking has a security attendant at night which was a nice surprise.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not good! I would not recommend. Not very accommodating to guests not staying for an extended period of time
- James (6/5): Spartan but adequate - It was good and fit my needs
- Verified traveler (6/5): - For the price I got on short notice, I cannot really complain. the area of town is definitely less than desirable, but they do have security onsite. I do not like there is not front desk staff 24/7. only hotel emergency staff which just check you in and out. so, there are no real "guest services" on the weekend.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not impressed. Service was slow, area was shady. Not a bad price- but you get what you pay for. Didn't feel as if my belongings were safe if room was unattended.
