- Rosalinda (1/5): Scary Dangerous Horrible - The property is nice on the outside Ive been to many hotels and this hotel was the dirtiest Me and my toddler couldn’t sleep the people next door were loud the entire night, i called the front desk many times and they never answered to the point i had to call the police because the guys next door where abusing 2 females and the front desk never answered the beds where placed on the side where other people place there heads to so they kept banging my toddler was afraid I thought hotels had policies the people in front desk do not care about the safety of the hotel this is the last time i stay at five star inn would not recommend it Id like to feel safe when im traveling but this was not the case!!!!

- Güera (8/5): Price was very reasonable online but now deposit is too much. - Now the deposit is $100 & not $40 one person messed this up for everyone that's messed up I can't / don't have $100 for deposit for the room so it looks like I won't be staying here anymore..

Nosotros no usamos efectivo y en la página principal no dice que tienes que pagar el depósito en efectivo, terrible nosotros con la bebé y cansados para pasar por esto. Todo muy sucio desde el piso, paredes todas llenas de parches mal hechos, telarañas, las toallas amarillas y manchadas.... parece que empezaron a reparar y lo dejaron a medias.... En la madrugada un pleito que duró casi hasta las 6 de la mañana y no había seguridad para que sacaran a las personas de la propiedad casi 4 horas y nadie llego, golpes, gritos, .... tome hasta videos porque es increíble un escándalo de esa magnitud y nada de seguridad. No pudimos descansar no sabíamos en que lugar de mala muerte esta vamos y sin un oficial de seguridad casi a lado de la recepción. La recepción tiene hasta vidrio contra balas y de noche atienden por una ventana.

- Faith (10/5): Surpassed my expectations without breaking my bank!! Five stars!!! - People minded their own business and were respectful of others staying there. Very nice quiet little hidden gem in a hole in the wall location you wouldn't expect to be so exceptionally pleasant of a stay. Very clean too. Friendly staff, plus they welcomed my pit bull puppy without hesitation! BIG plus, definitely would recommend to friends and would stay here again. More shaded parking spaces would be nice.

- James (1/5): AVOID DO NOT STAY HERE. NO NO NO. UNSAFE. - Property was dangerous, criminal activity in the parking lot, felt unsafe. Was refused access to my room, unless cash deposit but I felt unsafe carrying money. No refund given. Even though I canceled. Unsafe, bad, filthy, scam hotel. Dangerous people, require that you carry cash among criminals, what do they expect to happen?! I asked how to get a refund, I took those steps, NO REFUND GIVEN.

- Gregory (2/5): it was uneasy to check-in, uncomfortable and not one of the best experiences at all. - it wasn’t very clean or easily accessible so i didn’t like much about the property it was dirty, some things were falling apart, the room wasn’t updated, had damages on the ceiling, the lobby was under construction, the parking lot was dirty and hard to maneuver in, the manager was rarely available, and saying he was going to do things but never followed thru, people were unable call or email during the day, and the bed started falling into itself.

Upon arrival there was many random people walking around the parking lot which is left unsecured so that was alarming, then as I went to the room it’s nothing like advertised and I have videos of live bugs crawling around the shower and floor. I left that room so quick and will never return.

- Alfredo (1/5): Confusing. The rooms were relatively clean and in relatively ok conditions, but the ones Istydin smelled like cigarettes - Reasonable prices Most of the rooms I got smelled like cigarettes. Even tho it’s a none smoking place.
