- KARINA (10/5): Comfortable, great location, friendly staff. - The staff was efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. When we had an issue, someone from the front desk assisted us very quickly. The location was excellent, and we really appreciated the weekly cleaning service.
- eh4727374 (10/5): I will definitely look up Level first if I'm traveling to any cities they are in - For less than the price of nearby "normal" hotels, I got a huge suite with a stove, oven, nearly-full-sized refrigerator, washer, dryer, couch, and a great view of Vancouver. The staff were all super nice, and I really liked their policy of only cleaning the room once a week -- I was there for less than a week and didn't have to worry about leaving some time for the cleaning crew to do their job. There were tons of great bars and restaurants around, and it's an easy walk to the subway.
- WilsonLin (10/5): Great stay - We had a great time staying at the Levels Hotel on Seymour. We've stayed here a few times both on business solo and with my family and it is a great option having a kitchen and laundry in the suite. The amenities are nice too, the gym is super nice here and the staff are super friendly. It's also great having a buzzer for friends and for food deliveries. I definitely would recommend staying here if you want to be in Downtown and especially if it's important to have a kitchen / laundry for a hotel stay!

- E7592PWemmam (10/5): Great Place for a Multi Day Stay - My friend and I stayed here for our first visit to Vancouver and had a great stay. The studio was roomy and had all the amenities we could need. We both had our own closet, the bathroom was spacious, and the space was clean & modern. We were able to check in early and the front desk went ahead and gave us a room that was ready vs waiting for one to be cleaned. The location was very good. We walked to more places than we ubered, there’s a very yummy breakfast place attached to the building, and a grocery market across the street. The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice, just a bit small. It’s definitely more enjoyable to be the only party out there. The hot tub will hold 4 people comfortably and 5 if you’re all family/friends. The street noise could get a bit loud at night, but you’re in the city so that’s expected. Overall, the stay was great for what we wanted which was a nice place to retreat to at night after a day of exploring and is walking distance to places we want to go. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are beautiful and clean and although we were facing Seymour street it was surprisingly quiet. Front desk staff are there 24 hours and all of them ( we encountered 5 in our short stay) were professional, friendly and helpful. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

- 401ams (8/5): Bad employee check in - My check in was super bad. There were 3 front desk people. The two Asians were nice. Another woman suddenly took over and mentioned that i had not paid. She was making a big deal out of it. I HAD paid a month earlier through Agoda. She treated me like a thief. Like a street person from the street mission at the end of the Block. She kept asking me for the Visa ..and gave me a number. I only use MasterCard - which i had given to her. Later she found out it was Agoda’s Visa. She had charged another night to it. I showed my bank account that i had paid $648 to Agoda for 3 nights. She did not believe me. Finally she went to another office and came back saying that i had paid. Never apologized. But the suite was wonderful. Everything in that area was safe. It was a wonderful experience beyond the check in. 2 days later I complained to another employee about what happened. He apologized and allowed us to check in 2 hrs later.

The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
- acA7967DH (2/5): Disappointed to say the least - My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. The sink in my bathroom broke and flooded the floor, soaking and ruining my entire makeup bag along with the majority of its contents. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a proper night’s rest, and the fridge in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor. The hot tub — one of the main reasons I booked this hotel — was never actually hot, even after I mentioned it to staff multiple times. When I went to the front desk for help, the staff were unkind, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the situation. After my stay, I emailed the hotel to share my experience and give them an opportunity to make things right, but I never received a response. Between the poor room conditions, lack of hospitality, and complete disregard for guest feedback, I can’t recommend this location and won’t be returning.

My dog loved the reception treats and was extremely well treated by the staff. Their key system needs improvement. Our cards stopped working all the time, and we always needed to go to reception to fix them/get new ones.

The rooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment ensuring enough space and privacy, while also having a great living room and kitchen for shared time.

I would definitely stay there agian. - A very nice apartment, many great restaurants nearby (cheap 2 blocks up, more expensive 2 blocks down). Dined at the Keg for old times sake (VG). Or walk 20 mins into the downtown area (Gas town) or 36 mins to Stanley Park (good lunch restaurant). The very helpful concierge helped me book an additional night when we arrived jet-lagged and fuzzy from 13 hours flying from New Zealand. The hotel is easy to get to, via the train from the airport. (Best and cheapest way). A 10 min walk, about half uphill but not too steep. I did not know until now that there is a pool on the rooftop, until writing this review!
- 476lenm (6/5): Ok accommodation but less than what was presented in advertisements for the building. - The room was clean and tidy. We felt that the pictures shown on the website that attracted to were better than the conditions of the unit. The lighting was low and the furnishings were job OK. The view from our unit patio was ok. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall it was an ok stay but somewhat below our expectations. We travel often and prefer to provide more positive feedback but it's our honest opinion of our stay.

Just wish there were a few more towels in the room as well as dishwasher detergent (only 1 pod in the room). We booked this place as there are food allergies in my family and cooking on our vacation was a must. I would have preferred not to have to ask every time we needed a new dishwasher pod. 1 pod a day would have been nice to keep things clean for my family of 4.

Aside from the fact that are a couple "unsavory" looking establishments across the road, the hotel is in an excellent location--just a couple blocks to Davie Street (which is full of pubs/eateries and leads to Stanley Park). It's also close to shopping on Granville.

- Susan Kerry (10/5): - Flew to Vancouver to see an event at Roger’s Arena…my partner and I, required a room close to downtown, clean, had a balcony, looking out to other hi end hi rises with trees everywhere!! Fully ready kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and a safe…A large closet to hang clothes, rather than leaving clothes in bags. Housecoat’s supplied for pool and spa time! Everything we needed, was available to us…was pleasantly surprised that there was a washer and dryer in suite!! Very Convenient! Also, parking (which is important, in downtown Vancouver!) Staff was very friendly and helpful! I wish check out time was 11:00 am and check in at 3:00 pm, as we had to rush to be out of the room and also, we flew in to Vancouver & we had to wait for our room for a couple of hours…that was the only inconvenience! High end shopping and wonderful eateries, Gaston within walking distance, if not handicapped! Security in the bldg was very good…everyone needed a fob card, to enter bldg and to use elevators…so there were no worries about leaving possessions in the room or in the parkade, while out and about! I feel the price was reasonable, as it was a package and included our flights, & for the quality of the rims and the location, I feel it was an excellent price! Would definitely, return and stay at The Level, next time I visit Vancouver!
- Candice (2/5): - No room services - trash stayed in our room the whole stay - had to ask for more towels and coffee - we were put on the ground floor in the back ally!! Waited to long and paid too much.. will be lookong elsewhere next time..
- Thuy (10/5): - The location is wonderful. You can walk to everywhere. Restaurants and shops are only a few blocks away. There is a coffee shop at the corner.

Great location near Yaletown with good selection of bars & restaurants.easy walk to Gas Lamp area and waterfront. Close to station /tube (sky train) from airport) . Had rooftop pool & jacuzzi and steam room and gym ( although we didn't get time to use) we had room 516 good size balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Only slight complaint is noisy main road below and night club over road...but to be expected in city. Would recommend.

- kevrockk (8/5): Vancouver stay - We stayed at the Level in Yaletown. Due to the neighborhood and location. A lot of nice restaurants close by and all in walking distance. It’s a nice hotel with a lot of amenities such as a pool and hot tub. They have a large gym as well. We were by the pool on the 6th floor. We had a patio as well. Room was a good size and had a full kitchen and our own washer/dryer. We would stay here again.
- Pam (10/5): - We were looking for a place close to the cruise port that had a kitchen and laundry as we were visiting Vancouver for a week before our cruise and this place had everything we wanted. Things we didnt like were minor; No table on the balcony and no USB ports.
- David (8/5): Let’s keep it Level! - Love staying at Level, I’m just hopeful they keep up on maintenance over time. Notices warped and molded wood underneath the sink. A lot of the lightbulbs were burnt out. Stained carpet. Warped floor paneling. They also upgraded our stay to a two room suite but that had a double bed in one room and two twins pushed together in the other room. A bit odd. Love the hotel, and the ability to basically rent a small apartment, but just hopeful they keep it up long term.

- Richard (8/5): - Spacious clean suite. No usb connection to charge your phone so bring a plug adapter. In suite laundry and stocked kitchen available with Keurig coffeemaker. A few breakfast spots nearby. Pool only open 10am to 10pm so no chance to use it after our evening concert or in the morning.
- Susan (10/5): Wonderful stay in Vancouver - Great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Elevators are a bit slow during busy periods to plan ahead and leave extra time if you’re on a time crunch.

- Done4Day (8/5): Nice hotel clean and comfortable - Booked a suite for three adults. Unit had a queen bed and a settee and an old fold up bed. Our grown daughter slept on the settee as it was more comfortable than the bed albeit her feet hung over the end. Unit was adequately supplied and was pretty clean when we arrived. Front staff was friendly and accommodating at both check in and out. The pool and hot tub were nice especially after long days walking Vancouver. Unit was centrally located and a short walk to any area of interest in downtown, Stanley Park, gastown and to the aquabus for glanville island. Hint! Immediately walk to the Yaletown stop of the aquabus and it will take you through the heart of the Yaletown restaurant scene and the lovely Urban Market grocery store. Sorry we didn’t discover this sooner. Overall the stay was fine but one word of caution. This is an urban area that is very lenient to transients and drug users. Anytime of the day be prepared to step around some zoned out folks. No one was aggressive with pan handling etc but in their state of mind you just have to be very careful. That said enjoy this delightful city and stay at Level Suites.

Quiet and spacious with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery within just a few blocks. We will definitely stay here again and make time to use the roof top pool and hot tub.

Great amenities, loved the rooftop pool and hot tub had a nice outdoor dining area with great seating! Only thing I would say I didn’t like was how long it can take getting an elevator up or down! And how there isn’t any sort of vending machines or anything for drinks!

- auntieolo (10/5): The Level Hotel was a great home away from home in the heart of downtown Vancouver/Yaletown. - We stayed at the Level for over a month for a medical trip. The pool and outdoor sitting area were fabulous. Ours was a wonderful suite fully outfitted for a long stay: washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/cooktop, fridge and freezer. Also two spacious closets and a nice desk. Comfortable bed and sofa (we had a visit from our son and the pullout was comfortable.) Clean and uncluttered. We enjoyed the restaurants in downtown/Yaletown area and the farmers market on Nelson. We enjoyed walks to English Bay and Yaletown. We could walk to VGH or take an inexpensive 10 minute Uber. Transit including buses, the Canada Line, and aqua buses were steps away. The staff were fabulous: the cleaning, maintenance and front desk all employed professional, competent, and caring individuals. I liked meeting the families who were there for vacations, as well as couples and working people. We were there for Pride and it welcomed a fun and diverse group of celebrants that weekend. I heartily recommend the Level Yaletown.

- Angela (10/5): - Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The building is in a safe, quiet, and very walkable neighbourhood with lots of dining options nearby. The suite was spotless and having a full-size kitchen was a huge plus. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic, though I didn’t check out the gym or steam room. I also really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower – a nice touch. A couple of small misses: no complimentary water (still or sparkling), and no coffee creamer provided (powder or half & half would have been nice). Overall, an excellent choice for an extended stay or anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location.

- Ronald (8/5): Pretty good - Enjoyed our stay, the bed was pretty good, the kitchen was nice. The balcony was not private and the chairs were dirty. We ended up using the in unit laundry which was convenient. The elevators were very slow and often too crowded to enter. The location was the best part of the stay, Yaletown is pretty central to a lot of offerings.

- domzo2017 (6/5): Nice rooms, need to keep better hours. - Nice hotel, clean and well situated. We were a little put off by the hours for check in and out. Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 am. When we asked for a late checkout we were granted an extra 30 minutes because they needed to flip the rooms as they were completely booked. I can understand this to a point, but house keeping does not clean rooms daily, so its not as though they needed to flip every room before the next round of check in. Pool hours were also limited 10:00 am to 10:00 PM.
