Erick (1/5): NA - Location was the only thing this motel has going for it. Everything else about it is terrible. Would like a full refund The motel room was very dirty, beds were terrible with springs popping up through them, mattresses were like old school bunk bed mattresses, could not sleep, broken furniture, door didn't even close all the way, bathroom door knob was falling off andthe microwave was broken After the first night we asked for a transfer to a different room which was not much better. Still very dirty, terrible mattresses with springs popping up, broken furniture, toilet was not even fixed to the floor. We stayed here for a business trip for 4 days, never again you deliver a full refund for this crap show.

Rooms looked like the inside of a trailer, cheap looking, bed really uncomfortable, hot water trickles out of shower, really old towels, heat/air condition has wrong cover. The whole thing looked cheesy and i had a sore back when I woke up. I would not stay here again unless absolutely necessary amd no where else to go. Overpriced for as sub standard it is. Dirty, poor accomodations, in disreapir, cheap looking, cold dirty laminate floors, no decor whatsoever.

Verified traveler (2/5): TERRIBLE - Do not stay here. Don't even book a room. They will NOT refund you no matter what. I booked a room a few nights ago so I could visit family in town. Checked in right at 6pm. The lady at the desk had to call someone else to check me in (language barrier, it's not an issue at all for me). But when she handed me the key, she never even checked my ID. Went to the room and immediately smelled cigarettes, terribly. The room looked very unkempt and felt dirty. We immediately decided we were not staying. The pillows were dirty (in the photo, that's not a shadow on the pillow), the microwave looked like it had been dropped out of a window, the sink area looked like it needed some repairing. The shower and toilet looked clean, but that is the ONLY positive thing. I barely stepped foot in there. There were bugs on the bed that did not move between the time I first checked in and the time I came back to take photos of the room, 2 hours later (I got a photo of the fly, but I did not get whatever the other bug was - it wasn't a fly). I tried to check out immediately, but the language barrier was an issue, so I went to visit family and came back 2 hours later and checked out. Hotels.com attempted to contact the motel for 2 days to check on a refund, but the motel refused. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Someone there could have called us to let us know the water was shut off . We got there early in the evening after 6 hours of driving and had to find another motel. Never again.

Seanandshelly (1/5): Do not stay need to turn and run fast. - Rate was fair. I guess? Left the motel with around 12 bed bug bites. Also they told me that they never charged my card for the deposit, Well they did and now my bank is now involved to get my deposit back. Very very disappointed.

Okin (5/5): OK to stay in a pinch. - There is a nice breakfast place just across the parking lot. It was quiet. It was clean but run down. We stayed here for a U of I graduation because the prices in Champaign were very high. I paid over $250 to stay here and while I knew they were price gouging, I really didn't expect it to be as run down as it was. They photo copied my credit card and driver's license which was unreasonable in terms of my privacy and identity safety.
