Estacionamiento bajo techo
Buen restaurante El equipo gerencial vendió una habitación con algunas características que no fueron las que se me presentaron, lo que generó un grave inconveniente.

- Lona (8/5): Christmas 🎄 - The staff was great from the front desk, breakfast crew to maid., The gentleman at the front desk always knew who we were when he seen us. They do have a private parking garage which is needed in this area. They do have apartment sized stove but full sized fridge, they have dishes, & dishwasher. If you needed a bigger kitchen appliance like a crock pot you can get it at the front desk. The front parking check in needs to be bigger but they don't have space. It is close to the bar area so we did hear bar crowd at about 2 or 2:30 but didn't last very long. If you are expecting a view we had one of another parking garage & apartments.

- Jamie (8/5): Good place to stay downtown! - Bed wasn’t super comfortable—a little saggy
Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
Disappointed the hot tub was not working.
And doors from Garage to the hotel were often left open.
That said, we did love the location!
- Steve (10/5): Great location and price, right by all the downtown shops and restaurants. - It was great, they had it well organized and stocked. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that is such a subjective thing, I can't rate down much for that since it comes down to personal preference. Otherwise it was great.
- Chandra (10/5): - ♥️
- Christopher (10/5): - Staff have been so polite and helpful, especially a young man by the name of Chaiden (I believe is his name). Wonderful place to stay
- Kati (10/5): Great location, very safe and clean.Nice rooms and very quiet - Location and very clean The price was extremely high
- lance (10/5): Seeing a live music performance! - Awesome place to stay! Super convenient to all the great things downtown ! Will definitely stay again
- Annie (10/5): Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! - The location was amazing, right behind Mass. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! We were only there one night but want to stay again longer to enjoy the nice outdoor space! Nothing!
- Anne (10/5): People and pet friendly! - I brought my dog, and the set up was perfect for us, plus I loved the kitchenette- it was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Couldn’t really ask for more. Oh- and the free indoor parking was really nice!
- Mikal (9/5): Had a great comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast after a night out 👍🏻 - I really liked that it was close to all the stuff downtown! If you have a big vehicle it’s a little tight getting around in the parking area but it wasn’t terrible
- Anna (9/5): -
- Caitlin (10/5): -
- Rachel (10/5): - The room has everything you need and nice size.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Spacious room, we'll equipped kitchen. Walkable to Mass Street. Easy drive to KU.
- Misty (10/5): - Free breakfast options are ok.Xbox won’t run here. They really need to upgrade their beds. It’s ok for a night, but they are extremely firm for any extended stays. No one ever cleaned the room even after multiple weeks asking. Every day we had to ask for supplies and towels or bedding. I have changed all the sheets in the suite by myself every time. Two months later, they still haven’t cleaned the room. I bought cleaning supplies and trash bags for both rooms and toilet paper but don’t have any access to a broom or vacuum. It’s a nice hotel but they are definitely short staffed with the housekeepers. It’s a little pricey to be servicing the room with supplies by myself. I have even given the front desk a list of items, more than once, that the room needed for the stay. Sometimes I would get the items fast and other times they just didn’t even come upstairs. One important thing was that the staff was nice. However, I don’t believe that upper management handled a situation with another guest properly. Solo travelers, there’s no security at this hotel. You are staying where you’re on your own if there are any issues. Be careful and aware of this. It’s a clean property and pool with a beautiful courtyard. The maintenance team was very helpful and always friendly.I would recommend this hotel to anyone unless you need really fast internet for work or your kids want to play a game console. The internet connection drops or just won’t connect.Very Hard beds but love it here.Great people.
- Heidi (10/5): - Sorry for the late rating! Everything was great! Thanks!

- michelle (10/5): Clean and convenient - Clean, close to Mass St, friendly staff
- Belinda (10/5): - Very clean updated and kitchenette was great!
- Annette (10/5): - Was very please with the hotel, services and the overall experience during my stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.
- AreWeThereYet87 (6/5): Unpleasant smells everywhere, understaffed, poor maintenance leading to safety issues and mildew - Pros/Cons below.
This place has so much potential, but seems to be poorly managed and maintained. I get the impression that it’s understaffed, so maybe that’s the issue.
Without actually counting, it seems like there’s half (or less) the number of staff I’d expect at a large, higher end hotel. For the price people are paying for rooms, they should be able to pay a few more people and offer wages that attract workers.
Pros:
- Clean room, though found a few dirty (run through the dishwasher but that didn’t get them cleaned) dishes
- Staff is friendly and responsive
- Great pillows (I love smushy ones that I can manipulate into the shape I want, and these are perfect…no solid lumps of stuffing).
- Solid kitchen setup if you’re cooking in your room. Plenty of tools and utensils to cover the basics.
Cons:
- SMELLY -The worst is alllll the smells. If you’re pregnant or have an otherwise sensitive nose, steer clear. The lobby smells like mildew and funk. The halls smell like stale, muggy air mixed with a variety of (not pleasing) food smells. The room smelled…weird. Not horrid, but like someone had cooked something and then the air hadn’t circulated in a month. In my opinion, that’s probably the problem. They have kitchens in the rooms (plus people get carry out), but there’s no air filtration or circulation happening so the stink just lingers. I know I’m on the smell-sensitive side (nothing dramatic), but if this sort of thing bothers you, be warned.
- POOR MAINTENANCE - this is a newer hotel, so maybe they’re not used to needing to fix things, but there was one main standout as far as important maintenance that needs to be done yesterday. (Or 6 months ago). The door to the pool doesn’t fit the frame (probably swollen due to moisture…see notes about no air circulation and lots of standing water), so the door stays open unless you really yank it shut. Actually, both doors separating the lobby from the pool do this, but the door closer to the pool does it to a greater degree. (Definitely a safety issue for families with small kids! Both doors were “propped”/stuck open when we went to the pool. Any kid could wander in.) Beyond that, it’s likely the source of the mildew smell in the lobby. There are other less important maintenance issues (like wall holes patched but not painted), but that’s the main one.
- UNSAFE POOL DECK - Why in blazes would you use *slippery* tiles around a pool? They not only have large, smooth-ish tiles around the pool, but the deck isn’t graded and draining properly (or at all). Like, there’s a half inch of water standing in puddles in many places. I can’t tell if the slippery deck is because of the tile choice alone, or because the standing water is leading to some sort of slimy build up on the floor. Either way, it’s not just normal, “don’t run at the pool” slippery. It’s “holy moly, walk slowly or you’ll be at urgent care” slippery. It feels a bit like walking on a greased surface.
Overall, the location is great (close to lots of dining options, shops, and the Saturday Farmer’s Market!), but the overall smelly, unkempt vibe kind of ruined it for me.
- Chad (10/5): - Great location and excellent staff
- Mark (10/5): - It was clean and modern in a good location. Staff was helpful
- Sherry (10/5): - We loved the 2 bedroom suite. However the kitchen trash was full of trash from a previous guests. Loved the location! Friendly staff. Breakfast was great!
- Rachel (10/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful
- Jason (10/5): Lawrence Trip - Great location and friendly staff. Enjoyed all of it.
- Heather (10/5): - Great staff, cute area!
- Nora (10/5): - It was wonderful stay staff was all really nice. Especially Chadian and Christian were especially nice and helpful
- Stephany (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - They were out of waffle mix for breakfast. Went out to eat breakfast at a different restaurant. Spots/stains on the sofa.
- Rachel (8/5): - Everything
- Lionel (7/5): Good -
- Natalie (8/5): - We had a nice time
- Valerie J (6/5): A little pricey - This was a nice hotel, but not for the price. My shower was lukewarm both days, the pool was not working and the internet was not great.
- Lionel (7/5): Good -
- Michael (10/5): Remodeling but location, location and location. - The property is remodeling so things are a little dusty but the service and location is hard to beat! Breakfast spread is what you'd expect but offer a wide variety of items. Once the remodel is done I'm sure it will be wonderful.
- Misty (8/5): - Staff were friendly. Extremely clean. The problem was the people stomping around upstairs all night and the baby screaming down the hall into the morning and being booked by the storage door for housekeeping. I had zero sleep and was told management would contact me. I did not receive a call. Eggs were not refreshed so they were almost gone and very dry. Luckily they had other decent options. Usually every time is excellent but this was a miss.
- Sarah (7/5): Nice hotel, needed definite cleaning for a pet friendly hotel. - The space in the suite was great, plenty of room. Our room smelled like urine, and there was dog hair on the couch. Not a great experience.
- Heather (9/5): Superb -
- Gen (3/5): Poor -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great service - Called to ask for an early check in since we were driving for several hours. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and accommodating!
- Deborah (8/5): Very good -
- Ada (7/5): Good -
- Stephen (10/5): - Great sleep clean room friendly staff. GM is a 10 start guy.
- Rhonda (7/5): Good - Location is excellent. Facility is clean. Bed was not comfortable. Traffic noise.
- Katie (10/5): - We loved it! Our room was very comfortable, with a small kitchen & a big fridge! The room had comfortable bed & a nice couch right next to a light that was perfect for reading. The shower was great, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled great & felt luxurious. This room would be great for a business trip, with a large desk & plenty of storage.
The location was absolutely perfect, right around the corner from coffee shops, restaurant, and several great little dive bars, all within walking distance!
It was a little hard to get in & out of the parking garage, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.
We really liked it here, and we would definitely stay again!
- Seth (6/5): - The carpet was old and worn away in several areas throughout the hotel, part of the wall had noticeable water damage, the gates for parking were broken on one side making it a one-way instead of just opening the broken gate on the other side. Staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself has seen better days
- Ryan (8/5): - I had rented out a room for my parents to come and visit. The Room was really nice and had a full fledge kitchen inside it. The only thing that concern me was the internet. It could of been the tv but we was keep getting the infinity lagging circle. Besides the room was awesome.
- Michelle (9/5): Got a good night’s rest after a hard day’s work! - All was clean, comfortable and convenient. It was upbeat and modern. The television channel selection.
- Hector (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gibson (8/5): Very good -
- Rose (10/5): - Great location & property was clean
- Samuel (10/5): Short visit, definitely will return. - The sweet lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We asked her some questions about parking and food and she answered them all with a smile. The room was very clean and quiet. We only stayed one night but it would be excellent for a vacation stay or business stay, as it has a kitchenette with everything you need. The shower was hot with good water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great. We will stay here again.
- Misty (10/5): - Always a pleasure to stay here.Everything was lovely.
- Swafford (6/5): Pleasant -
- Laurie (10/5): Run to make your reservation! - Very clean upscale hotel. Nice to have mini-kitchen and be close to downtown Lawrence. Free underground parking and a pool and hottub. Run don't walk to make a reservation!
- Jody (4/5): close to unacceptable - location was good, close to MASS I went down for breakfast 8:45. Ending time was 9am. Staff had already started clearing out the food, hot foods & yogurt, pastries. I did get things to eat. 2 more groups came in after me, all food was cleared. The attendant clearing this out was SO loud, At 9am, all staff went on break, she left her cart of food in dining area.
The AC unit in my room was SO loud all night. I suggest having this repaired
The internet would not work in my room. I was connected to hotel Wi-Fi, but no internet. The front desk told me it was probably my room, that has trouble getting the internet. I was told to call a phone # to step me through connecting. This was unacceptable
- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect location in Lawrence where so many things are within walking distance. Kind of an odd room layout with the TV. Would stay at again.
- tracy (10/5): - Great location!
- Mike (6/5): It’s fine but doubt a return stay - Pictures of the property make it seem much better than it was. Room bathroom needed to be updated. Breakfast was meh, not really worth it.
- Jorge (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nixon (10/5): - Great location. You feel safe and at home.
- Nixon (10/5): - Great
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - Room was really nice, check in was quick and easy. Great experience, I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Lawrence!
Only drawback was I forgot my shirt in my room! 😫 that’s not on the hotel though, remember to take all your stuff!!
- Misty (10/5): - It was a lovely stay. Enjoyed the patio. Everything was clean and updated. Helpful and always kind staff had cool new shirts. Pool was clean. My favorite place to stay in Lawrence.
- Misty (10/5): - Always a pleasure to stay here.
- Tera (6/5): - Room not clean, dirty underwear left in the room on the kitchen chair. Charged me twice and the manager never returned my phone call.
- Misty (10/5): - Enjoyed the courtyard. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Love staying here. Really friendly staff.
- Misty (10/5): - Love everything about my last stay! Friendly staff. Easy parking. I just wish they would get the juice machine fixed for breakfast. The water was out too. No yogurt or boiled eggs this time. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it usually is. Otherwise, room was extremely clean.
- Matthew (10/5): - Very nice, close to Massachusetts St. we could walk to dinner and look around.
- Victoria (10/5): Great place to stay - Located close to a center with many restaurants and cute shops
- Angelina (10/5): - Location is awesome! We were in the middle of downtown which had a cool down to watch hipster vibe. It was a very walkable area and felt completely safe. We arrived at night and utilized their drive up check in. Parked in the convenient underground parking.
Continental breakfast was awesome! We had a variety to choose from: an oatmeal bar, cold cereal bar, or hot breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravel, sausage/baccon), various fruit, various yogurt flavors, apple juice, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee, hot cocoa. Superb!
Pool had great hours of availability! Gym looked cool.
Room was amazing! Clean! Roomy! Great temperature management. Tons of storage space for extended stays.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good But Flawed - For whatever reason, I like this hotel. I always stay here when I'm in town. It has gone downhill since I started coming though.
First the good things. I always get a suite, so I have a little room to live in. And there's a full size frig. and a 4 burner range with an oven. The bed is super comfortable. The water gets hot and (for a hotel) there's reasonable water pressure. There's an underground garage built in so parking is frictionless. It's in downtown Lawrence which is convenient for eating out or shopping. The front desk is always accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is surprisingly good for a 'free' hotel breakfast. I never use the weight room or the pool.
Now the bad. There used to be a full compliment of pots and pans to cook with. This time my room only had a fry pan and a roaster - and most of the Teflon has already flaked off the fry pan. The front desk sent up a new sauce pan for me - but I think it should be stocked before I get there. The dishwasher was not emptied and hadn't been run. One knife in the drawer had de-hydrated butter on it. There was someone's 'floss brush' in the crease in the desk chair. The couch leans hard to one side. The air con smells like mold. The TV used to include HBO, but now has Netflicks (but only if you have an account) and YouTube with commercials every couple of minutes. I had no phone bars the first day - but one the second.
In short, it wouldn't take much to make it a pretty great place to stay. But errors are in details.
- Jessica (10/5): - Great property and such nice staff!!
- Misty (10/5): - Bed was amazing. Breakfast was great. Very nice staff and very clean.
- Diana (8/5): - Loved the room and location and security just didn’t love that we didn’t have house cleaning during our 3 night stay
- PAUL (10/5): Return to Lawrence - Nice stay in Lawrence. Glad that they have new hotels there.
- Brent (10/5): - Close to downtown
