- Elizabeth (8/5): Convenient to BUF, unique and comfy stay - Great location near BUF airport. Easy parking, late night check-in staff were friendly and allowed me to have a late check out since I arrived around midnight. Breakfast was good in the morning. The rooms and hotel lobby are unique with interesting history. I enjoyed reading about the family and philanthropy. The hotel gym only had 1 tread and no free weights. It would be a huge upgrade to have at least 2 treads. Almost no one wants to use a stair stepper lol.

- Kathy (6/5): I liked the restaurant very much, the room left much to be desired. - Breakfast was great. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and that was excellent. The wait staff exceptional. The location was convenient to the venue we were attending. We stayed in room 208. I did not like that the sink was in the bedroom area. There were no additional blankets in the room and the blankets on the bed were thin, old and pilled. The bedspread was old, pilled, and unclean looking. The pillow cases were old, pilled and the pillows were not nearly as comfortable as you find in the Hilton & Marriott hotels. When I stepped onto the carpet without my shoes, it felt grimy so I had to have shoes or slippers on at all times.

Male supervisor said he couldn’t refund and stated he would try to comp 1 night for the generator noise (so loud it hurt). Then refunded our money came to our room walked in and wanted to know why we were still there. He was not truthful or forthcoming. We will never stay there again
- john (10/5): WE PLAN TO COME BACK IN THE FALL - THE REFRIGERATION TRUCK WAS JUST BELOW OUR WINDOW AND PRODUCED A LOT OF NOISE WHILE WE TRIED TO REST. MOVE IT TO A FURTHER SPOT AWAY FROM THERE.

- Lisa (10/5): Eat here! Stay here! - We have eaten Russell's steakhouse many times but never stayed at the hotel. We had a trip and needed to stay overnight. This hotel was extremely reasonable and comparable to other hotels in the area and was above and beyond any of our expectations.
