- davidsP1964HW (4/5): Stay elsewhere! - Avoid! Room doors don’t shut properly, Bathroom doors don’t close. Luggage carts busted. Jelly at breakfast had mold. All in all, this is a two-star property at best.

- yorkshireus (6/5): Ok for a night - Ok for one night. Located in an area of competing hotels. It is next to an abandoned cinema so a little off putting. Rooms were fine but the hallway had an unpleasant odor.

- mtZ9763WU (10/5): Top of my list when staying in Amarillo - We loved everything about this hotel! Jessica, the front desk mgr was very friendly and helpful. Kaila, Cindy and Shawna served breakfast with a very friendly and warm greeting. They were very attentive to my needs. The breakfast area was very clean, and well stocked with a variety of foods. The salt water hot tub is 100% great! The salt water swimming pool was large. It was a little bit cold for my taste, but we had the whole swimming area often to ourselves. The workout room is centrally located and very clean. It was mostly unused, also. We plan to stay at Home2 Suites in Amarillo the next time we are in town.

- GrandTour46005642976 (10/5): If you want a friendly I mean friendly bubbling people you need to book this place - The room was BIG we fell in love so roomy. We asked for bacon if they had any and Mckaila was so kind to make my family some she waited on us like it was a restaurant hands down! The best service we have ever had that comes from ALL of us! 3 families from Altus, Bartlesville, and Dallas. Amanda was GREAT greeting everyone with a smile! I may add my son broke his glasses we had a family reunion at 9! So I’m struggling and Amanda was great in assisting me on fixing them! Most places don’t take time to even help guest just say no! If you want to feel at home this is the place the name HOME 2 describes it BEST ❤️

I couldn't get past the rust around the drain in the bathroom sink, easily and inexpensively remedied. Aside from that, everything was good, including access to nearby restaurants.

Mattress not that comfy, but doable. Nice fridge/freezer, roomy bedroom. Bathroom door difficult to use and toilet paper hard to reach. Nice in-room coffee selection. Loved the saltwater pool and breakfast selections!

- C2898SVevelynk (6/5): Clean room but with door issue - We needed an earlier check in and Jessica, the front desk made sure we had a room so we can prepare and get ready for our activity for the day. She did a fantastic job. The only problem was that the door won’t open easily. My husband had to pull it with so much force. The floor was protruded right where the door area is. This room might have been under repair but it was the only door available.
- Rong (6/5): - The AC was very loud, it came on periodically when set to auto and would always wake me up because it was so loud. It wasn’t just loud, due to the close proximity to the bed, you can actually feel the vibration from it. The bed sheets were not cotton, if you’re a hot sleeper and have to stay here, bring your own sheets. We got a room close to the breakfast area, at 5am the staff started preparing breakfast while chatting loudly. Needless to say, I got just about 3 hours of sleep all night. Will not return.
- Heather (10/5): - The breakfast was so good and with many options. It was mostly the usual hot breakfast items with a few extras to make it excellent. A flavored water option, biscuit sandwiches could be created, fresh yogurt, and even a fun Texas shaped waffle for the kids. I especially enjoyed the bedroom. The dividing curtain was a nice touch to give the feeling of privacy, separating the King bed from the sofa bed where my kids slept. The small kitchenette was stocked well and the fridge was a great size!

- brentf937 (4/5): - In July in Texas you have to make sure you AC units are working. Ours kept turning on and off. Went to the front desk, gentleman came up and checked it out. Said it was a new unit and that he wasn't for sure what was happening. Just told me to turn it all the way down and then it should eventually cool off. I would expect that from a another hotel change but i have always had a great experience with Hilton.

The room had good facilities including dishes, cutlery, fridge, dish washer etc. Room was spacious and all facilities were very good. We as a family were happy about the accommodation. The morning breakfast was very good. Lot of good food options. The gym was very well equipped. The pool was nice. The staff were friendly and nice. Overall very happy with our stay at this Home2Suites location.

The only issues with the room were the tub barely drained and the air-conditioning did not cool well. Overall though it's a nice hotel with great staff.

- V825QVsusanl (10/5): 5 STAR HOTEL - Jess at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. We arrived after a bad experience with a rude front desk clerk at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. So we arrived after at Home 2 to a clean lovely hotel and a front desk clerk who greeted everyone with over the top customer service. The free break was delicious.

- dburdeny (10/5): Best Location Big Texan - Great comfortable room and sleep. Clean, modern hotel, and quite. Room is clean and modern, and so is the bathroom. Comfortable bed, sheets, pillows and towels. Parking perfect. Have been here before and will stay here again. Highly recommend. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting The Big Texan Restaurant (which I also highly recommend)
- EdUrias (10/5): Excellent Customer Service - My spouse and I had to pick up my father in law after a hospital discharge and Southwest Airlines denying his boarding home. Looked online and booked a reservation at this hotel and Jesse was extremely helpful. Jesse booked us a room on the ground level and he allowed us to use a chair and a luggage transporter to get him from the car to our room. Room was super clean and Jesse helped us with the location of the laundry room. This hotel is located to many nearby eateries and we enjoyed our favorite BBQ spot; Rudy’s. As a former Diamond Hilton honor member, I’ve stayed at many properties, but I need to acknowledge the great level of customer service that Jesse had provided. You have an “asset” here at your hotel, and I hope you recognize him.

I didn’t have to complain cause someone else did and it was handled . I checked in at 3 pm Thursday and the young man was super helpful , the lady who worked that shift the next day was the best !!!!!!! College student and just a wonderful person ❤️❤️❤️ those two should get a raise or a hotel of their own to run …

I did like that they had a big hot tub spa and a nice pool inside. Dina was especially nice to us and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had so far.

The waffles were very good and they had a yummy breakfast sandwich, which was awesome. Dina was so so nice! We even got free waters and a little package of Cheesezits when we arrived.
