- Ruwini (10/5): A peaceful paradise retreat - I had an incredible stay at Vanilla Hill Lodge in Chiang Mai. Nestled in the rainforest, the cottage offered breathtaking views of the tree canopies and mountain ranges. The cabin was elevated, offering serene and peaceful surroundings. Everything was spotless and comfortable, with a fantastic rainwater shower and delicious breakfast options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The only small tip I’d give is to bring some mosquito repellent since it’s in the jungle, but overall, it was a perfect, rejuvenating getaway! Nothing.

We had on 1 day a big snail and u huge spider in the room. No pool, nothing to do. No discount on Booking can compensate that.
- Hauzi (5/5): DO STAY AT VANILLA IF ITS WEATHER IS RAINY - Gloomy place to stay especially it the day is wet and rainy. Good location for couple who wants to hibernate. Not suitable for children and it do not have any facilities for them. Food...for breakfast....limited choice. No Wi-Fi. Slippery routes to the villa. TV was not working. Villa is to far from groceries shop and transport is not available for us to go out. Lighting is not good. The dullest place to stay. We cut short our stay and go elsewhere better.
- Alexander (8/5): Very good - It was exactly what we were looking for. Outside Chiang Mai in between nature, off the beaten tourist track. The staff was absolutely helpful at all times. Breakfast was great, we could always ask for more, so there was no waste of food. The couch was quite dirty and could use either a cleaning or an update.

Customer service above what I have experienced at other facilities. Have absolutely no complaints or any suggestions to better the service
