- Petro (10/5): Very beautiful and cozy. - We did not have breakfast More coffee and tea in the rooms. There was only one coffee and one tea that we had the evening. We left without any thing to drink the next morning.

- Nhlalala (7/5): Comfy rooms & good breakfast, however no sleep due to noisy partiers - I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, modern facilities as well as the breakfast I did not like the noise levels that night which caused our entire family to lose sleep ahead of a long trip from Jwaneng to Maun. We complained to get assitance from staff to calm the crowd as it was already heading for midnight. Only around 1am did they want to assist one of the rooms with moving to a different area on the property - but this was late and it would still leave the rest of the group disadvantaged. In the morning after a bit of back and forth the staff helped rectify this issue. Definitely not a great first impression for some of us who were staying here for the first time due to a recommendation.
- Marquerite (10/5): Wonderful stay over - We traveled from SA to Namibia and needed a place to stay over. This hotel made our long journey comfortable and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

- Kedibone (10/5): Exceptional - There is a restaurant onsite and the food is great. It was my colleague's birthday and the chef made it special with a piece of cake.
The staff is always ready to serve and they go an extra mile. The rooms are not soundproof so i could hear the noise from other rooms
- Dinzo (10/5): Exceptional - The design of the hotel. We got there after 00h00 the host was welcoming, he showed us our room and how everything works N/A
- Johan (2/5): Corrupt staff - Not much When we arrived, our booking had been given to someone else. It seemed like the staff was involved in some corrupt activity
- Teboho (9/5): Superb -
- Rhys (8/5): Very good - We were moved to the new modern hotel, which was very comfortable, but the big pool, which was the reason we booked was closed as the other guest suites I actually booked were being renovated. I was not notified of this

- Bruno (8/5): Relaxing stay - - The friendly and helpful staff.
- The rooms are big with a lot of space.
- The facilities are always kept clean and tidy and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. - Everything was fine. If there was anything, it would be that the lightning in the rooms are not kept the same (cold white or warm white) light. A more uniform lighting concept should be kept, but that is a subjective assessment. I prefer warm white light for a relaxed ambiance.
- The waiting times at the restaurant could be shorter. Waiting times for a meal take really long. Efficiency in Restaurant Service / Kitchen Service should be improved.
- The bathroom / toilet facilities in the rooms need to be modernised. Sometimes the toilets did not flush properly.
- Naledi (8/5): Very good -
- Bertus (1/5): It was a horrible experience, this hotel does not cater for a traveler, it is a party hub. - Horrible Experience. Party house, No sleep, No towels, No hot water, No camper parking, terrible food,
- Priya (8/5): excellent - I did not eat breakfast due to my intermittent fasting that I am on. the proximity of the kitchen is well placed, and I can't really complain the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place
- Gert (8/5): Perfect stayover back to South Africa - very well located. - We enjoyed the proximity of the facility to the main road and the safety and security of the parking area specifically. Perfect overnight facility on our way to South Africa. Of all the hotels and overnight places, we stayed at (10 nights) this was the most expensive and I thought a bit excessive.
- Matake (8/5): Very good -
- John (9/5): Superb - Lovely swimming pool
- De (5/5): It was fair - We were lucky to be upgraded by the reservation staff The restaurant had no steaks and the waitress did not notify us until after we placed an order for 2 steaks
- Palo (8/5): Very good -
- Shirley (6/5): Pleasant -
- Patience (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (2/5): Lost Booking - I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay for me and two work colleagues. Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon, 6th August 2023, the lady at reception said that she had no record whatsoever of our bookings and said that we couldn’t stay as the hotel was fully booked. When I showed her the paperwork from Hotels.com confirming the booking she was unmoved and refused to honour our booking. No apology although she did telephone a local guest house and they accommodated us for our 4 night stay.
- Franciscus (8/5): Very comfortable and friendly staff. -
- Vorster (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josiah (7/5): I will definitely come again if the quality of breakfast improves - Smile at the reception Improve the quality of the breakfast and also do all you can to eliminate flies at the restaurant
- Zhiyong (7/5): Good - There was a strong smell of bleach in the room, which was uncomfortable
- Daphney (8/5): Wonderful -
- Jackie (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Gabor (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (10/5): Nice! - The breakfast and supper both had buffet selection which was great. The T-Bone was not great at all and was unable to eat most of it.

- Gordon (6/5): Pleasant - Clean Price
- Loeto (7/5): Disappointed - The breakfast was poor with basically no options
- Willem (8/5): Very good -
- Pedro (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (8/5): Comfortable stay - Friendly and comfortable stay Could offer a car wash option at a fee. When driving through Botswana, many flying insects are stuck to the front area of the car which need to be removed. Also, should not allow private sound boxes to be played in pool area as it disturbs guests who wish to enjoy/ read in that area.
- Christian (5/5): Passable -
- Bridgette (7/5): Good -
- Keith (4/5): Disappointing -
- Wade (4/5): Disappointing -

- Erin (9/5): Superb -
- Ngoako (10/5): Quite a pleasant stay, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful. - Their rate is a bit too high for the standard rooms provided. I paid R3000 less for same standard in South Africa, Mozambique and Namibia. Overall the place is a good resting place on your way to Windhoek or Ghanzi region towards Zambia or Zimbabwe
