Every woman loved this hotel and recommended we use this hotel again in the future. The recent renovations were so nice it was like staying in a brand new hotel. The ladies specifically mentioned how comfortable the new beds and pillows were, the nice and helpful staff and that the hotel was super clean. Many of the ladies used the gym and said the breakfast was great too. We had several seasoned travelers who stay at Hampton Inns often and they said this was the nicest Hampton Inn that they had every stayed at. Highly recommend for individuals and groups as this is excellent value.

The rooms were clean, they had breakfast, it was a good middle group for every location we went to. Julie is a great contact here. She answered my emails quickly and was on top of every question I had. This is a great option for guests!

- CHristy (10/5): nice hotel for a weekend stay - i liked the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast the entryway smelled of cigarette smoke every time we came in and out, maybe move the ash trays a bit farther away from the doors? a group of sports teams were there and were running up and down the hallway saturday night until after 1 am screaming and laughing. i called the front desk to ask someone to intervene. the shower was so hard to turn on. the instructions on how to turn it on were not helpful.

I was waiting for my son to come down from his room to give him some muffins, since he was staying with his team and my husband and I were in a different reservation. I went to the convenience store, and when I came out, the guy at the reception told me I couldn't steal. I didn't understand him, and he seriously said, "You can't steal, I saw your hand in the cooler." I was left with a look on my face like, "What's wrong with you? I'm a 41-year-old woman." And then he just wanted to smooth things over and say it was a joke. What kind of joke is that to tell a guest? It was quite inappropriate and racist.

- Carl Elisse (6/5): Nice facilities but inconsiderate neighbors during my stay. - Off the highway and food spots were nearby. I sent complaints about noisy rooms above me and near me but nothing was achieved day after day. The walls were thin and i heard lots of banging on the walls by children past 10pm on a Saturday and Sunday night and mainly thumping on the ceiling. Probably had about 45-1.5 hours of sleep when i started the two nights. I considered staying the night in my car but the heat got to me, so i took my range noise cancelling headsets with me inside on my last night. Still felt the vibrations and thumping but the noise was at zero.

- J6643PZjanag (10/5): Absolute best! - I had the great fortune to stay at this Hampton Inn while in the area for family business. My stay lasted several days. I was amazed at the day-to-day consistency of the staff and their total commitment to cleanliness, service, and assistance. The hotel is spotless - all the time. The amenities are excellent, very convenient and user-friendly. The staff is pleasant and friendly, not only with guests but with each other as well. Their teamwork is incredible. I observed many types of guests arrive while I was there. This is a perfect hotel for so many different occasions - vacation, business, events, etc. Everyone was treated as a valued guest. I want to give a shout out to the amazing housekeeping staff - Vicky, Claudia, Maria, Jasmine, Valentine, Teresa, and Marta (I hope I didn't leave anyone out!). And another shout out to the excellent team at the front desk - Don, Juliana, Cal, Nicole, and Jack. You made sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable, safe stay. I hope I get to stay with you again sometime!

- Julia (10/5): - The front desk was exceptionally friendly even when we arrived late into the night. The room was especially clean and sheets freshly laundered. I loved the well thought out layout of the room. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional and I appreciated how clean and well stocked it remained until breakfast ended. The pool was quite beautiful too. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with my stay and hope to be back to enjoy this well managed hotel in the future.

To begin with, I received a warm greeting when I arrived from the individual at the front desk, and he ensured that I received the information that I needed about the hotel. Secondly, from the parking lot, to the entrance of the building, and the interior areas, they were all extremely clean. Thirdly, the hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is what I needed. Finally, I highly recommend this hotel.

- Florence (10/5): Hampton 5 stars - Hotel was really nice and clean. Looks updated compares to some other Hampton Inns. Check in service was friendly and easy. This one had a half basketball court, mini golf area and a nice pool. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was great and clean area. Would be back again

The bathroom set-up is one of the best I've seen in a hotel--almost enough hooks for each person to hang up their towel, lotion pump bottle available, instructions to use the shower, pump bottles for shampoo and conditioner so we don't make plastic waste with all the little travel size bottles. Front desk folks were really nice. The wifi was slow. Some pages took a long time to load. Maybe it was the time of day...at other times it was good enough to stream a (low res) movie.

I like to have fresh air sometimes instead of air conditioner only. I have allergies and fresh air helps. To exchage external air it helps with smells and with not using air conditioning all the time.
