- Martinez (8/5): - La ubicación de la habitación era excelente, me encantan las instalaciones del jardín y la alberca, aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento a ésta. En la habitación con cama extra grande solo teníamos 2 almohadas cuando somos dos personas que requerimos 2 cada quien como las que teníamos en la habitación doble. La señal de WiFi no era buena y se desconectaba la tv , no pudimos ver nada.

- Martinez (10/5): - Me encanta la atención del personal, es muy amable. La habitación siempre limpia, las camas muy cómodas. Me gusta mucho este hotel, es mi favorito en Culiacán. Creo que es necesario darle mantenimiento a la alberca, en cuanto a la fuente, que es muy linda , y no me gustaría que por falta de este, dejara de funcionar.

- arianna (1/5): Falta de ética y poca confiabilidad - Tuve un muy mala experiencia. Cancelaron mi reservacion y pusieron puras justificaciones absurdas para hacerlo. El personal con el que trate fue nefasto, no resolvían nada y le hechaban la culpa a la aplicación de booking por la cancelación, lo cual no fue así. Me pareció mucha falta de ética todo lo que hizo este hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada

No tienen agua caliente (aunque en los servicios digan que sí) Algunas habitaciones dan hacía el estacionamiento por lo cual, hay pase constante de personas. En el reglamento indican que no ruido después de las 10, pero organizan bodas que duran hasta las 3 y ni decir de las personas alcoholizadas que se equivocaron de habitación e intentaron entrar donde estábamos mi esposo y yo. No te dan toalla para secarte las manos. La plancha que te prestan está mugrosísima, ensució la camisa blanca de mi esposo. La habitación cuenta con secadora que no funciona (hab 148) La piscina no tiene mucho mantenimiento, estaba el agua sucia.

- Andrew (4/5): - The hotel itself has a great location, pool, palm trees 🌴 everywhere, it's kinda set up like cabins, where the rooms are spread out, not all bunched up together, the one thing wrong with this place is they have a dance floor/ reception area right in the middle of the property which they rent out for weddings and parties which just ruined everything for me, the music didn't stop until 4am and I had to catch a flight at 7am,if i was aware of this is would've never stayed here, they obviously don't care if you get any sleep or not,,,just for that I wouldn't recommend this hotel....unless you don't mind being kept up all night with a bunch of noise

- Roberto (1/5): Servicio horrible. - Nada. Servicio terrible. Vendieron la habitación ya reservada y confirmada con una semana de anticipación. No contestaron el teléfono en 3 ocaciones el día de llegada y tampoco contestaron los mensajes en la aplicación. Su única solución fue decirme que cruzando la avenida había otro hotel.

- Adrian (1/5): - Varias cosas, me entregan mi habitación de reservación, y al abrir la puerta me percato que se encontraba ocupada, me cambian de habitación, y les reporto que hay bichos en la misma y tardan un par de horas en llegar, al amanecer de ese día mi niña amaneció con varios piquetes en su cuerpo, al día siguiente les reporto que encontramos una araña saliendo de la parte de abajo de la cama, se presento una empleada del hotel y nos ofreció el cambio de habitación lo cual aceptamos, pero de verdad muy fea dicha habitación, adicional a esto me pregunto que si había llevado al doctor a la niña, le comente que si, y me pidió copia de mi ticket, y me reembolsaron el 5=% del gasto generado.

They sent us to the farthest room from anything. Of course no hot water. I ask the front desk if they could supply hot water for a shower after we ate breakfast. The answer was a shrug and a coupon for a complimentary breakfast. I would rather have a shower.

My room had no pillows, no wastebasket, no internet, TV didn't work and then it did work the volume on the remote didn't work, room service messed my ordered up. i have stayed here before and it was okay but for reason this time it was disappointing to say the least.

- José Ramón (6/5): - Falta más vigilancia en las áreas comunes (alberca). Se presentó aproximadamente a las 7 A.M. con personas ebrias. Al externar la inconformidad en recepción quien nos atendió argumentó que esos huéspedes adquirieron bebidas alcohólicas en el restaurante del hotel y que por lo tanto no se podía hacer nada. Aun cuando era evidente el alto grado de alcoholemia, vocabulario y actitud que manifestaban ¡CREO QUE ESTE HOTEL EN DE ENFOQUE ESTÁ PERDIENDO el ambiente familiar que lo caracterizaba.

El trato al huésped en recepción por parte del joven de lentes fue excelente tiene mucha chispa para atender pero con las chicas del restaurante es todo lo contrario son groseras te hacen caras y el servicio es deplorable ya que les tienes que pedir una y otra vez las cosas.

- Ramon (6/5): - El hotel cuenta con áreas verdes y una alberca bastante grande lo malo es que hay pocas mesas con sillas en esa área La recepción esta horrible cables por todos lados me senté y por accidente tumbe la computadora El trato del personal en recepción es muy bueno me atendió una señorita delgada muy sonriente y un joven gordito de lentes fueron muy eficientes en su trabajo y con una excelente actitud de servicio. Las habitaciones son muy básicas las llaves que te dan se desactivan a cada rato mínimo tienes que ir al día unas 5 o 6 veces y es bastante molesto y se ve que en general a las habitaciones les hace falta mucho mantenimiento.
- Armando (1/5): My stay was a big disappointment. It was dirty and I would never stay or recommend staying there again or ever. - Property looked like it was going to be a great stay, but as we got closer to our room it changed. Landscape was not well taken care of, room was dirty and we had supply and technical issues. 1) Bathroom was clearly not cleaned. Toilet had pee marks and the inside of the toilet was also stained. 2) The shower had old hairs stuck to the wall with what looked like shaving cream. (Hopefully). 3) We were staying in a double room, but there was only ONE towel. When I asked about at least 2 more, they asked if there were at least 3 people staying in the room. 4) Pool was dirty with plants and debris. Although, this is kind of understandable since it’s outside and surrounded be trees. 5) Water pressure in the sink was close to nothing, and only with hot water. Nothing with the cold water knob. 6) Shower did really have much pressure either and there was essentially no hot water. It’s a hot city, but even-so, specially when traveling with kids, its important. 7) There were big rats outside on the garden area. Nothing inside the rooms. 8) Other issues with remote control and tv functionality and with bathroom window not having a screen 9) We were unable to connect to the wifi as the signal was not strong enough to make it all the way to our room
