• Emre Ege (8/5): Great hostel with best staff - The beds were comfortable, room was spacious. There are lockers with locks you can use in the room though they are a bit small. Bathroom was mostly clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is really close to major attractions and the train station. It was a bit noisy at night due to the hostel being on the street. Beds didn't have curtains.

• martin (7/5): Útil para tres días en escocía con presupuesto acotado - La cercanía, poder entrar y salir a cualquier horario, las conexiones eléctricas y la vista de la cocina eran muy bonitas, también pude lavar ropa sin problemas A pesar de decir q no hablaba bien inglés, la recepcionista hablaba muy rapido cuando me comentó las normas del lugar, no tenía gente esperando ni otras tareas, simplemente Quetia deshacerse de mi para continuar de ocio en la pc. Los baños no eran cómodos para ducharse. Quizás colocando un banco afuera de las duchas sería muy útil para acomodarse luego de la ducha.

• Irja (7/5): Freundlich, gut und günstig - Lage super, auf der Royal Mile, allerdings nicht ganz leicht zu finden, versteckter und verwinkelter Eingang; Frühstück gegenüber im Schwester-Hostel fantastisch (£4), staff freundlich, Zimmer und Sanitärbereiche sauber Recht laut (mein Schlafsaal leider direkt über einer Livemusik-Kneipe, Verkehrslärm auf Kopfsteinpflasterstraße und Glascontainerleerung vor der Tür), recht eng (Küche, öffentliche Bereiche), sehr wenige Toiletten/Duschen/Waschbecken für die Anzahl Gäste

• MENGLIN (9/5): - The whole hostel looks quite old, but has all the thing we need. The location is good, in the city center and close to the train station. It is on the second floor in the building, no lift for this, so not recommend to ppls with big luggage. It will be better if there is somewhere to put small items when laying down.

• Tomás (7/5): - La ubicación es lo mejor del hostel y probablemente lo único excelente. Hay pocos baños y las camas no son tan comodas. Pero es suficiente para pocas noches. No usé la cocina. Hay pocos baños, uno para mujeres y otro para all genders. Lo que siendo hombre te deja en gran desventaja. Solo 2 duchas y una no tenía agua caliente.

• Elodie (3/5): Inconfortable, décevant mais bien placé. - Seul l’emplacement est bien Le lit n’est pas confortable et pas d’intimité aucun rideau. L’isolation est médiocre vous entendez tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue. Tout est très vétuste : le lit (et le matelas), les douches les wc… Vous avez la possibilité de laisser vos bagages dans l’autre hôtel partenaire (plutôt positif à première vue) cependant lorsque vous allez pour les récupérer aucun contrôle n’est effectué donc n’importe qui aurait pu repartir avec mes affaires. Un sérieux manque de sécurité.

• Amy (7/5): Happy with this cozy hostel - The beds were comfy and clean. I liked the keys for entrance, room and locker all together. The place is tidy and very nice chilling spots, although it's small it's cozy. I really enjoyed my stay. The doors maybe could use a bit of oil on the hinges or something, the door to the room was creaking badly when we opened it, not a problem in the day but at night it was definitely the door making the most noise just from creaking open which wasn't the nicest.

• Fruzsina (9/5): Nice and clean hostel at a wonderful location. - Perfect location, staff is very kind and helpful. The luggage storage opportunity was much appreciated as we only went to the airport late at night. Since there are very few showers, it would be great to have some curtains on the beds, if needed one could change their clothes there (since the room is mixed-gender). A small shelf next to the bed would also be appreciated to keep phone, earplugs, water, other small items nearby without rolling over them at night during sleep.

• Macarena (9/5): Fits with not being at the hostel all day - for a comfortable sleep and facilities - As far as hostels go, it has all the necessary infrastructure and vibes :) The reception host was friendly. The location is superb! I was a bit cold at night, so heavier blankets could perhaps be provided. I thought it was useful they sell power adapters at the reception desk, however, considering it's a hostel with travelers coming from all over the world, perhaps a lending system would be nicer (leaving a deposit and then returning the power adapter to receive the deposit back). The bathrooms were fine but I've seen cleaner ones at hostels!

• Jessica (9/5): - A lovely, small, cozy hostel right on the Royal Mile. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bunks were comfortable and everything was clean. We appreciated the free coffee, towels, use of the kitchen, and baggage storage at their sister hostel. Loved the overall vibe and the quiet times after 10pm. It felt like we were amongst other chill backpackers, not a party hostel but could still get involved with bigger events and pub crawls if we wanted. Great value too. Would 100% recommend!!! The place is homely, not modern (this did not bother us at all, just something to note). Curtains on the dorm beds would have made it exceptional. The window in the room was thin so we could hear some road noise. Earplugs sorted that out though which the hostel also provide.
